Cookbook
The Tennessee Walking Horse Youth Association has compiled and published a cookbook,
entitled “Food, Friends, and Horses.” This cookbook is a collection of over 440 recipes from
members of the Tennessee Walking Horse industry. The cookbook also has a special “in
memory of “ section, which contains recipes belonging to individuals from the Walking Horse
family who have passed away.
The cookbooks can be purchased for $25 + $8.50 shipping
They are available in the TWHBEA satellite office during the fall shows
as well as the registry headquarters in Lewisburg.
