This textbook is created as part of course 465419
CONCEPTS OF SECOND LANGUAGE ACQUISITION, second
semester, the academic year 2021 for students to design a
coursebook for foreigners. In addition, this textbook is also
prepared for foreigners who want to travel to learn how to
communicate. Information you should know when traveling
to Thailand as well as the beautiful Thai culture for foreign
tourists to learn.

The organizing committee hopes that This report will be
expedient to readers or students looking for information on
this subject. If you have any suggestions or errors. The

แบบเรียนนี้ คาดหวังให้ผู้อ่านเข้าใจคำศัพท์ ประโยค และบท

ประเพณีสงกรานต์มีมายาวนาน และจะจัดขึ้นในช่วง
ฤดูร้อนของประเทศไทย หรือ วันที่ 13-15 เมษายนของทุก
ปี ประเพณีสงกรานต์ไม่เพียงจัดขึ้นเพื่อผ่อนคลายจาก
ความร้อนในช่วงที่ร้อนที่สุดของปี แต่ยังถือเป็นเทศกาลที่
คนไทยจะได้หยุดพักผ่อน และใช้เวลาอยู่กับครอบครัว

Songkran tradition has a long history. And it
will be held during the summer of Thailand or
April 13-15 of every year. Relieve the heat from
the hottest part of the year. But it is also
considered a festival that Thai people will have a
vacation and spend time with family.

วันลอยกระทงจะจัดขึ้นในวันเพ็ญเดือน 12 ของทุกปี
คนไทยถือว่าเป็นประเพณีที่จะได้ขอขมาต่อพระแม่คงคา
และเพื่อระลึกไว้ว่าแม่น้ำมีความสำคัญอย่างไร โดยแต่ละ
คนจะนำกระทงมาลอยลงสู่แม่น้ำนั้นเอง

Loy Krathong Day is held on the full moon day
of the 12th lunar month every year. Thai people
consider it a tradition to ask for forgiveness from
the Goddess Ganga. And it also reminds me of the
importance of the river. On that day, each person
will bring the Krathong down the river.

เป็นประจำทุกปี เป็นประเพณีทำบุญในวันออกพรรษา ตรง
กับ วันแรม 1 ค่ำเดือน 11

Chak Phra Tradition It is a local tradition of
the south. Chak Phra Festival There will be a robe
and a longboat race which will be held annually,
which is a tradition to make merit on the end of
Buddhist Lent, corresponding to the 1st waning
day, 11th lunar month.

หลังวันขึ้น 15 ค่ำ เดือน 6 ของทุกปี ในช่วงปลายเดือน
มิถุนายนถึงต้นเดือนกรกฎาคม ที่อำเภอด่านซ้าย หรือที่
อื่น ๆ ในจังหวัดเลย มีความเชื่อว่า ประเพณีผีตาโขน
เป็นการละเล่นเพื่อบวงสรวงบูชาดวงวิญญาณบรรพชนที่
เสียชีวิตไปแล้ว ซึ่งจะกลายเป็นสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์คุ้มครองบ้าน
เมือง ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ดวงวิญญาณบรรพชนพอใจ ชาวบ้าน
จึงจัดให้มีการละเล่นผีตาโขนขึ้น

Boon Luang Tradition and playing Phi Ta Khon
is held after the 15th day of the waxing moon of
the 6th month of every year in late June to early
July. At Dan Sai District or elsewhere in Loei
Province, there is a belief in the Phi Ta Khon
Tradition. It is a play to worship the souls of the
deceased ancestors, which will become sacred to
protect the country so that the souls of the
ancestors were satisfied villagers, therefore,
arranged to play Phi Ta Khon.

การทักทายนั้นเป็นการแสดงความรักต่อกัน
คำทักทายอาจประกอบด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนการ
แสดงออกอย่างเป็นทางการ การจูบ การจับมือ การกอด
และท่าทางต่าง ๆ รูปแบบของคำทักทายถูกกำหนด

Greetings are an expression of love for one
another. Greetings may consist of an exchange
of formal expressions, kisses, handshakes, hugs,
and gestures. The form of greeting is defined by
social etiquette, referring to the beautiful
civilization of humanity. Each nation's greetings
are different, such as shaking hands, bowing. As
for Thailand, they greet each other by paying
obeisance.

The twang used to show politeness in Thai
is used differently between a woman and a
man. Commonly used twang are men use
the word Krub and women use the word Ka.

เป็นประโยคบอกเล่า และจะใช้ คะ (Khá) ใน
ประโยคคำถาม

Women will use Ka (Khà) when
