Conseils d’entretien

Care advice

1. Lavage et séchage
- L avage à la main recommandé avec une éponge souple et un liquide de lavage doux.
- É goutter les verres sur un papier absorbant puis les essuyer délicatement avec un torchon en lin ou un
linge doux, non pelucheux.
- E n cas d’utilisation d’un lave-vaisselle : choisir un programme à température modérée, préférer un pro-
duit de lavage en poudre, utilisé à faible dose, espacer suffisamment les produits entre eux.
- N e pas utiliser de lave-vaisselle pour les produits décorés à l’or ou au platine.
- L aver les carafes à l’eau claire et tiède après usage, éviter d’y laisser séjourner du vin.
- P our effacer les marques laissées par les dépôts de tanin ou de calcaire, verser à l’intérieur de la carafe
du vinaigre blanc additionné d’eau tiède, laisser agir le temps nécessaire, puis rincer.
- A fin d’absorber l’humidité restée à l’intérieur de la carafe, introduire une longue mèche de papier absor-
bant pendant une journée.

2. Rangement et manipulation
- É viter d’entrechoquer les pièces.
- N e jamais empiler les verres les uns sur les autres.
- P oser les verres sur leur pied.
- R anger carafes et brocs sans bouchon.

3. Résistance aux chocs thermiques
Thé et café
- A fin de prévenir tout choc thermique, passer les tasses et les gobelets sous l’eau tiède avant utilisation.
Bougeoirs
- A fin de prévenir tout choc thermique, changer la bougie lorsque la flamme n’est plus qu’à 5 cm du cristal
ou encore verser une goutte d’eau dans le bougeoir avant utilisation.

1. Cleaning and drying
- Cleaning by hand with a soft sponge and gentle dishwashing liquid is recommended.
- P ut glasses on a paper towel to drip dry, then delicately wipe with a linen tea towel or a soft, fluff-
free cloth.
- I f using a dishwasher, select a moderate-temperature programme, use a small amount of
dishwashing powder, as opposed to liquid, gel, etc., and make sure there is enough space between
products.
- D o not use dishwasher for products decorated with gold or platinum.
- C lean decanters and jugs with clear, lukewarm water after use. Avoid leaving wine in them.
- To remove marks left by tannin or calcium deposits, pour white vinegar into the decanter or jug and
add lukewarm water. Leave for as long as necessary, then rinse.
- T o absorb humidity inside carafes, insert a long piece of paper towel and leave it there for one day.

2. Storing and handling
- Avoid contact between pieces.
- Never pile glasses on top of each other.
- S tore glasses on their feet.
- Store decanters without stoppers in.

3. Preventing thermal shock
Tea and coffee
- To prevent thermal shock, run lukewarm water over cups and tumblers before use.
Candlesticks
- To prevent thermal shock, change candle when flame is 2 inches from crystal or pour a drop of water
in the candlestick before use.

Marking and Customisation

La demande de réalisation d’une personnalisation nécessite la création d’une demande spéciale.
Il existe différents types de personnalisation possibles :
- Ajout de filet ou contre filet simple ou large, décor or ou platine, sur le bord et/ou le pied d’un verre.
- A jout d’un dessin, d’initiales ou d’armoiries par sablage mat : uni, décoré à l’or ou au platine,
mat ou brillant.
Une fois la demande de personnalisation créée, le dessin d’une pièce avec personnalisation sera
disponible sous 3 semaines, accompagné du devis correspondant.

A customisation request requires the creation of a special order.
Different types of customisation are possible:
- T he addition of a thin or large rim or counter-rim, gold or platinum engraving,
around the edge and/or the foot of a glass.
- T he addition of a design, initials or coat of arms using matt sandblasting: either unembellished,
decorated with gold or platinum, with a matt or glossy finish.
Once the personalisation request has been created, the design for the personalised piece will be
provided within 3 weeks, together with the corresponding price quotation.

- I l est possible d’intégrer le dessin de manière horizontale, verticale ou par entrelacement selon l’espace
disponible sur la pièce sélectionnée.
- La police souhaitée par le client doit être précisée, ainsi que la finition : mat, décor or ou platine.
- Il n’y a pas de contraintes dimensionnelles à respecter ni de limitation du nombre de sigles. Toutefois,
en fonction du dessin, une adaptation des dimensions de manière homothétique et une modification du
dessin peut être nécessaire selon la place disponible sur le produit ainsi que pour des raisons de lisibilité
lors du sablage.
- L es blasons, idéogrammes, lettres issues des alphabets arabe ou cyrillique sont réalisables si les fichiers
sont transmis en version vectorisée.

- T he addition of initials or a coat of arms is possible on any piece from the catalogue with a sufficient
surface area.
- T he design can be integrated horizontally, vertically or by interlacing depending on the surface area
available on the selected piece.
- T he font chosen by the customer must be specified, along with the desired finish: matt, gold or platinum
engraved.
- There are no dimensional constraints nor limit on the number of characters. However, for certain designs
it may be necessary to adjust the scale or modify the design, according to the surface area available on
the product, and for legibility reasons, at the sandblasting stage.
- Crests, ideograms, and characters from the Arabic and Cyrillic alphabets can be reproduced if submitted
in a vector file format.
