This document is for informational purposes only. 位于马来西亚南部的这处大型住宅项目在设计上明 显区别于那种无处不在的独立式大厦。该项目总占地面 积超过10 hm2 ，拥有500套豪华套房，为低层高密度建 筑。承接该项目设计的FBA设计事务所所面临的挑战是 在热带地区打造出真正的奢华设计，让博大、丰富的大 自然融入人们的日常生活之中。 设计团队并没有采用人工痕迹过于浓重的室内设 计，因为这样可能会割裂生活与自然环境之间的关系， 而将这些自然元素看做是生活环境的固有组成部分。建 筑与周边的环境很自然地融为一体。 This design for a large residential development in southern Malaysia offers a radical departure from the ubiquitous solitary towers. When FBA were commissioned to come up with a proposal for 500 luxury units with a total floor area of over 100,000 square metres, high-density yet low-rise, we offered the challenge whether true luxury in the tropics would not essentially be very simple: letting the abundance of nature’s luxuries become part of everyday life. Rather than creating artificially conditioned interiors sealed off from their natural surroundings where nature is not more than distant wallpaper, FBA’s proposal goes back to understand these surroundings as intrinsic part of our living environments. Not unlike nature itself, the built seems to have evolved within its natural setting.

These overlaps of stacked gardens will become one of the condominium's distin guishing features. With its structure of permeable porosity, physical connections extend to visual ones, inviting exchange and wider community interaction. The shared spaces are very open and generous, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment throughout. The meandering, bifurcating composition creates a diversity of distinct environments, catering for the differences and many shades of residents’life. The characteristics that have made life so comfortable and special are intact and brought to a level where nature’s luxuries can be fully enjoyed in a 21st century context. The form is highly permeable to encourage effective air movement and to create natural cross ffow breezes through the double sided apartments to provide comfort cooling. The occupants will intuitively open their doors and windows onto the verdant tropical landscape as often as possible, and hence avoid the need to seal-up their apartments and live in the relatively sterile and disconnected environment that air conditioning creates. 282 / 创意分析——图解建筑Ⅱ MBF PRIVATE HOUSE MBF 私人别墅 设计公司／archiNOW! 地点／圣马力诺 该项目地块的主要特点是一路延伸的陡峭的坡 道，除了中心区域有一处平坦的地面。这里风景迷 人，视野开阔。站在这里，可以看到向海域延伸的 连绵青山，与蔚蓝色的地平线融为一体。基于此， 该项目要“消耗”尽可能少的土地。桥梁式的结构 通过有限的配套设施和部件将主结构的压力传递至 地面上。严密的建筑构造打造出了望远镜般的结 构，使人们站在花园中即可拥有欣赏大海的全景式 视野。石砌墙体将建筑与街道分隔开来，营造出一 处私密的庭院，上方的桥梁式结构界定了人们所能 观赏到的景观范围。 The project site is characterized by a steep slope with a constant inclination except the central area where there is a flat surface of arrangement. The view is truly amazing, from anywhere of the lot we can appreciate the green hills sloping down to the sea and blend with the blue horizon. For this reason we have chosen to develop the new project in order to "consume" less ground as possible. The main volume is to be suspended, a bridge structure who download its weight on the ground only through limited portions of volumes craft accessories services. The rigorous development of the building creates a kind of telescope that allows, from the garden, to frame the panorama to the sea. A system of masonry surfaces closes the building from the street helping to create a protected courtyard in which the house bridge is the upper frame that delimits the landscape towards the sea.

284 / 创意分析——图解建筑Ⅱ PRA PRIVATE HOUSE PRA私人别墅 设计公司／archiNOW! 地点／意大利，普拉达 该项目所涉及的是位于拉文那郊区的一座老建筑，其 不同部分建于不同的历史时期。建筑的一部分建于公元 800年，后来于1958年人们为其加建了一处结构，从建筑 设计的角度看，这处新结构不太美观。加建部分的关键一 点在于其位于建筑的中心位置。 经研究决定，要拆除建于1958年的这处结构，并建造 新结构以提升两座建筑之间的视觉联系。作为两处结构之 间的枢纽，设计师决定为这处新结构打造出透明式立面， 这不仅使之前的建筑结构更显和谐，而且创造出了一处与 外部冬日花园密切联系的空间。这也是整座建筑中与外部 空间直接联系的结构，能够感知季节变换。整个项目设计 的关键点在于体现历史的重叠厚重感。 The project examines an existing building constructed in different time phases, located in the countryside of Ravenna. Part of the complex was built in '800 later, in 1958, was adding a second portion less interesting from the architectural point of view. The key point of the intervention is at the center of the building. It was decided to demolish the building of 1958 and slide of 4 meters the new block encouraging the visual permeability between the two buildings. As a hinge between the blocks, we decided to make a neutral third block with transparent facades in addition to fulfilling the role of harmonizing the previous constructions, it becomes a space with strong permeability with the exterior, a winter garden, the site of the house where it has the absolute contact with the outside and with its seasonality. Emphasize the historical overlaps became the clear design philosophy of the entire project.

Throughout history however, they have assembled more and more inhabitants while maintaining their individuality. In this proposal, the villa will serve as multi-family dwellings. The characteristic Lainzer villa model has been applied in a slightly adapted new form: buildings are considered as villas on a plot of land, but they are rotated and located to block noise from trains and other traffic. Glass screens close off the openings in the perimeter between the villas in order to create noise free public spaces. This composition of villas creates two kinds of spaces: the more intimate alleys between the villas, and more public spaces of the squares.

290 / 创意分析——图解建筑Ⅱ ADNANI HOUSE ADNANI住宅 设计公司／Masoomeh 地点／伊朗，伦格港 伊朗的地理位置为其创造出了丰富多变的气候环境，有 山区的寒冷气候、北部海岸的温和气候、国土中部的干热 气候，Adnani住宅所处的伊朗南部则拥有炎热、潮湿的气 候。在这样的气候环境里，为了避免室内过于潮湿，通风就 显得非常重要。这样，与其他建筑类型比起来，这些建筑就 更显通透。然而，基于伊朗的文化和地区信仰，住宅的私密 性在所有气候条件下都是重要的考量因素。为了营造出这种 私密性，设计师打造了石膏式的结构，既能保证私密性，也 能保证出必要的通风条件。设计师通过分析传统模块、设置 图表、进行抽象处理最终实现了上述要求，既能与气候条件 相符合，也满足了现代家庭生活所需。 While geographic location of Iran, contributed the climate to vary from cold in mountains to mild in the north coast’s and hot and dry in the centre, it has created a hot and humid climate in the south of Iran which Adnani house has been located. In this climate to overcome the humidity indoors, air ventilation is a necessity. Consequently, the buildings are more transparent in comparison to other types. However, privacy based on culture and regional beliefs in Iran, has a great role in almost all climates. In order to provide this privacy, we have obtained plaster networks, which provide privacy and air ventilation at the same time. Of course we achieved all these by analyzing the traditional modules and creating diagrams and making the abstract, which responses the entire climate conditions plus the requirements of a modern family as well.

294 / 创意分析——图解建筑Ⅱ MEHRSHAHR RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX MEHRSHAHR住宅小区 设计公司／Masoomeh 地点／伊朗，卡拉季 该住宅小区在设计上主要提出了三个主要解决方案： 一是遍及整个场地的较低式空间设计，二是覆盖部分地块 的有高度限制的建筑结构，三是将上述两项结合起来。所 有这三项方案都是值得考虑的。第一个方案更为人性化， 第二个方案增加了公共空间的面积，第三个方案似乎没有 值得提的优点。该项目充分考虑了城市设计方法，根据用 户体验将功能区布置在地块上，充分考虑气候特点和周边 环境打造出了三个区域，最终创造出了这处新颖、别致、 统一的住宅空间。 The designing of residential in the scale of this competition has three main solutions which are low-lying pattern that cover the entire surface, and high limit structure that covers part of the site or combination of these two. All these three solutions are considerable. In the first situation human scale and in the second one the increase in public space are the advantages in the third solution, there is no mentionable advantage. In this project in adjustment with urban designing methods, firstly the functions were divided on the site and based on the users, 3 area appeared which in combination of climatic situation and outside pattern creates a new and homogenize pattern.

302 / 创意分析——图解建筑Ⅱ SULAYMANIYAH HOUSE 苏莱曼尼亚住宅 设计公司／Masoomeh 地点／伊朗，苏莱曼尼亚 简单、原始的图形构成改变了住宅内的楼梯设计。设 计师并没有打造巨型的楼梯间，所有楼层的组合就像一个 慢慢上升的巨型楼梯。另一方面，这种设计方便生活在其 中的人看到街道以及河流的美景，进而确定了该建筑的一 个主要朝向。另外，基于该项目是一座住宅，设计师必须 在内部空间中打造出一种内部的关联，以使各个家庭成员 之间能够拥有合适的联系。住宅内的交叉空间围绕着中庭 展开设计，在公共空间与私密空间之间营造出合适的视觉 和感官联系。 Primitive diagrams added the idea of altering the staircase in this house. Instead of a massive and giant stair box, the floors can be rise steadily like a huge stair. On the other side, providing views to valley and river, inculcated a main direction to the building. Moreover, since the function of this project was residential, we must have obtained an internal relation in interiors to obtain the suitable connection among family members. Consequently, a house appeared contained of crossed spaces rotating around a main atrium while providing the visual and sensory association passes the public spaces to reach the private zones.
