to assume or extend on its behalf any other warranty obligation or liability. This express warranty constitutes the entire obligation of Armstrong World
Industries, Inc. and there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose whatsoever.
Armstrong Woodworks ceiling panels and WoodWorks custom suspension systems are warranted to be free from defects in materials or factory
workmanship for one year from the date of installation {except for obvious defects in materials or factory workmanship, of which Armstrong must be
notified within 30 days of the date of shipment to the customer). {For WoodWorks ceiling panels installed on standard suspension systems, refer to the
relevant grid warranty for Commercial Suspension Systems.)
This limited warranty is subject to further conditions listed below.
All Armstrong limited warranties are subject to use under normal conditions. Abnormal Conditions include exposure to chemical fumes, vibrations,

conditions of installation are normal. The growth of mold is not covered by this warranty nor is it the responsibility of Armstrong. All products should be

This warranty does not extend to sagging or warping or to variations in color, texture, or grain, which are due to natural variation in the characteristics of

caused by the material becoming either overly dry or moist, such as may result by placement of panels directly facing air vents or radiant heat source,

Warranty Conditions
Prior to installation, the panels and/or suspension system must be kept clean and dry in an environment that is continuously between the temperature
and relative humidity levels set out below and not subject to any Abnormal Conditions. To ensure that the ceiling panels have stabilized to the current
building conditions prior to their installation, the ceiling panels must be placed in an environmentally stable building location for a minimum of 72 hours.

WARRANTY
The undersigned contractor hereby warrants the installation of the wood
flooring installed at the Francis Parker School, Chicago, Illinois for a period
of three years beginning on date of substantial completion (February 24,
2009).
This warranty does not cover damage caused in whole or in part by casualty,
ordinary wear and tear, abuse, use for which the material is not designed, faulty
construction of the building, settlement of the building walls, failure of the
substrate, whether concrete, asphalt, or other material for whatever reason,
including but not limited to failure of others to adhere to specifications,
separation, migration, or water vapor transmission out of or through the slab, and
failure of the coatings because of neglect or failure to follow recommended
maintenance procedures. This warranty specifically excludes damage caused
by exposure to moisture or water from any source.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied,
including, but not limited to any warranty ofmerchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose and of any other obligation on the part of the
undersigned.
This warranty constitutes the only warranty made by the undersigned and is a
complete and exclusive statement of the obligations of the undersigned. The
undersigned makes no representations, express or impiied, not specified herein.
Any and all representations, promises, warranties or statements by the
undersigned that differ in any manner from the terms of the written warranty shall
be of no force or effect.

5. A tear, burns, pulls, and cuts.

7. Failure to use manufacturers recommended cleaning methods, frequency, and trained personnel
to maintain carpet. (DuPont Fiber requires DuPont Cleaning Methods.)
8. Athletic equipment such as roller blades, ski boots, and spike athletic shoes.

Backing Systems Lifetime Warranty
Lees Squared offers a lifetime warranty on all INTEGRATED CUSHION THERMOBOND"" (ICT) and AirTrek carpet modules
covering face yarn, wear, backing material and performance. This lifetime warranty covers modular carpet made by Lees.
This product is warranted against wear, failure of static protection, delamination of secondary backing, edge ravel, and tuft
bind loss. This product is warranted not to cup, dome or dish. It is warranted to be dimensionally stable and to remain so
through the lifetime of the carpet.
Features Warranted:
Edge Ravel/Tuft Bind
Lees warrants that under normal use ICT and AirTrek carpet modules will not edge ravel along seams or lose tuft bind
integrity for the lifetime of the carpet.
Dimensionally Stable
Lees warrants that its ICT and AirTrek modules are dimensionally stable and will not shrink or grow under
normal use conditions.
Cup, Dome, Dish
Lees warrants that its ICT and AirTrek modules will not cup, dome or dish.
Backing Lamination
Lees warrants that the secondary backing of ICT and AirTrek carpet modules will not delaminate during the
lifetime of the carpet. Chair pads are not required.
Wear
Lees warrants that ICT and AirTrek carpet modules will lose no more than 10% by weight of pile face fiber
during the lifetime of the carpet from time of purchase, when installed and maintained in accordance with Lees'
published procedures, a copy of which will be made available to the prospective purchaser at the point of sale.
Static Protection
Lees warrants that ICT and AirTrek carpet modules will give protection from static discharges in excess of
3.0 KV when tested under the Standard Shuffle Test method at 70°F and 20% R.H.
Adhesives
Lees warrants that Lees Squared Pressure Sensitive adhesives will bond carpet to and release carpet from the properly
prepared substrate for the life of the carpet. Substrate must meet Lees recommended floor preparation procedures and glued
floor must remain free of dust, debris or other contaminates. Should Lees' adhesive not be used, Lifetime Adhesive Warranty
becomes null and void.
Smoke Density
Lees warrants that every shipment of ICT and AirTrek carpet modules will generate less than the generally
accepted requirement of 450 Corrected Maximum Specific Optical Density (flaming mode) for smoke developed
when tested in accordance with ASTM Test Procedure E662 (NFPA 258).
Limited Warranty
This carpet is warranted to be merchantable and fit for ordinary purposes for which carpet is used. Any portion not
performing as stated wil l be repaired to conform to this warranty. Ho wever, if repair is not commercially practical, Lee s may
elect to replace the carpet or to refund the purchase price. Lees wil l pay the costs of the carpet, freight an d labor.
Replacement will be made with a product from the then current Lees running line comparable to the carpet warranted.
No charge will be made forthe actual installation of the replacement carpet. However, all areas in which carpet is to be replaced
under the terms of this warranty must be cleared at the consumer's expense of all equipment, furnishings, partitions and the
li ke, that may have been installed over or placed on the carpet subsequent to the original installation. This warranty is made
to the original purchaser for carpet installed in its original location; it is not transferable.
Notification of Warranty Claims
All claims asserted under this warranty should be submitted to the warrantor, in writing, as follows:

Obligations of Warrantor
Lees will, within ten (10) business days of receipt of such written notice, designate a representative to promptly inspect the
carpet and evaluate the warranty claim.
Exclusions and Limitations on Warranty
This warranty does not cover disfigurement or damage caused by abnormal use or by use of chlorinated or any other solvent-based
cleaning agents; or use of any adhesive or cleaning chemicals other than Lees' adhesive or Lees' DURASAFE®cleaning products or
products approved, in writing, by LeesTechnica l Service; damage that does not arise out of a manufacturing defect; damage caused
by stains, sharp objects and the like; damage caused by the installer or the workmanship of the insta ller (if not installed by Lees);
or the condition of the sub-floor (e.g. undue moisture). Shading, pile crush, dyelot differences or soiling are not manufacturing
defects, and are not covered by the warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded.
Lees shall have no liability or responsibility with respect to any pre-existing hazardous materials on premises where carpet is
installed; or use of adhesive not recommended by Lees. Lees is not responsible for any change or modification to the carpet which
might occur after it leaves Lees' premises, including, but not limited to the presence of chemicals or materials which we re not
specified as components of the carpet.

..jworkmanship, for one year from the date of purchase from FBS. In addition, FBS warrants against excessive wear of the listed
Products as set forth below, and FBS warrants the conductivity of its Electro Static Disspative, ("ESD") Flooring System (flooring and
adhesive) as set forth below.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN, FBS EXTENDS NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR
GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY

No agent, employee or representative of FBS is authorized to make any warranty or guarantee concerning the Products. Any
alteration, amendment or waiver of this Limited Warranty must be in writing and signed by an officer of FBS.
NOTICE OF CLAIMS: To make a claim under any warranty the buyer or end user must provide written notice to FBS at 94 Glenn
Street, Lawrence, MA, 01843, within thirty (30) days of discovery of any alleged defect of the Product. FBS must be given the
opportunity to inspect and examine the Product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: FBS shall not be directly or indirectly liable for any losses, claims or damages regarding any
Products that have not been installed and maintained according to FBS's installation and maintenance instructions, that was
damaged by a third party, that was installed over an improper subsurface or improperly prepared subfloor, that was improperly
