2.8.5 Download Transaction

Click on the menu “Lift” < “Download Transaction”, click “Download” to download the transaction, as

Select the target lift controller, then click “Repair”, click “Exit” after finish.
2.8.6 Query Transaction

Click on the menu “Lift” > “Query Transaction”, the interface is as follows:

Choose the target controller, you can query according to Time, Dept Name and Worker No.

2.8.7 PIN Manage

Click on the menu “Lift” > “Pin Manage”, the interface is as follows:

Click “Save&Upload” and exit.
2.8.8 Data download

Click on the menu “Lift” > “Query Transaction”, the interface is as follows:

For example, user A deleted all data on software by accident, but A can extract Card ID, Password and

Time Zone from device, and save the information back to the database. And then click on "start to get the data",
"save to the database". Click “download”, then click “Save” after finish.

2.8.9 Online transaction

Click on the menu “Lift” > “Query Transaction”, the interface is as follows:

You can check the record by clicking “Record”, “Soft-Pulse Open”, “Alarm”, “System”,you can Soft-Pulse
Open as well.
You can enroll invalid card by swipe card on reader, then click “Illegal Card Enroll”,it will pop-up “Card
Enroll”interface.

2.9 Meeting

It including “Meeting Room”, “Meeting”, “Realtime Transaction”, “Report”.

Click on the menu “Meeting” > “Meeting Room”, the interface is as follows:

Input the meeting name, then click on “Add”, select the doors, click “Save” and back to “Meeting”
interface.You can select “Edit” or “Delete”if the meeting name need to be modified or deleted.
2.9.2 Meeting

You can manage the meeting after adding, click on the “Meeting” > “Meeting”, the interface is as follows:

You can input the meeting number, meeting name, meeting room, time and user rank according to practical
condition.

2.9.3 Realtime Transaction

Click on the menu “Meeting” > “Realtime Transaction”, the interface is as follows:

You need to select the target meeting, if there are more, you can click “Search”.
If the participants forget to take card, you can click “Manual Entry” on the “Realtime Transaction”
interface.
If someone need to ask for leave，click “Leave”on the“Realtime Transaction”interface after select the staff.
2.9.4 Report
Click on the menu “Meeting” > “Report”, the interface is as follows:

Choose the target meeting, then click “Select”, the interface is as follows:

Download transaction before making the report forms, you can sign in or ask for leave for absent staff, and
you can modify it to absent for the attended staff.
