LIMITED 5-VEAR WARRANTY

FLOOR COVERING LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY

Limited Warranty. Forbo warrants that its floor covering products, when installed using Forbo's recommended procedures and adhesives, shall perform in
accordance with their published specifications and shall be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for a period of five (s) years from the date of
original installation. THIS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY FORBO, AND FORBO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, OR ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This limited
warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser or original end-user and is not assignable.

Limitation of Remedies. Forbo's only obligation hereunder will be to deliver to the original purchaser or original end-user, free of charge, sufficient material
of same or similar quality to replace the defective product, provided that if a warranty claim is made within one year after installation and ifthe warranty
claim is not based on visual defects that could have been seen before the installation, Forbo will also assume reasonable installation costs of the replace-
ment product. No labor cost will be covered on claims made later than one (1) year after date of original installation. Subject to the foregoing exception,
FORBO SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REMOVE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR TO INSTALL ANY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT FOR ANY COSTS OF REMOVAL OR
INSTALLATION, WHICH SHALL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER OR END-USER. Replacement will be provided only after Forbo's inspection of the
product and its agreement to the defective condition. Forbo and its representatives must be permitted reasonable access to facilities for the inspection and
testing of the product. All claims for defect shall be deemed waived unless made in writing delivered to Forbo or your Forbo Distributor during the warranty
period and not later than thirty days after discovery of the defect. Purchaser and end-user have the sole responsibility to properly install and maintain the
products. Forbo shall have no obligation to replace any product which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or abuse, or which has not been
installed or maintained in accordance with Forbo's written instructions, or which has been exposed to undue wear and tear, excessive moisture, alkali or
acids. In addition to the foregoing limitations, Forbo's limited replacement warranty shall not cover surface stains including asphalt, driveway sealer, and
carpet dye, dissatisfaction due to improper maintenance or installation, damage from improper maintenance or usage or general misuse including, without
limitation, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, scuffs, indentation damage from high heels, rolling loads, improperly castered chairs, failure to use recommended
floor protectors and the like, damage or discoloration from adhesives and floor care products not recommended by Forbo, extended direct exposure to sun-
light, moisture, alkaline, hydrostatic pressure damage from the subfloor, mold or mildew, installation of sheet or tile flooring over gypsum cement underlay-
ments or lightweight aggregate concrete, or difference in color between samples or photographs and the actual flooring. THE CORRECTION OF SUCH
DEFECTS BY REPLACEMENT IN THE MANNER SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY HEREUNDER AND FULFILLMENT OF ALL
THE OBLIGATIONS OF FORBO WITH RESPECT TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY GIVEN HEREIN. This exclusive and limited remedy shall not fail of its essential pur-

by reason of timeliness, causes beyond Forbo's reasonable control or the general concerns of purchaser or end-user.

Limitation of Liability. Forbo's total, complete and exclusive liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement of defective product as provided herein and
shall not exceed the value of the defective product furnished. Purchaser and end-user waive all other remedies, warranties and liabilities of any kind,
express or implied, whether arising by operation of law or otherwise. FORBO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY,
NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. Forbo shall be entitled to legal fees, costs and expenses in defending and enforcing this clause against pur-
chaser, end-user and others.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or
exclusions may not apply to you.

If you experience any problem with Forbo floor covering, please contact the contractor who installed the flooring to help identify whether the problem is
related to manufacturing, installation or maintenance. Retain all information and documents until the problem is resolved.

If the problem is manufacturing related and you are not satisfied with the contractors response, please notify in writing Forbo's Support Services and explain
the problem thoroughly:

After Forbo is so notified, Forbo reserves the right to have an authorized Forbo representative inspect and verify the defect to determine whether replace-
ment will be provided under the terms of this limited warranty. If Forbo disagrees with the claim, Forbo reserves the right to submit the
matter to arbitration by a qualified disinterested third party.

This limited warranty may not be extended, altered or waived except in writing signed by any authorized officer of Forbo. Any action for breach hereunder
must be commenced wit~in one year after the cause of action has accrued. The limitation of remedies and limitation of liabilities under this limited warran-
ty shall extend and apply to Forbo Linoleum, Inc. and its affiliated companies. All claims for warranty coverage under this limited warranty shall be made
solely to Forbo Linoleum, Inc. in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. This limited warranty shall be construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflicts of laws.

LIMITED WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year, from the date of shipment, Johnsonite makes the
following warranty, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein, for all
Johnsonite rubber and vinyl wall base, rubber tile, stair treads, stair nosings, Bronze
and Rigid PVC Stair Nosings, Floor Keeper Matting and accessories.

For Johnsonite Replay Rubber Sports Floor Tiles and Rolls, Johnsonite warrants the
wearability of this product for a period of two (2) years from the date of installation.

For Johnsonite 2mm and 1/8" thick Rubber Floor Tiles, Safety Stride Solid Vinyl Floor
Tiles, Triumph Rubber Sports Floor Tiles and Terra Turf only, Johnsonite warrants
the wearability of these products for a period of five (5) years from the date of
installation.

For Johnsonite 4mm thick Rubber Floor Tiles and ComforTech Rubber Sheet
Flooring only, Johnsonite warrants the wearability of these products for a period of
ten (10) years from the date of installation.

If dissatisfied with the wearability, the owner must notify Johnsonite and permit an
inspection of the flooring. If the original flooring is worn through and the flooring has
been properly installed and maintained, Johnsonite will replace the worn out flooring
at its cost in the affected room or area, subject to a charge to the customer to reflect
a pro-rated discount for the age of the flooring. ·

Johnsonite products will conform to the contract description, with only such
reasonable variation as is acceptable in the trade; it is fit for the ordinary purposes
for which the product is used; and it will be adequately packaged and labeled.

Johnsonite will replace any defective product at no charge if the defect is found prior
to installation .. If the customer believes the product to be defective after installation,
the customer must promptly notify Johnsonite and permit an inspection of the
product.

If, upon inspection, Johnsonite determines the product to be defective, subject to the
limitations contained in this warranty, Johnsonite will replace the defective product at
its cost in the affected room or area.

To be eligible for replacement under any of these warranties, the customer must give
Johnsonite written notice of any claimed defect immediately upon learning of the
defect and in no event more than 90 days after the claimed defect is discovered.
Notice shall be given to Johnsonite at its corporate address of 16910 Munn Road,
Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023.

Excluded from Warranty

These warranties do not apply to the following:

1. The exact matching of shade, color or mottling.
2. Any express or implied promise made by any salesman or representative.
3. Tears, burns, cuts or damage due to improper installation, improper use, or

improper cleaning agents or maintenance methods.
4. Labor costs for installation of original or replacement material.
5. Sale of "Seconds," "Off Goods" or other irregular (non-first quality) flooring

materials. With respect to "Seconds" or "Off Goods", such are sold "as is",
and Johnsonite makes no warranties whatsoever, express or implied with
respect thereto, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
6. Problems caused by moisture, hydrostatic pressure, or alkali in the sub-floor.
7. Problems caused by uses, maintenance and installation that is contrary to
Johnsonite's specifications, recommendations or instructions.
8. Material installed with obvious defects.
9. Damage to flooring products from high heels or spike heels.
IO. Installation of Johnsonite products with adhesives or other than those
recommended by Johnsonite.
11. Exterior installations. Johnsonite's products are designed for interior
applications only.
12. Fading and/or discoloration resulting from heavy sunlight penetration and
ultra-violet ray exposure from direct or glass filtered sunlight.
13. Material that is not installed and maintained as recommended by Johnsonite.
14. Damage to flooring products from pallet jack and fork lift traffic.
15. Premature wear and deterioration from spikes and skate blade exposure.

These warranties are in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. Johnsonite
shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages which may result
form a defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
These warranties give you specific rights and you may also have rights which may
vary from state to state. To know what your legal rights are in your state, consult
your local or state Consumer Affairs Office or your state's Attorney General.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE NOTES

Rubber Wall Base:
1. Not for use over vinyl wall coverings or epoxy paint and/or any non-porous
surfaces.
2. Generally requires little maintenance. If deemed necessary, an acrylic floor finish
can be applied.
3. Johnsonite Rubber Wall Base will not shrink. Improper installation can cause
stretching of the material and cause gaps when the material returns to its original
length.

Maintenance Instructions

Johnsonite Rubber and Vinyl Wall Base are maintained with regular wiping with a soft, wet
cloth. A mild soap may be added to the water. An acrylic wax may be applied to increase the
gloss level when desired. Coarse scrubbing media or harsh cleaning chemicals may damage the
surface of the wall base.

TIME: ONE YEAR BEGINNING FROM FEBRUARY 24, 2009

GUARANTEE: If within one year after the date of final acceptance, substantial
completion of the work, or designated portion thereof; or within one year
acceptance by the owner of designated equipment; or within such longer
period of time as may be prescribed by law or by the terms of any applicable
special warranty required by the contract documents, any work that is found
defective or not in accordance with the contract documents the contractor shall
correct it promptly after receipt of written notice from the owner to do so
unless the owner has previously given the contractor a written acceptance of
such condition. This obligation shall survive termination of this contract. The
owner shall give such notice promptly after discovery of the condition. The
warranty shall cover any repairs and/or replacement to any part of the work
related to the basic defect.

Limited Warranty

Draper, Inc. ("Draper") warrants (this "Limited Warranty") to the Draper Authorized Dealer (the "Dealer") that its products
are free from defects in material and workmanship (except as provided below) for the following specified warranty periods
(each, a "Warranty Period"):

• 25 years for the interior project for which it was originally purchased from the date of shipment on the mount-
ing hardware, headbox, clutch, fascia and shade fabric for the Draper Manual Flexshade; the Draper Motorized
Flexshade; the Draper Motorized Flexshade 2; the Draper Manual Lightbloc; the Draper Motorized Lightbloc; the
Draper Manual Skylight; the Draper Motorized Skylight; the Draper Crank Operated P:lexshade; and the Draper
Colossal Flexshade;

• 1Oyears on the mounting hardware, headbox, clutch fascia and shade fabric for the Draper Techmatic and the
Draper Spring Roller Window Shade;

• 5 years from date of shipment on the controls, electronic accessories and motors for the above products.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the Dealer, and is not transferable. This Limited Warranty is applicable to products
that are repaired or replaced for the balance of the Warranty Period or for ninety (90) days from the date the product is
repaired or replaced, whichever is longer.

If a product breaches this Limited Warranty, the Dealer may return it to Draper in accordance with the terms of the Return
Policy, below, within a reasonable time after the Dealer discovers the defect. Subject to the conditions and limitations set
forth below (the "Excluded Items"), Draper will. at its discretion, either repair or replace any part of the product that proves
defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. If the Dealer returns a product to Draper and Draper deter-
mines that this Limited Warranty does not apply, Draper will not return the product to the Dealer unless the Dealer re-
quests it to do so and pays all expenses of shipment. If Dealer does not request and pay for Draper to return the product,
it will become Draper's property. Any product covered by this Limited Warranty (as determined by Draper) will, after repair
or replacement, be shipped back to the Dealer at Draper's expense.

DRAPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IS LIMITED TO
REPAIR. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL DRAPER BE

storage; accident; misuse; installation not in accordance with Draper's printed installation instructions; abuse; impact

or other force, whether prior or subsequent to installation; operation in a manner contrary to design or use in a manner

contrary to or in excess of Draper's specifications, drawings or instruction; application other than intended use; use with

electrical accessories or parts, including switches, relays, or other accessory components no previously approved in writ-

ing by Draper; failure to comply with all of Draper's written instructions and specifications; use for non-interior applications

or exposure to outdoor environmental conditions; improper cleaning, maintenance, care or repair; normal wear and tear;

fire. lightning, tornadoes, or other acts of God; contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration,

sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food; excessive electrical supply; abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions;

unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; service by unauthorized provider; installatioJ1 of unapproved third party

products; buyer's remorse. This Warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification informa-

tion has been altered, obliterated or removed, or has been sold as second-hand. ·

Draper does not warrant any images or artwork reproduced, printed, or placed on shade cloth by Draper or any other
imaging supplier. Draper is not responsible or liable for fading, discoloration, color shifts, or any other failure or defect in
such images or artwork.

Draper does not warrant bead chains on any of its products.

Draper does not warrant against freight damage, concealed or otherwise. The Dealer must contact the delivering carrier to
report freight damage within 48 hours of receipt of product. Failure to report freight damages within the carrier's guidelines
may result in the Dealer bearing all costs. Failure to sign the delivery receipt acknowledges approval of the product as is
and nulls the Dealer's claim.

Return Policy

Before the Dealer returns a product (a "Returned Item") for any reason, the Dealer must contact Draper and obtainan

RMA Number by telephoning Draper's customer service at 765-987-7999. At that time, Draper will issue specific instruc-

tions regarding the return of the Returned Item. Notwithstanding any return instructions issued by Draper, the Dealer must

comply with the following requirements: ·

(a) A Returned Item must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and must include the original invoice and
carton label with the Draper Part Number and the UPC Bar Code. A Returned Item improperly shipped to Draper voids all
warranties;

(b) The RMA Number must be visible on the outside of the package. Any return without a valid RMA number is subject to
refusal by Draper; and

(c) The Dealer agrees that Draper is not responsible for any loss or damage to a Returned Item sustained in transit.

Warranty Infonnation

Thank you for your recent purchase uf Fisher Athletic Protective Padding. We take pride in
providing the best quality protective padding, and we thereby offer a one ( I ) year warranty as
proof against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty docs not cover any problems with non-defective padding caused by conditions or
handling beyond our control. Some examples of conditions not covered by this warranty include:

I. Acts of God, fire, flood.
2. Improper installation.
3. Physical abuse, misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.
4. Repair or alteration of any panel completed outside of the factory.
5. Failure to store panels properly.
6. Use of panels in a manner not originally intended.

Should the protective padding be other than as warranted during the applicable one ( 1 ) year
period, Fisher Athletic will repair or replace the defective product. Please notif)' your salesman
or Fisher Athletic Customer Service at (800) 438-6028 of your claim. You must be assigned a
return authorization number before returning any product to us for repair.

Please be cetiain to inspect all pieces of protective padding immediately upon arrival. The
product you receive left our factory in perfect condition, and the freight company is responsible
for damaged goods and shortages. Vie ask that you count and confirm the number of cartons and
pieces as compared with the packing slip we provide. Inspect all cartons I boxes for visible
damage. If any variation in the packing slip is discovered, or if cartons appear damaged in any
way, bring shortage/damage to the delivery agent's attention and make sure it is noted on the
delivery receipt. Do not sign receipt unless or until shortage/damage has been noted, and make
sure to keep a copy of the receipt. Immediately report shortage/damage to your salesman, or call
Fisher Athletic Customer Service at (800) 438-6028.

It is our highest priority to ensure that our Telescopic Seating Systems and Seats have a long lifespan , and that our
clients can enjoy a carefree use of our products for many years. Therefore JEZET SEATING invests a lot of time and
energy- ii 1 after-saies service , w hich we consider to be an integ1al part of the product we sell. We look after this service
ourselves (no subcontractors).

We have most spare parts in stock and our after-sales service is offered at an economical rate : unexpected
interventions are rare and maintenance interventions are organised in "tours". We have several crews of mechanics
who take care of all interventions.

The general maintenance of our Telescopic Seating Sytems is limited to a minimum. It mainly consists of regular
cleaning and supervision on the proper functioning of the system . The Telescopic Seating System should be operated
only by staff who have received appropriate training by JEZET SEATING. Unauthorized persons might cause
damages to the Telescopic Seating System.

To guarantee that the Telescopic Seating System is maintained in perfect condition, we strongly recommend
to conclude an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. This contract ensures you that the Telescopic Seating
System is checked on a yearly basis by JEZET SEATING.

Wenger Warranty

Wenger Corporation warrants that the Strata Decks (pit filler) purchased by Berglund
Construction, and delivered to Francis W. Parker School, located in Chicago, IL, under normal
use and service, be free from defects for five(5) years from date of substantial completion, which
is February 24, 2009.

Wenger's duty under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, without
charge to the purchaser during the period ofthis warranty, of such parts as
shall be acknowledged by Wenger to be defective.

This warranty shall apply only if the product has been operated in accordance with
procedures recommended by Wenger. It shall not apply ifthe product has been subject to
misuse, negligence, accident, or vandalism, nor if it has been altered or repaired outside
Wenger's place of business in a manner that, in the determination of Wenger, shall
have affected its performance, stability or reliability.

Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the duration of this express
warranty.

Wenger shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising
out of failure of a Wenger product or any of its parts, except for personal injuries and/or
property damage resulting directly from such failure. Wenger shall never be liable for breach
of warranty, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or
fitness, in an amount greater than the purchase price of the product described by this warranty.

Before Wenger will repair or replace any product claimed to be defective, the purchaser must
notify Wenger at the address below and permit examination by Wenger, which must establish
satisfactory proof of defect in material or workmanship. Ifthe examination establishes defects,
Wenger will repair or replace the defective parts.

The terms ofthis warranty constitute the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy.
