of Lebanon. Cause us to flourish in Your kingdom. Even in old age,
keep us bearing fruit. Keep us filled with life and vitality.

154. Lord, the rivers of iniquity have risen and the streams of evil have
swirled up with their roar. Deal with them, Father, because You
sit above the flood and You are supreme.

155. God of retribution shine forth. Rise up, 0 Judge of the earth; give
to the proud their due reward. Don‖t let the sinners and the
wicked be jubilant any longer. Don‖t let them continue to boast
freely, speak arrogantly, brag about themselves, trample Your
people and oppress Your heritage. Stop their killing of widows,
immigrants and orphans. They don‖t think You see them or pay
attention to them. Show them how wrong they are. Discipline and
correct the nations. Lord, frustrate all their plans.

156. Father, arise for us against the evildoers and dig a pit for the
wicked. Take a stand against the workers of iniquity.

157. Father, some in our government are corrupt. They organize
oppression against Your people under the pretense of law. They
join forces against the life of the righteous. They convict innocent
people. Father, if they refuse to repent, make them pay for their
crime and remove them. Make an end of their evil works.

158. Lord, reign in power through Your people. Cause fire to issue
forth from Your presence and consume the works of Your
enemies on every side. Cause the lightning of Your word to
illumine the whole world while the earth looks on and trembles.
Make Mountains of satanic opposition melt before Your people.
Demonstrate that You are the Lord of the whole earth. Cause
Your righteousness to be proclaimed all over the earth and cause
all nations to see Your glory. Lord, cause all who serve images and
who brag about worthless idols to be ashamed.

159. Father, Jesus is the only true King. Cause all the nations to
tremble before Him and His church.

160. Father, silence those who secretly slander their neighbors.
Deal with the conceited and arrogant. Take away all security
from those who habitually lie. Deal with the criminals around us.
Cause them to be caught. Remove from our city those who
practice sin in Jesus name.

161. Lord, hear the groaning of Your people. Release those who are
headed for premature death so that Your name may be
proclaimed throughout the earth. Revive us again.

162. Lord, You told the paralyzed man in Mark 2:10-11 to pick up his
bed and walk in order to show that You had authority to forgive
sins. Today we ask You to release a flood of healing through
believers so that the world will believe that You are willing to
forgive their iniquities because they see You healing their
diseases.

163. Oh God work in us so we model lives that are: Crowned with
loving kindness and mercy; satisfied throughout life with good
things renewed to youthfulness like the eagle. Lord, in response
to these prayers, bring about justice and fairness to all who are
oppressed. Bring justice in our cities and courtrooms.

164. Father, use Your powerful angels in obvious and noticeable ways
to answer these prayers from Your word. Make us into a mighty
army that continually does what pleases You. Express Your
dominion in everything around our lives.

165. Father, in great measure, use Your angels as messengers to us
and to a lost world. Use Your fire to warm cold hearts. Also, use
Your fire to burn up the works of the devil around us. Father,
keep us informed about what You are doing and send the fire.

166. Lord, the past years have drained Your church. Fill her with Your
life and energy and cause us and the believers around us to be full
of life and cause the earth to tremble before Your power. Burn
the mountains of opposition raised up to keep Your kingdom
from coming and Your will from being done. Father, constantly

resist and oppose the sinners and ungodly around us. Use us to
help them find mercy when they are ready to surrender to Your
will.

167. Lord, we ask for Your obvious presence and power to be
manifested through our lives all the time. Do marvelous deeds
and miracles and judgments through us for the sake of Your
kingdom. Lord, release judgments all over the whole world
through these prayers. Father, keep people from being able to
harm us. Make it clear they are not to touch Your kids. Lord, lead
us out of weakness, sickness, spiritual and financial poverty, and
every other form of captivity that holds us. Bring us into obvious
health and prosperity. However, as our riches and health
increase, don‖t let us ever set our hearts on them. Keep our
hearts fixed on Jesus. Place dread on those trying to oppose us.
Father, give the lands and properties of the heathen to those who
will put them to kingdom use.

168. Father, do mighty deeds in our behalf. Cause those around us to
see Your great favor upon us. See to it that we fare very well and
enjoy happiness and walk in the glory Jesus has given us. Deliver
us, Father, for Jesus‖ sake so His power is shown to a lost and
dying world and cause a fire to break out in Your church to
consume what is not of You.

169. Lord, deliver us from our troubles and from all the places we and
our children have been scattered. Don‖t let us stop telling what
You are doing for us. Lord, we have looked to the world‖s things
and ways to satisfy us. As a result, we are thirsty and hungry.
Cause us to feast on You and Your word. Flood us with real
worship and wonderful fellowship with other believers. Lord,
deliver us from all our trials. Bring us out of our darkness. Snap all
our bands apart and set us free Lord, shatter the gates of bronze
and break the iron bars that hold us back. Cause the word we are
praying to bring healing to us and keep us from premature death.

170. Father, change the rivers of the wicked into a desert and their
fountains of water into thirsty ground. Turn their fruitful lands
and businesses into salty marshes. However, we ask You to do
just the opposite for us. Change our desert places into pools of
water and our dry ground into springs. Satisfy our hungers and
settle us into bountiful places. Bless us indeed and cause our
numbers to increase many fold. Do not allow our possessions to
be diminished.

171. Oh God lift us out of our afflictions and misery and make our
families like a fruitful flock. Make the upright see this and rejoice
and the wrongdoers be silent. Cause the wise to see and take
note of the wonderful things You do.

172. Be exalted in us, O Lord. Cause Your glory to be seen in all we do.
Answer these prayers and cause us to be delivered. Give us the
possessions of the heathen. Cause us to shout in victory over our
foes Grant Your powerful help against our enemies because our
feeble efforts aren‖t working. Work through us to do valiantly
and make sure we tread down all our foes.

173. God, speak up against wicked men who open their mouths
against us. See how they lie and speak words of hatred and attack
us without cause just because we belong to You. See how they
repay us evil for good and hatred for affection. Set a wicked judge
over them and let a perverse accuser accuse them and cause
them to be found guilty. Remove them and place another in their
place. Cause creditors to take all they have and let no one show
them kindness.

174. Father, set our immune systems and the medicines we are taking
against the enemies of our health. Place them under attack in
every possible way. Replace any cancerous cells in us with
healthy ones. Cause the offspring of cancers, viruses, germs,
fungus or harmful bacteria in us to die. Cause our bodies to cut
off their food and push them out of where they are hiding. Do not
let our bodies show them any kindness. Instead, cause every one
of these enemies to be blotted out. Father, disease opposes Your

plan for a healthy body so we curse it in Jesus name. Cause this
curse to sink into the enemies of our health and destroy them.

175. Father, fight against the enemies of Jesus around us and make
them a footstool for His feet. Cause Your will to be done through
us in the midst of Your foes. Cause Your people to freely
volunteer their time and resources for kingdom work as You
express Your power through us. Father, execute judgment
around us and shatter the power of the rulers who oppose You.

176. Father, do great things for us and through us for others. Allow the
world to see You doing majestic and glorious acts for us. Do
memorable deeds through us. Provide abundantly for us. Cause
us to see and hear of the mighty deeds You are doing. Show those
around us how holy and awe-inspiring You really are, Give them a
fear and reverence for You that leads them to the truth. Father,
these prayers are from Your word and are in line with Jesus‖
promise that we would do the works he did and do even greater
works.

177. Cause us to revere You and to greatly delight in Your word. Fill
our lives with bliss. Cause our children and grandchildren to be
the mighty in the land and a blessing wherever they go. Fill our
houses with wealth and riches. Light our way. Work in us so we
are generous and ready to lend. Cause us to conduct our business
with fairness and keep us from failure. Keep us joyful and
unafraid no matter what is going on around us. Show us the best
ways to help the poor. Cause our power and influence to keep
increasing. Cause the wicked around us to disappear and their
plans to fail.

178. Father, work through Your people to make sure the name of
Jesus is praised all over the earth.

179. Father, do such mighty things for and through Your people that
the whole earth trembles before You.

180. Father, do so much in and around us that it is very difficult for the
lost to say that You are not real. Do everything You want to in
and through us. Give us and our children increase and bless us
greatly. Give us our portion of the earth.

181. O Father, don‖t let any of us be snatched away ahead of time by
cancers, heart attacks, strokes, or be put out of commission by all
the diseases that are rampant in our land. Instead, Father, deal
bountifully with us and cause us to experience the abundant life
Jesus purchased for us. Protect us from premature death and
disability and grant us a gentle release from life when our time us
up. Lord, loose all our bones and cause us to experience Your
total freedom.

182. Lord, in our distress we cry to You for release. Release us from
the world‖s bondages, the world‖s economy, wrong thinking, the
limitations we have placed on ourselves and damage don to our
families. Knock down the walls of the boxes we are in and release
us for kingdom purposes. Father, work powerfully in us to deliver
us from the fear of man. Even though all the lost encircle us, Lord,
cause us to beat them down through our prayers in Your name.
Teach us to use the power of Your name to turn the battle
around.

183. Lord, see how our enemies swarm around us like bees. Their
words fill the airwaves and the print media. Burn their works like
a fire under a hornets nest and fill our homes with shouts of joy
and victory as You work valiantly for us. Keep Your people from
premature death. Cause us to live and tell of Your mighty deeds.

184. Almighty Jehovah, fill us with thanksgiving as You answer these
prayers and deliver us.

185. O Lord, cause us to receive the full salvation and abundant
prosperity You have for us.

186. Lord supply us with light: Light to see more of You. Your light
shining on and through us. Your light on our path so the way is

more obvious. Light to see more truth from Your word. Light to
see the true situation and condition of those around us. And light
to seethe real needs of those to whom we minister, Cause our
ways to be established according to Your word and do not let us
be brought to shame. Instead, bring to shame those who oppose
Your word.

187. Lord, rebuke those who arrogantly oppose us and turn us away
from futile things and fill our lives with things that are real arid
alive. Cause the arrogant around us to be brought to shame.

188. Father, don‖t wait any longer, judge those who are persecuting
Your church. Cause us to base our lives on Your word and to
think about Your word all the time. Cause us to operate in Your
wisdom which is much greater than the wisdom of our enemies.

189. Oh God our Father, reveal Your truth to us so we know more
truth than even the aged. Give us Your discernment to recognize
and hate false ways. Fulfill everything we have been led to expect
from Your word. Don‖t let us ever be sorry we obeyed Your word.
Remove like dross all the wicked around us who refuse to repent.
Order my footsteps in Your word and do not let sin have control
over me. According to Your word, I confess that sin cannot have
dominion over me because lam not under the law but under
grace, as it is written in Rom 6:14.

190. Look at our afflictions and deliver us. Do not let us forget Your
word.

191. Lord, answer these prayers and deliver us from lying lips and
deceitful tongues. Shoot Your sharp arrows at liars and deceivers
and cause them to be set on fire by their own words.

192. Lord, do not allow us to slip up. Keep us and be our shade. Keep
us from being smitten by day or night. Keep us from all harm and
preserve us, mind, will and emotions. Guard our travels day after
day.

193. Father, put to an end the ease of the scoffer and punish the
haughty contempt of the arrogant.

194. Father, make sure we are not swallowed up alive by our enemies.
Don‖t let us be overwhelmed. Don‖t let the waves pass over us.
Don‖t let us become the prey of the wicked. Cause us to always
escape the traps of the devil. Break all his snares. Fight for us
according to Your many names.

195. Father, keep us trusting in You. Don‖t let us ever be shaken but
cause us to sit secure. Instead, shake all those who refuse to trust
in You and don‖t let them ever be secure. Surround us with Your
protection. Don‖t let the wicked ever rule over us. Pull them
down where they are currently trying to rule our lives.

196. Father, do so much around us to lift up Your people and pull down
the enemy that it is almost like a dream. Fill us with songs and
laughter. Make the whole world take note of how You are taking
care of Your own. Restore our fortunes and bring us into all You
meant for us to have.

197. Father, don‖t let any if our labor be wasted. See to it that we work
hard for the kingdom but are not over worked. Give us joy and
good sleep and rest. Cause our children to be weapons in Your
mighty hands. Make them always a blessing to You and to us.

198. Lord, completely sever the cords of the wicked. Break every hold
they have on Us. Make all those who hate Your kingdom ashamed
and push them back. Make them wither up like cut grass. Don‖t
let anyone bless them. Vindicate our cause, Lord. Have
compassion on us. Fight for us and heal the sick and wounded
believers around us. Make the world see how foolish it is to not
serve You. Free us from all our adversaries. Cause us to see how
much we are in bondage to the world‖s thinking, music, and ways.

199. Lord, You feed the whole earth, especially those nations that
walk in Your ways. Cause the nations to see how much they are
blessed by Your church and how valuable Your ways are. Cause

the leaders of our nation to hear what You are saying and see
what You are doing and give You praise. Stretch forth Your hand
against all the foes that have risen up against us in this country
and save us. Fulfill all Your purposes for us. Thank You for never
giving up on us. Instead, You are working powerfully in us to
make us like Jesus.

200. Lord, remove the ungodly. Remove those who will never turn to
You and who cause more and more harm to Your church. Remove
those who will only bring greater and greater punishment on
themselves in eternity. Remove those who continually fight
against You with crafty malice and exalt themselves as Your foes.

201. Oh God deliver us from wicked men. Protect us from men of
violence. Fight those who constantly stir up warfare and devise
evil plots. Silence those who speak against us and keep us from
the hands of the wicked. Protect us from violent men who have
hidden a snare and planted traps. Keep them away from us and us
away from them. Shield our heads (our minds and emotions) in
this day of battle. Do not allow the desires of the ungodly to be
achieved and cause their schemes to fail. Do this to the ungodly
who are defying You and continually attacking Your church:
Dump on their heads the mischief of their lips like coals of fire.
Cast them into ditches where they can‖t get out. Keep them from
being established in the land. Send punishment quickly.

202. Lord, work powerfully through and around us to maintain the
cause of the afflicted and the rights of the poor.

203. God, hurl down the godless judges who have been established in
our country. Don‖t let our lives be wasted. Keep us from the traps
our enemies set for us. Protect us from the snares of those who
practice iniquity. Trap all the ungodly in their own nets while we
pass safely by.

204. Lord, You know how the devil attacks when we are weakest. You
know how clever he is at setting traps when we don‖t expect
them. Lord, He never fools You and You are never weak. Hear

these prayers and deliver us in our weakness. Deliver us from
those who are too strong for us. Set us free from the prisons we
are in. Cause believers to band together and watch out for each
other. For the glory of Your name, preserve our lives. Silence our
foes and destroy all those who oppress our souls simply because
we serve You.

205. Lord, we confess that You are: Our Rock, Our Covenant Love,
Our Fortress, Our Lofty Stronghold, Our Deliverer, Our Shield in
whom we have taken refuge, The One who subdues people under
us. Lord, according to Your word we ask You to: bow the heavens
and come down. Touch the mountains so they smoke. Flash forth
Your lightning and scatter our enemies. Extend Your hand from
on high and rescue and deliver us from the floods and from the
power of the lost.

206. Lord, cause our Sons (sons-in-law) to be like plants raised to full
size in their youthful vigor. Cause our daughters (daughters-in-
law) to be like ornate pillars in a palace. Fill our granaries with
provisions of every kind. Make our flocks (investments) multiply
by the thousands and tens of thousands. Keep our oxen (trucks)
loaded as they haul in the bounty You give. Don‖t let any disaster
or loss or cry of distress overtake us. Cause us to be greatly
blessed because we are Yours.

207. Father, work in Your mighty ways through us to: Administer
208. justice. Give bread to the hungry. Loosen the chains of those who
are bound. Open the eyes of the blind. Lift up those who are
bowed down. Love the righteous. Protect the immigrants. Bring
relief to orphans and widows. Reverse the path of the ungodly
toward ruin.
Lord, work in and through us to: Heal the brokenhearted and
bind up their wounds. Bring relief to the humble. Bring the
ungodly to the ground. Lord, strengthen the bars of our gates.
Make sure our immune systems and all the safeguards You built
into our bodies work correctly and keep us healthy. Protect our
homes, vehicles and our financial accounts from those who try to
break in and steal. Bless our children tremendously through us

and our Christian friends. Make sure there is peace where we are.
Satisfy us with the choicest of the wheat. Lord, order this to occur
quickly.

209. Father, use fire, hail, snow, fog and wind to accomplish Your
desires as You answer these prayers. Father, position Your
people into places of authority.

210. Father, cause us to rejoice in the honor we have as Your
ambassadors on earth. Cause us to shout and sing as we see what
You accomplish through our prayers. We confess that our
prayers from Your word are like a two-edged sword against Your
enemies. We trust that You will use these prayers to : Bring
retribution upon the nations. Rebuke the peoples. Bind their
kings with fetters and their nobles with iron handcuff and inflict
on them the judgments decreed to those who oppose Your
kingdom and Your will.

03

VIOLENT PRAYERS II

Anyone who has spent considerable time reading the red letters in their
le translation (words of Jesus), knows that Jesus was NOT tolerant of
complacency, middle-of-the-road faith, one foot in the kingdom and e
foot out. From some of His statements, it almost seemed Jesus would
rather see a person get totally cold than to have a lukewarm relationship
with Him.

“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were her
one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm - neither hot nor cold - I
am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, ―I am rich; I have acquired
wealth and do not need a thing.‖ But you do not realize that you are
wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me
gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to
wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on
your eyes, so you can see. Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline So
be earnest, and repent “ (Rev 3:15-17, NIV).

“He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And
he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he
who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He
who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find
it. He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives
Him who sent Me. (Matt. 10:1 7-40, NKJV)

“And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven
suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.” (Matt 11:12, KJV)
For “suffereth violence” Strong‖s concordance and TDNT has: G971
biazo {bee-ad‖-zo} from 979; TDNT - 1:609:1) to use force, to apply force
2) to force, inflict violence on. The New International Version reads:

“From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has
been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it He who has
ears, let him hear. To what can I compare this generation? They are like
children sitting in the marketplaces and calling out to others: We played
the flute for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not
mourn. For John came neither eating nor drinking, and they say, ―He has a
demon. The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and they say, here is a
glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners. But wisdom
is proved right by her actions”( 12-19, NIV).

“...Forceful men (and women) lay hold of it.”One of the tragic sides of
living in “free” societies is that we are given the right to go to the church
of our choice. This sounds like a blessing, but it can actually be
destruction and a curse in disguise. We can go to a place once or twice a
week, do our religious duty and hear sermons which conform to our own
standards, our own comfort level and our own level of commitment. We
can set our own spiritual temperature, so to speak. If we don‖t want to be
reminded of Scriptures like, “Depart from Me, I never knew you,” we are
free to attend a church that won‖t convict us.

In truly Democratic societies, we are free to attend churches where the
Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth is quenched just enough that we can feel
comfortable with one foot in the Kingdom and the other in the world.
This may please us, but it does not please Jesus in the least! Jesus was
not kidding around when He told us that if any man or woman does not
pick up their cross daily, they are not worthy of Him. The demonstration
of the power of the Kingdom of our Savior demands a “violent” end to
ourselves.

This is because it is written in Ps 144:1-2, Praise the Lord, my protector!
He trains me for battle and prepares me for war. 2 He is my protector
and defender, my shelter and savior, in whom I trust for safety. He
subdues the nations under me. So, there is a custom-made cross for each
and every one of us. Many of us have found numerous ways to escape
our custom-made cross.

I can recall a minister testimony who found himself in a place where he
came to violent prayer. The first time was as an atheist. You may have

been taught that God doesn‖t hear the prayers of a sinner. But, how is
anyone ever going to get saved if God doesn‖t hear the prayers of a
inner? As an alcoholic atheist, he had come to the end of himself. He
promised his wife, he will quit drinking alcohol, but he knew he couldn‖t
do it. He tried many times in the past and failed. His wife, a new believer,
told him that God would help him if he asked Him. How does atheist pray
to a God in whom he doesn―t even believe? But he had no in himself or
anything else on this earth in terms of overcoming his action. He had no
hope and no faith in any power or institution in this world.

He was perfectly ripe for a miracle and didn‖t even know it, but prayed
thus, ”lf you want to prove to me you‖re up there, oh God, here, I‖ve got a
problem and I can‖t solve it. And there‖s no one else on earth that can
solve it for me. So if you want to prove to me that you‖re God, my
alcoholism is all yours, because tomorrow, I‖m not going to mess with it”.

That prayer went up, it was on Valentine‖s Day, 1985. That day was the t
of his drinking. In addition to healing him of alcoholism, God did some
other major miracles in his life; the greatest one revealing Himself to him
through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is now his personal Lord, Savior and
King. Soon he found himself wanting to do nothing but share .is
wonderful God with other people who needed a miracle in their lives.

One day, he found himself trying to share his faith with a Hindu woman.
Before he could get a word in edgewise, she was witnessing to him about
her religion. She was a non-stop talking machine. But, he never seen
anything like it. “he quit!” he said in his heart to God. “If you want to
reach this lady, you‖re going to have to do it. I‖m off duty. I‖ve had it with
her.

Almost immediately, the woman looked at him and said something like,
“God just spoke to me and told me I have to listen to you. You have the
truth. Your face is shining like an angel.”The woman said. He was
stunned; totally in shock! Again, this was the result of a meditative
violent prayer, a prayer coming violently to the end of trusting in his
ability to do something for God in his own strength. You see, this kind of
“violence,” does not have to be an outward emotional, physical

expression only. It doesn‖t require one go out and start a revolution.
That‖s not what this violence is all about.

The last violent prayer I‖d like to share with you occurred several years
after becoming a Christian. As you might have guessed, my conversion
was quite radical. And my walk was very radical. I was on fire. I was filled
with compassion for the lost and to pray radically for breakthrough and
change. I was hungry to fellowship with other believers who sold out to
the kingdom of God. I went to hundreds of Churches in many different
denominations and movements. After several years of going to churches
sometimes as many as 6 or 7 churches in a month, but, I was burned out.

Something was radically wrong and I didn‖t know what it was. I felt I was
better off as an atheist or pagan than what I was experiencing as a
faithful church attendee. I felt like a big hypocrite living in the midst of a
bunch of other hypocrites. I felt we, Christians, including the leadership,
weren‖t real; we were a bunch of phonies pretending to be something we
were not. The wonderful quality of life I received after my conversion
disappeared within the first year of my salvation. I was told the
honeymoon was over. Well, I wasn‖t satisfied with that answer. I saw
fornication, adultery cheating, unfaithfulness, lying, jealous, envy,
disunity, quarrelling, witchcraft, cultism, stealing by trick and other such
vice right inside the church. I saw many that are tied of sin entered
church to repent and be saved, but were only perfected in corruption,
and I saw good and honest persons entered church to be perfected in
holiness but where corrupted and destroyed.

One day I was expressing my anguish to a Charismatic pastor whose
church I had been attending. He felt listening to a message on an
audiocassette tape by a well-known theologian might help me. I listened
to it on the way home. Half way through it, I became utterly disgusted
with it. It was totally worthless garbage. This man, with all that Bible
education was using long fancy words that were saying absolutely
nothing!
On my way home, I decided to stop at an old friend‖s house. I told him
about my frustration and experiences. He looked at my face of anguish
and just started laughing. “Dear, I received some booklets in the mail the
other day. I haven‖t read them, but I think they are for you.” When I got

home, I immediately began reading one of those booklets. What I was
reading made my heart race again! “If what is in these booklets is true,” I
thought, “then this explains why I was not having victory in my walk.” The
particular Bible translation I was using and the teachings of the churches
I was involved with were causing me to see sin lightly and usuriously
serve the Lord my God, and quench the Holy Spirit without my being
aware of it!

Those booklets, an immediate answer to one of my most violent prayers,
helped me get back in touch with the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, and
the Spirit of Revelation of Jesus Christ. The fire within started burning
fervently again! Looking back on that part of my life, those things which
Jesus and the apostle Paul so strongly warned about seduced me I had
fallen from grace and didn‖t even know it. I had swallowed “traditions,
fashion of men and doctrines of demons” that had “made the Word of
God of no effect” in my life. (Matt. 15:6-9; Gal. Ch. 3, 4, 5).

Violent prayers break through the crust of the earthen vessel that we
are. They violate the law of gravity to break through to heaven itself.
Violent prayers breakthrough all formalities and rituals, they will
breakthrough our pretenses and trash our “traditional”, perverted and
ungodly ways of doing things. Jacob once wrestled with someone that he
would not let go of until he was blessed. That‖s what violent praying is all
about. Violent praying is utterly abandoning the lie for the Truth. It‖s
getting real and there‖s the rub, we are usually and actually not real with
ourselves, with others and with our Maker.

Violent prayers can be awfully messy. They may sound offensive in a
prayer circle in an un-insightful and unspiritual church, be it Pentecostal
or not. Violent prayers pour self out that God may pour Himself in. That‖s
what violent prayers are, a replacement of all that we aren‖t for all that
He is. They are a life exchange, His fullness for our emptiness. Violent
prayers area total acknowledgment that apart from Him, we can truly do
nothing as the bible book of John 5:19, and 30; 15:5 indicated.

Have you checked your spiritual thermometer lately? Jesus
accomplished all victory at the cross. The enemy was totally defeated
positionally, but it is up to us, both as individuals and as the body of

Christ, to manifest this victory in our lives. To begin with, we must know
who and what our enemy is. For the book of Ephesians 6:12 says, For do
not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual
hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

These are spirit beings that do not sleep, so our warfare can be almost
continuous. As we understand more and more of the revelation
concerning the “age to come”, or the immortal church triumphant, it
becomes the priority of the enemy to defeat us. So what do we do? What
is our part? We have an answer in the bible book of I Thessalonians fifth
chapter verse seventeen gives a short, but precise, “pray at all times”.

Destructive violent faith and prayers is an ARMY OF JESUS CHRIST
military capability to direct force at an enemy to the root. It is not to be
confused with the concept of rate of fire which describes cycling of the
firing mechanism in a weapon system. It is also not limited to any
particular sort of weapon, such as artillery, but involves the whole range
of potential weapons in the Christian spiritual armory, as the bible made
it clear. Destructive violent faith and prayer is taught as one of the key
principles of modern biblical spiritual warfare wherein the enemy forces
are destroyed or have their will to fight negated by sufficient and
preferably overwhelming use of force as a result of combat operations.

Through the ages Holy Ghost fire and thunder power has come to mean
offensive power applied from a distance, as there is an immediate
dissonance with the thought of one-on-one close quarters combat.
Destructive violent faith and prayers power is thus something which is
employed to keep the enemy forces outside such ranges where even
having superior numbers he can be defeated in detail or be sapped of will
to continue combat and is rooted out from the tap root, and thus
surrender his forces to the force projecting greater fire and thunder
power.

The term destructive violent faith and prayers is also commonly used to
describe the collective offensive capabilities of ARMY OF JESUS

rise; they lie defeated before me. 39 You give me strength for the battle
and victory over my enemies. 40 You make my enemies run from m I
destroy those who hate me.

It is also written in Psalm 144:1-2, Praise the Lord, my protector! He
trains me for battle and prepares me for war. He is my protector and
defender, my shelter and savior, in whom I trust for safety. He subdues
the nations under me. David‖s praise of God as his all-sufficient help is
enhanced by a recognition of the intrinsic worthlessness of man.
Confidently imploring God‖s interposition against his enemies, he breaks
forth into praise and joyful anticipations of the prosperity of his kingdom,
when freed from vain and wicked men.

We should not think of going to God for money only to keep it in the
bank. But are we not doing this with regard to strength? We are
constantly asking for strength for service; but if we are not putting this
out in hearty effort, it is of no use to us. Nothing comes of hoarded
strength. Some people seem to expect strength, but never attempt to put
forth their hands to war, and their fingers to fight, but there is so little
venturing upon God, so little use of grace given, partly from fear of man,
partly from indolence and worldly mindedness. It is not for us to be
merely luxuriating in the power which God supplies. Action strengthens,
and before we have a right to ask for an increase, we must use that
already given.

Nothing but the disease which closes the eye to manifest fact and opens
it to fancy, could have led learned critics to ascribe that violent prayer is
not the ultimate, unique and almighty formula. It is to God the devout
warrior sings when he extols him as his strength and stay in Ps 144:1-2.
Man he holds in small account, and wonders at the Lord‖s regard for him
(Ps 144:3-4); but he turns in his hour of conflict to the Lord, who is

declared to be “a man of war”, whose triumphant interposition he
implores (Ps 144:5-8).

We must like David use violent prayer to resist and conquer evil, to
defend truth and to conquer error, not only does Jehovah give strength
to his saints, but he is their strength. The strength is made ours because
God is ours. God is full of power, and he becomes the power of those who
trust him. The Psalmist in the second part of the verse sets forth the Lord
as teacher in the arts of war. If we have strength we are not much the
better unless we have skill also. Untrained force is often an injury to the
man who possesses it, and it even becomes a danger to those who are
round about him; and therefore the Psalmist blesses the Lord as much
for teaching as for strength.

The tuition mentioned was very practical, it was not so much of the brain
as of the hands and fingers; for these were the members most needful for
conflict. Men with little scholastic education should be grateful for
deftness and skill in their handicrafts. To a fighting human the education
of the hands is of far more value than mere book learning could ever be;
he who has to use a sling or a bow needs suitable training, quite as much
as a scientific man or a classical professor.

David was called to be a man of war, and he was eminently successful in
his battles and in prayers, but he does not trace this to his good
generalship or valour, rather to his being taught and strengthened for
the war, the fight and prayers. If the Lord deigns to have a hand in such
unspiritual work as fighting, surely he will help us to pray and proclaim
the gospel and win souls; and then we will bless his name with even
greater intensity of heart.

Two things needful in our holy war, strength and skill; for the hands and
the fingers, for the difficult and the delicate. In what way God supplies us
with both. He is the one, and teaches the other. Impartation and
instruction, the teaching comes by illumination, experience and distinct
guidance. We must gird on the armour provided and commended by God.
We must select for our weapon the sword of the Spirit in this battle of
life. We must study the divinely given text book of military tactics and
discipline, that we may learn the devices of the enemy, methods of

attack, defense and how to bear ourselves in the thick of the fight, then
wait upon God for understanding.

We should have zeal and intensity in our praying like David, Gideon,
Moses, Joshua, and even Jesus defeated and conquered the enemy;
through His death on the cross and His resurrection, He reduced Satan‖s
actual power over us to zero as Colossians reveals. Therefore, we should
be aware that we are the heavenly Father‖s enforcer of promises given
through Scripture. Satan may try to resist, but he cannot withstand the
power of God‖s Word spoken in faith and prayers by a dedicated and
obedient believer.

A Destructive violent faith and prayer is not one in which we have to
scream, yell, or raise our voice without determination, focus and intent. It
is when we see a promise in the Word of God and receive it by faith and
through violent prayers deny every spirit of darkness the right to
withhold it, transfer it, destroy it or steal it from us Destructive violent
faith and prayer super-imposes the truth of Scripture over a situation.
Passivity stands by and gives up, but the violent or tenacious faith and
prayer refuses to let His promises go. I am not indicating we are to be in
any way disrespectful or arrogant to the Lord, but confidently bring our
salvational covenant and agreement to Him, while at the same time
forbidding the devil the right to lie to us or steal from us.

As Christians, we can be militant in the spirit and have zeal in our praying
while at the same time being gentle, zing and sweet in our demeanor
when we deal with others. We can and should seize what God has given
to us. We need to be aggressive in faith and prayer concerning things
from which we have already been redeemed, standing fiercely against
poverty, sickness, defeat, backsliding, immorality, laziness, greed,
gossiping, tail anointing and lack an the book of Galatians 3:13-14 rightly
commanded us.
A person that prays has an advantage over the devil and his children
because the devil cannot pray. He can dance, sing, entertain, bewitch,
manipulate and preach, but he cannot pray. He has no God to pray to.
Out of all that God created, only born-again believers to have this
privilege. The devil knows this and will do all He can to prevent you from
developing this essential spiritual discipline, violent faith and prayer.

When you spend time with God in faith and prayer, it is the most useful
thing on earth. Therefore, the most important pre-occupation of the
devil is to keep you from praying. The man who can really pray has
nothing to fear. Prayer makes us benefit from everything that God wants
to do in our lives. There can be no fresh anointing without a visit to the
school of faith and prayer. It is faith and prayer that converts the 1260
promises of the Bible to performance in your life.

Remember that the Bible does not say: “Preach all the time.” But pray all
the time” in first Thessalonians 5:17 “pray always...”Ephesians 6:18, “men
ought always to pray...” Luke 18:1. The other grace we advised to engage
in all the time is praise. Praise all the time. Heb 13:15. Praise and prayer
go together. Praise opens the gates of heaven unto us (Psalms 100:4,
95:2). Praise is prayer-carrier. If you want your prayer to rise up unto
God as a sweet incense, pray with thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6.

There are 3 levels of receiving from God. The 1st level involves receiving
because you are on this earth. God sends His rain on the just and the
unjust. You don‖t need to do anything to receive the rain, sunshine, snow
etc. The 2nd level of receiving is because you are in Christ. Certain
blessings come to you automatically because you are in a member of the
kingdom of God. The 3rd level of receiving can only take place if you ask.
Most of the things that you need to fulfill your destiny require asking
before you receive them. You have not because you did not ask. A
prayerless Christian is therefore a powerless person, unable to please
the Lord because of substandard living.

There are 3 heavens. The 1st heaven is the sky or firmament. You can see
it with your physical eyes by looking up outside your window or house.
The 2nd heaven is the residence of evil spirits. Remember, the Bible talks
about spiritual wickedness in heavenly places. This is the headquarters of
principalities and powers. Eph 6:12. The 3rd heaven is God‖s throne. 2
Corinthians 12:2. Prayer becomes hard sometimes because it has to pass
through the first and second heavens, before it gets to the third heaven;
and evil forces try their best to prevent it from passing through to the
third heaven.

The 2nd heaven is often a checkpoint of darkness. The devil sets up a
checkpoint at the second heaven such that answers to prayers are
prevented from reaching us on earth, Daniel 10:12-13 gives us a lot of
Insight about this. Many good things belonging to the children of God are
confiscated at evil checkpoints and stored in satanic warehouses. For
example, success, children, money, prosperity, marriage, greatness,
might, power, anointing, riches, wedding gowns, breakthroughs, good
health, etc. Everything that comes down to us from God passes through
the second heaven. There is a spiritual border there with satanic
immigration and custom officers. It is at this point that a household
strongman stays.

Daniel violently prayed for 21 days on a particular issue: he refused to
give up until he received the answer. His answer was held up at the
heavenly evil forces by the prince of Persia. He just kept on praying
violently until after 21 days when the angel of the Lord came to him and
said: “Daniel, since the first day, the Lord answered but when I was
bringing the reply, the prince of Persia met me and has been fighting with
me.” Daniel 10:12-13.

The Bible says that no man enters into the house of a strong man and
plunders his goods except he first binds the strongman. The strongman
himself does not have any personal goods, what he guides is what he
confiscates from people, like you, your family members, friends, relative,
etc. Matthew 12:29. We must learn to pray violently like Daniel Without
giving up on our prayers. We must learn to pray violently until we have
an inward confirmation that our prayer is answered.

Be ready for change and move to the next level. You either change or
harden. It is a terrible thing for you to allow the enemy to harden you.
The mystery about change is this; No change is made without
inconvenience. It is not convenient to shout; it is not convenient to stay
awake and hold night vigils. It is not convenient to fast and stay for days
without eating or drinking. But beloved, you cannot get a problem
solved, at the same level of the awareness of the power that created it.

The Violent take it by force: I must succeed. No Christian can afford to be
a gentleman, for the spirit realm is a battle ground between powers of

light and darkness. The Bible recognizes the Devil as the ruler of the
kingdom of the air, and also that the whole world lies in his wickedness- 1
John 5 vs. 19. But praise to God, for he has given us power to overcome
its schemes by the blood of Jesus Christ 1 John 5 vs. 4.

Take a look of what God said through the mouth of David in Psalm 14:1-6
GNT, Fools say to themselves, “There is no God!” They are all corrupt,
and they have done terrible things... “ ...asks the Lord. “Are all these
evildoers ignorant? They live by robbing my people, and they never pray
to me.” But then they will be terrified, for God is with those who obey
him. 6 Evildoers frustrate the plans of the humble... Is this not an eye
opener?

The Holy Spirit showed me a dream this morning which inspired this
message. In the dream, I saw a dog chained by its owners. But the dog
was not comfortable with the chain, and struggled to free himself from
the chain. The owners of the dog were not happy with the Dog‖s
determination to free itself and attempted to tighten the chain, But the
Dog also refused to accept its position and barked at its owners, and
struggled the more violently to free itself, jumping and forcing itself
forwards. To my surprise in the dream, I saw that the chain suddenly
became slacken on the neck of the Dog, and the Dog loosen itself and ran
away also to the amazement of its owners. I woke up, and the Holy Spirit
told me ―Violent take it by force‖.

This is a poignant dream that shows what takes place in the spirit realm.
You cannot afford to be comfortable if you are not winning. You must
press forward with violent faith and prayers in order to win the race of
life and fulfill destiny. Just like the Dog, many people have been chained
down by Satan. You must refuse to accept any contrary position as God‖s
destiny for you. The Dog struggled to be free, you must also struggle and
fight to possess you possessions. The Dog threw of its ―chains violently;
you must also throw off every satanic yoke and burdens violently. Jesus
has paid the price for your success. He has also given you the power to
overcome the enemy. Don‖t be a gentleman with the “devil. Exercise your
powers violently now!

Violent prayers is characterized with PERSISTENCE that one does not :
give up no matter the situation and we can liken this violent prayer in
Luke 18 Jesus told the disciples a parable of the persistent widow who
got justice because of her importunity. Jesus taught them not to faint or
dive up in prayer because even God listens to his children who cry to Him
day and night (Luke 18:1, 7, 8). Persistent gives God no rest or .peace
until he answers (Isaiah 62:1, 6, 7).

Violent prayer is like BIRTHING, and this is prayer that will not let go
until it delivers or achieves its goal. This means there is a period of
conception, labor and delivery. Many have conceived prayer burdens, yet
they are not patient enough to get to delivery point. Many visions and
dreams have been aborted for failure to birth in prayer. Prophet Isaiah
asks a question in Isaiah 66:8 ―can a country be born in a day? Yet when
due process is followed i.e. after labor Zion delivers her children violent
prayer is a Birthing that goes through a period of pain, groaning and
anguish but as soon as the child is born, there is joy and all the pain s
forgotten. It is prayer sown in tears but reaping time brings joy as Psalm
126:5-6 informed us. Are you pregnant with burdens, concerns, dreams
that need to be birthed in prayer? You need to begin to groan and labor
until you get an answer.

Violent prayer is a FERVENT, intense and enthusiastic request. God
requires seriousness on our part in order to get answers to our prayers.
It Is the effective fervent prayer of the righteous that avails much as the
bible indicated in James 5:1 6. God wants you to begin to be aggressive
your approach to faith and prayer, and He will show up. Elijah prayed
earnestly that it will not rain and for 3½ years there was no rain. ―He
prayed seven times before the rains came, it is written in I Kings 18:43-
444.

Fervent violent prayer adopts different strategies to show the level of
seriousness of the person praying. These strategies include praying and
fasting, all night prayers, all day prayers, going to solitary places for quiet
and concentration. Jesus Himself adopted these different methods to
show us how serious we should take our prayers.

The Bible commands us to pray continually or without ceasing in I Thess.
5:17. Violent prayer is a continuous supplication should therefore be
made a habit, a lifestyle. It is having a prayerful heart and the spirit of
keep on praying and the answer will surely come. Jesus said in Matthew
7:7. Keep on asking and you will find, keep on seeking and you will find,
keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. Prayer should be
just as important as breath is to the human body. The early church
continued in prayer and reading the word and God continued to add to
their numbers with great signs and wonders following (Acts 6:4).

Violent prayer can be said to be desperate entreaty with a passion. It is
like sending an SOS to God and telling Him to act and act fast. David
knew this kind of violent prayer very well. He describes it as a dear
panting for streams of water in Psalm 42:1. This prayer is usually
motivated by a great need, problem that needs God‖s intervention. It is
when you have reached the end of the rope and prayer is the last resort.
Hannah prayed violently and desperately when she wanted a child.
Queen Esther put her life on the line when she violently interceded for
the children of Israel.

Violent prayer takes by force what belongs to you. You are ready to fight
every enemy or obstacle using every spiritual weapon. We are in spiritual
battle and the weapons used are not to be carnal, but have power to
demolish strongholds (II Cor. 10:3-6).Some of the weapons available
include the name of Jesus, the sword of the spirit i.e. the word of God, the
helmet of salvation, the shield of faith, the belt of truth and shoes of the
gospel of peace (Ephesians 6:1 0-1 8).

Violent prayer is waiting patiently in faith and in prayer until the answer
comes. Those who wait on the Lord will always have their strength and
will have no cause to be weak in faith see the book of Isaiah 43:31. Those
that are patient will always get God‖s, attention. Even the bible lays
through David in Psalm 40:1, 1 waited patiently for the Lord, he turned
to me and heard my cry.

We are in a war. There is a vicious and deadly virus of evil sweeping our
country and the world. We believers must open violent faithful and
prayer fire against unsuspecting men, women and children. Without

effective violent prayer, no one is safe anywhere even within the
sanctuary of a church! The devil will strike, he respects no person or age
territory! Churches are a target and schools are endangered. The work
place can become a gaging, shooting and stabbing gallery. It is time to
awake to the danger and avail ourselves of the power and authority.
Jesus yes, and to gain understanding of how to fight back. There are no
formulas, no incantations and no silver bullets all of life depends upon n a
personal relationship with Jesus Christ!

Take a step to Daniel 3:10-end. Is the popular story of the three Hebrew
boys who refused to bow to the graven images and idols of king
Nebuchadnezzar, and were not burnt in the fiery furnace? Here showed s
that the spirit of Nebuchadnezzar is the spirit that questions the ability
of your God to deliver you, is an oppressor and a tyrant. You must
combine your violent prayers with violent faith in order to get results or
good reports. Many of us have aggressive prayer points but lack
aggressive faith.

You see faith ends where worry and doubts begins and worry and doubts
would end where faith begins. There is no co-existence between the two.
Violent faith of Peter made him walk on the water like Jesus ―Christ, but
when the faith reduced, little faith of Peter disappeared, he began to
sink. Faith is as the stubborn confidence in the word of God. Though
every man has faith but not every man is using their faith. But, our small
mustard-seed faith is enough to obtain oak-tree testimonies. All we need
is to turn it to stubborn and violent faith, for there is never any gentle
method or way of arresting anything evil! Even Jacob did not obtain a
new name ISRAEL, until he fought and struggled in faith and violent with
God for 7 hours (10 p.m. to 5 a.m.) and won.

THE INVISIBLES ARE VISIBLE IN
“FAITH”

Walking in the Spirit means walking on the unseen world, the word of
God. As a child of God, every season is a revelation and the season of
miracles, the season of revelation of the glory of God, the season of
manifestation of the children of God on the earth. I call it the season for
the visibility of the invisible I consider that our present suffering is not
worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us The creation
waits in eager expectation for the sons and daughters of God to be
revealed for the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own
choice but by the, will of the one who subjected it in hope. (Romans 8:18-
20 NIV).

The revelation of God in our mind is the platform for the manifestation of
the glory of God in our life. Listen, child of God, if you can see your dream
in His will, if you can see God in it, you can see it in your situation. The
invisible is visible only by and in faith. The world is waiting on you to
break forth according to Gods will of sending you here on earth in this
generation. You must, walk, in faith, wait in faith and speak in faith to
actualise the realities of God.

The invisibility of God is visible in the life of true believers in faith No
miracle exists in the physical until they have existed in the spirit, it takes
a conscious walk and sensitivity of the Holy Ghost to walk with God.
Always remember that what we believe governs what we see and what
we see governs what we say and what we become. This season, your 1
invisible miracles shall become visible only if you have the faith.

Those who are impatient to wait and see God in their situation, end up
discouraged, tired and frustrated in life. By the grace of God, from today
those things you have been chasing shall begin to chase you. Miracle of
God is sweet when the foundation of our faith is well laid and respected.

We can be cheated and called names but if we hold fast to our faith in the
word of God, we shall overcome and prevail. Therefore, learn to practice
what you hear and release faith to attract blessing from what you know
and hear. Harvest in the kingdom answers to obedience to the word
through faith.

However, as it is written, No eye has seen, no ear has heard no mind has
conceived what God has prepared for those who love him But God
revealed it to us by His Spirit The Spirit searches all things, even the deep
things of God “(1 Cor. 2:9-10 NIV‖).

No natural eyes are qualified to see what spiritual eyes (the mind) have
seen The move of the Spirit begins in the mind We believe first in Ur
mind before we profess with our mouth The problem with us is not
absence of God‖s presence to help us but our unregenerated mind and
shortsighted eyes.

Paul prayed, “I keep asking that the God of our LORD Jesus Christ, the
glorious Father may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that
you know Him better. I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be
enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has you,
the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saint” (Eph 14:7-18). So until
you perceive, you cannot conceive and until you conceive you cannot
receive.

The move of the Spirit is the foundation of revelation in the mind. We act
as we believe and our life is shaped by our thought and effectual with
what we see and we cannot see beyond our faith The receptivity of the
mean the spiritual antenna of the mind-will determine your mental and
physical reaction I repeat, the mind must see before the eyes will see
Miracle, blessings, breakthrough is a mind and a faith thing.

When you are move by His Spirit in your mind and faith, you will
definitely encounter Him in your life How you prepare your mind for
God will determine your reception of things He has prepared for you.
Make your mind and faith have a feel of the freshness of the Spirit of God
and your life will become refreshed. You can never see God in your life
until you see Him in your spirit mind and in faith.

God has revealed Himself to us by His Spirit and through faith and eyes
of faith you will see, log in and activate it, So transition to miracle, I mean
manifestations of miracle begin with the move of the Spirit of God in the
mind and soul of active faith. What you do not see in your mind, you can
never see in your life. Every miracle is first registered in the mind before
physical manifestation. Believe God to help make your natural eyes see
what your spiritual eyes see. I perceive a birth of a celebrative miracle in
your life today.

Let us go to Daniel 3:1 7, to see the power of faith; thus “If the God whom
we serve is able to save us from the blazing furnace and from your
power, then he will”. The combined force of the anointing and kingdom
revelation is required to operate the kingdom kind of faith Daniel had
faith and had friends who loved God and committed to the work and life
of faith.

Everything in the kingdom answers to faith Daniel had choice friends,
men of integrity, purpose, faith and drive. I call them intercessors with
excellent spirit and violent faith They were purposefully prepared to
succeed and excel in Babylon, the land of their bondage, no matter the
threats and plots of the devil Victory and success in life come from the
mind and your practicing faith. They knew that God was their focus and
influence.

The king misappropriated the interpretation of Daniel‖s revelation and
went ahead to setup a golden Image cult and issued a public decree that
it must be worshipped it He forgot so soon that the god of Babylon could
not interpret his dream Instead of exempting Daniel and his team who
God used to bail him out he turned against them But, Shedrach, Meshach
and Abednego, stood their practicing living faith in the living God and
persisted, no matter the cost. They were calm, godly, focused and

faithful. They said to the king politely, “We will not renounce our faith.
We will not think of it or pray about it. Our God will deliver us from your
hand and even if He fails, we will be alright with His decision “ God
honoured them because they honoured Him Faith in God is the sure
solution against evil decree on life and destiny.

A wise man said, “faith is acting as if it is so, even when it is not so. One
major growing scene in the kingdom is that most Christians no longer
value, the ultimate issues of faith. We must make ourselves disciplined to
the doctrine of our faith and begin to exercise it senses to discern good
from evil. Those who fall away from faith are those who ignore their
conscience and live as if they have never met Jesus before. We are
expected to uphold our faith, get our conscience renewed daily, until our
last breath.

Miracle of God cannot be mistaken for salvation. Salvation is a
revelational relationship with God and miracle is one time encounter to
prove His goodness. But, faith is seeing God and being conscious of His
presence in all issues of life. By faith we understand that the worlds were
framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not
made of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:3).

There is a breaking forth in life, because the Holy Spirit said to me that it
s faith and absolute dedication to break forth. Faith in God and
knowledge of God is all you need to break forth with ideas, uncommon
and unmerited favours. God made you to reveal you as His glory on
earth. As you reposition yourself for a closer and committed walk with
God, you shall break forth, you shall attract divine recognition and of
God shall be revealed in your life.

Let us take a deep look to the bible book of Col. 2:6-8 and it says “As you
re have received Christ Jesus the LORD, so walk in Him, rooted and built
up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been, abounding in it
with thanksgiving. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and
empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the
principles of the world, and not according to Jesus Christ.
What the Scripture says about your life is final. Even when judgment and
is manipulated against you, God still has a way of exacting justice. When

men condemn you, exercise faith and stand on what God out you. When
your conscience condemns you on self-guilt, look up to what God says
about you, also when tradition and culture condemn you, look up and
proclaim the redemptive word of God. Real life is the life lived in Christ,
because there is life in the spirit of Jesus. You may have been caged,
impoverished, victimized, insulted, written out, etc., before now, but you
must know that the power of God is at work in your life.

Let me remind us once again what is written in Romans 10: 1 7, “So, then
faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God”. When you say
you are finished, then God will agree and say, ―Aright come home and
rest.” But when you say, LORD help, I am fainting! He will come in and
say ―all right, child of God, I will help you, receive strength and forge
ahead”. This is because what you say is what you will see and what you
see is what you will get.

What you say is an expression of who you are What you say is an
expression of what you have stored up in your heart and life. Words are
spiritual agents, spiritual messengers that can go far beyond where you
can ever imagine Words are quick and forceful, that can project into the
unseen future. Words are forces of influence. They can bring about
negative and positive influence and changes on the lives of their hearers.
The word of God is a faith moulders and it can provoke positive influence
that can induce faith in the heart of the hearer. Faith rises by the
entrance of God‖s word. Until your faith rises, your life cannot rise, nor
will you attract any turnaround in life.

Else you forget that it is written, in James 18 “A double minded man is
unstable in all his ways” and Hebrews 12:2 says “Looking unto Jesus, the
author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him
endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right
hand of the throne of God”. God has always been God. He is, eternal and
reigns eternally. Steady progress answers to focused conscience God
wants us to stand in him, maintain the covenant and position our
conscience to follow Him by His word. Because, stability answers to
absolute focus on the ultimate issues of life than on the immediate things
of life.

Many brethren in the church, mistakenly and emotionally see some
servants of God as magicians and so they disconnect their faith from the
supreme God, who has all it takes to cause a change in life. In the days of
Elijah he was so focused that he challenged the king and the prophets of
Baal and Ashtoreth, accusing them of being responsible for the evils in
the land. Elijah knew his God and trusted Him to prove Himself in the
contest and he won. Success and Victory in life start with focus on the
ultimate, covenant fellowship. Scripture says, “He that dwells in the
secret place of the most high, shall abide under the shadow of the
Almighty/‖Most High” stands for the covenant and “shadow of the
Almighty” stands for Divine Presence We stand in the covenant and walk
in God‖s presence. Nothings go dry in the covenant unless you have no
faith.

Many Christians are easily distracted and discouraged by sudden events
that they forget who they are and begin to feel that God is nearer in one
church than the other. To an extent, this may seem right if the man of
God is not focused on the One Who sent him, but the earnest truth is
that God is nearer in our heart, according to our faith and holiness Many
people claim to believe in God but trust in other secret powers and cults
for their prosperity, protection and manipulation It is a serious sin that
brings limitation that destroys from generation to generation This is
sheer ignorance and foolishness.

Be focused, child of God, He who saves is the one who prospers He saved
Abraham, prospered him and turned his life around because he was
focused Until you touch God, nobody can touch you Make up ― Give your
burden to God, He can do it and cause a change. He has the key to your
prosperity. Without purposeful pursuit, life will be of ills, striation,
pressure and stagnation. Focus in the living God covenant stands and
guarantees speed in pursuit of life. Be focused. is written in Psalm 1 8:25
“O LORD, you are faithful to those who are faithful to you; completely
good to those who are perfect”.

Faith and faithfulness means life filled and driven with the fullness of
God‖s promises. It is a life full of passion to please God by being
accountable to Him. It means earnest seekers and mind followers. Every
earthly king reigns in his domain with an expectation that all his subjects

will heed to his decrees and direction. Of course you know what happens
in Africa when a king is challenged and disobeyed. Bible says that where
the word of the king is, there is power. God is the King of kings. Just as an
earthly king may not go back on his word, God also cannot go back on His
word. He said in Isaiah 55:1 1, “So shall My word be that goes out of My
mouth, it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I
please, and it shall prosper in the things where to I sent it”

Kings speak last, after other has spoken, and whatever they decree
cannot be negotiated. God‖s word is symbolic of the word of the king. He
keeps faith to what He says, does what He says and accomplishes
whatever He starts. Paul said, let God be the truth and every man a liar.
He shows Himself faithful to them who are faithful. Faithfulness is God‖s
brand of kindness and favour There is nothing too big for God to do for
the faithful. Faithfulness in this perspective demands that you take God‖s
word as a prophecy of your life without negotiation.

It demands that you show transparency in all your dealings with God and
man, even in secret. It demands absolute obedience to all scriptural
decrees Solomon says, the faithful man shall abound with blessings” in
Proverbs 28:20. Faithfulness guarantees enlargement. Even, Psalm
101:6a says, “My eyes are always on the faithful in the land”. God‖s eyes
are always on the faithful for good. The bible says in Psalm 31:23b “The
LORD preserves the faithful “Faithfulness is the strongest key to
answers to prayers and kingdom assurance and stability. Remember that
your faithfulness only speaks and counts on your destiny.

Faithfulness is an act of acknowledging what God and man have done to
influence destiny Do you want peace in your house and progress in life?
Show faithfulness and just a little kindness. When you know your
heavenly identity, you will attract recognition on earth Identification will
lead to positioning of our mind. The positioning of our mind will
determine the position of our destiny. The position of our mind will
attract what we will do and get.
How our mind is holding God‖s word is how God is holding us. It is
recognition for recognition. Scripture says “keep your heart with all
diligence; for out of it [are] the issues of life” Proverbs 4:23. Daily
provision comes when there is daily forgiveness and faith. Our mind must

be clean and pure; you may not know how simple faithfulness can bring
God‖s blessings into your life. Practice it! Believe and practice what God
says and you will receive honour from God.

In life, we should expect that God is placing demand and responsibility
onus unannounced. Whatsoever you do not expect, you may not have,
because God respects the expectation of the righteous. Scripture says.
“For the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut short.” In your life,
expectation shows your faith, for where there is no expectation, there is
no faith, please believe and trust in the LORD and depend on His
promises.

Again, in faith you must take your position and through this faith you will
manifest it. When there is positioning, there will be faith and expectation
and when there is expectation, there will be manifestation. If there is no
expectation, there is no faith and there will be no manifestation. We
should endeavour to always have expectation daily no matter how little.
Expectation shows our faith that leads to I submission. The place of
submission is the place of decision and the, place of decision is the place
of change and the place of change is the place of manifestation.

We are by faith, seated where Christ is seated. We are called several
names that indicate our new identity in Christ Jesus the Redeemed of
the LORD; the royal priesthood; the crown of His glory and of course the
Saints. These names reveal your heavenly identity. Our redemption is a
sealed deal. It is a done deal. Everything needed for our success on earth
has been provided for in the covenant. God has no atom of weakness,
and there is no issue of life that He does not have solution for. He does
not have problem. We have the problems but He has the answers and
solutions.

In the case of deliverance, healing and breakthroughs it cannot be
achieved without practical faith, though this is far from the only method,
but it has an important place. The more we believe something, the more
we would say it (2 cor. 4:13) and practice it. And the more we say
something, the more likely we are to believe it and the more it manifests
in our life because our life is shaped by our word. If it is true repeatedly
hearing the word of God, especially out of the mouth, will result in faith

and the faith will affect and impact life, because it is said that faith comes
by hearing and hearing the word of God (Romans 10: 1 7) and its power
has a positive and objective deliverance and healing effects.

Life did not condemn men for not believing what they had not heard, but
he complains of those who did not believe a true message of God actually
delivered to them, because they have no faith. We must ascend from
faith to our calling, for by our calling we came to the testimony of our
election. Preaching the Gospel is the ordinary means of salvation, but
faith in Christ is the result of hearing the word, the doctrine of God
preached.

The beginning of progress and strength of faith, are by hearing. The word
of God is therefore called the word of faith and it begets and nourishes
faith. God gives faith, but it is by the word as the instrument. Hearing is
by the word of God. It is not hearing the enticing words of man‖s wisdom,
but hearing the word of God, that will befriend faith, and hearing it as the
word of God.

As we prayerfully hear the Word with a soft, good heart, new faith
germinates and grows in the previously barren areas of our lives, as the
power of God moves in His Word, as a two edged knife to cut asunder
anything that will or is standing against God‖s will. Doubt is overcome by
devoting oneself to mediation on the word and using it in prayers, with
violent faith and prayers. Declaring God‖s Word in words and in prayers
releases its Power and it changes the spiritual evil and ugly climate
governing situation and environment and this will alter any physical
insignificancies and brings about the realities of God‖s will, blessings and
favour into your life.

This is a good reason to speak out the word of God in the face of all rulers
of negative and threatening situations. To do this, however, we first need
to believe that God‖s word can over-rule the circumstances of our Ives.
Secondly, we need to know the scriptures relevant to our particular
cases. Since the book of proverbs 18:21 says “death and life is in the
power of the tongue”, we ought to believe that we can have what we say
in line with God‖s will, which is revealed in His word since God wishes us

well, we should speak words of life over our bodies and situation and not
words of defeat and discouragement.

When we truly believe from our heart and we talk and act consistently
with faith, God works, because such faith is a gift from God. God wants us
to believe His promises and declares it, for He knows when we believe.
By holding onto our confession and patiently waiting for God to move,
we will obtain His promise as the book of Hebrews 6:12 stipulated.

When we prayerfully confess the Word of God concerning deliverance,
ling and blessings in the first person means to speak out loud the
declarations of scriptures concerning our deliverance, healing and
blessings, and to make them personal. This can help build faith and also,
by calling things that are not as though they were” we can follow the
footsteps of Abraham as Romans 4:17-21 recorded it and see God
intervene to change the circumstances.

Such prayers of confessions do not force the hand of God, rather, they
express trust and confidence in the integrity of His word and the
enemies of our life is always restless and confused They are verbal
affirmation that the thing God says about deliverance, healing and
blessings applies to us Confessing the Word through prayers like this not
always bring instant results sometimes, but it works to make us
progressively grow up spiritually and release us from fear, doubt and
discouragement so that faith can work.

Our confessions concerning anything else can be made using God‖s
words, when done by the spirit of God, they can release great power into
our live, health and into the world, harmonizing us with God‖s plan for
blessing. Let us see the book of Mark 11:22-24 and it says thus 22 “And
Jesus answering said unto them, have faith in God. 23 For verily I say unto
that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be you removed, and you
cast into the sea, and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe those
things which he said shall come to pass, he shall have whatsoever he said
24 Therefore I say unto you What things so ever you desire when you
pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.
