On completion of this 10-Project activity, participants are able to:
1. Describe the differences in social, cultural, geographical, technology,
industrial and business environment/practices between Northern China
and Hong Kong.
了解中國北方與香港在社會、文化、地理、科技、工業及商業
環境之間的差異。
2. Explain the differences in learning attitude adopted, study methods
applied, resources used and support received by tertiary students
between the Mainland and Hong Kong.
從中了解香港與中國在學習態度、研究方法的應用、資源運用
及校方支援之不同。
3. Apply classroom knowledge in problem solving and management of
project.
實踐課堂知識,提升解決疑難及項目管理的技巧。
4. Understand their personal strength and weaknesses, and area of
development.
了解自身的長處與短處,以及可進步的空間。

Foreword 序言

“A learning experience not to be missed” that is how the Heilongjiang Field Study
Tour has often been described by CCCU students who have taken part in this
well-organized tour. Indeed it is. The tour is also one of the best examples of the
rich variety of student life at the College a feature with which CCCU is already
identified. Through participation in activities like these, we hope to have helped
illuminate young minds.
In just a few days, you experience local life, make new friends and build camarade-
rie through different activities which bring the kind of experience seldom seen in
other self-financing colleges.
For those who were fortunate to be part of this group to visit Heilongjiang,
thememories of this tour will linger on in your minds for a long time to come. The
learning experience lies not only in the visit, but in the planning and execution that
led to the few days of life in Harbin. The participation in snow sculpture, family

visits, and other social activities all helped to
enrich the experience.

The College is glad to see that the value of
tours like the Heilongjiang Field Study Tour
goes far beyond the pleasant experience of the
trip itself, but in the intangible values of human
contact and illumination of the mind. We hope
you will sustain this learning experience in your
future lives. As American writer and humorist
Mark Twain said:

“Anyone who stops learning is old, whether
twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning
stays young.”

Co-curricular activities play a vital role in an increasingly globalised
society, as they help develop the potential of students, enhance their
teamwork and widen their exposure from a cross-cultural
perspective. The Community College of City University (CCCU) has
realized the need and promoted these learning opportunities to
students from varied backgrounds for years. The study trip to
Heilongjiang is an exemplary activity that is aligned with our
values.
I congratulate the organizing team for such an event with
well planned activities to bring students closer, deeper, and
broader to the CCCU community.

exciting experience, learning activities, team works
and joyful faces during the days at
Heilongjiang. As the theme of this journey – spirit of
discovery, I wish you not only keep the spirit in your
memory, but also apply it to your study, to your work
and your whole life !

Congratulations on your outstanding achievements! You have made a success-

ful journey to Heilongjiang despite obstacles, difficulties, and unforeseen

challenges from the early start to the finish line. Life is

meant to be experienced but not just living through daily

routines.

Your experiences to life have got better when you keep your

eyes, ears and minds open to what is happening around you.

“Tales of My Inner Journey” has surely made a remarkable stage

in your life. These fabulous and wonderful experiences,

whether learning how to ski, visit the local family homes, or

complete a snow sculpture, have surely led to a much richer

life. As you continue your life journey, allow your minds to carry

forth these experiences and build on what is good. I would like

Traveling experience is always another way to give you

valuable knowledge and skills outside classroom. To organize, plan,

and involve in the tour, you learn much more than you just join in.

“The Spirit of Discovery – The 8th Heilongjiang

Challenge 2016” is memorable and remarkable tour for all of you.

It is well organized and successful. All the things you see and come

across with will be kept in your mind for a long time, because you see

and feel them on your own. No matter before and after the tour,

you have the chance to work for a total of ten related

supplementary projects. All of these activities trained you for

different kinds of competences and skills. It also gave you the

chance to build a good friendship with your groupmates and the

students of Harbin Engineering University. Through the “Home

Congratulations on the successful completion of the eighth trip to Heilongjiang and the students’
continuing Spirit of Discovery! Each year there is a wonderful theme for the Study Tour and this
year, Tales of my Inner Journey, is a particularly poignant one
signifying not only physical discovery while waiting in Shanghai,
rushing to complete a Snow Sculpture or visiting a children’s
home but also acknowledging the intimate path of self-discovery
filled with compassion, empathy and personal growth.

The physical journey was no doubt long, arduous, tiring and cold.

The inner journey, I hope, was reflective, thoughtful and insight-

ful. I expect that the inner journey was the more challenging one

to process but a far greater and more valuable learning experi-

ence.There is an old pop song which says ‘the longest road is from

the head to the heart’. This is indicative of that inner journey

leading to a new-found maturity on the part of the students who

traveled so far from home to learn about themselves. I am sure Mary TSANG 曾美德

I am happy to see the publication of new journal for your study

tour. Far from a mere annual parade of achievements in “Hei-

longjiang Field Study Tour”, it is proudly produced for our public

to see that the vibrant and colorful student life at the College

has made a significant difference in many

others, taken responsibility for your actions, accepted your weaknesses, found area of strength,

awared your surroundings, spurred an inner growth, improved soft and technical skills,bonded

The epilogue about 2016 Tour de Taiwan serves as proof that you have grown up and are ready for
future challenges.

“The world does not owe you a living”, and yet “you don’t quit”; these two dictum you discovered in
an ABAA Business Connection forum. I shall be most pleased if you would carry on, wherever you
are, your spirit of discovery, adventure, sacrifice, friendship, fun, perseverance, hard-work,
endurance in your future endeavours. And when you do, I am confident of that you will, please mark
my words as I have previous’ 7 years participants as proof, SUCCESS WILL ENDEAR YOU!

Messages From Student Leaders 學生領䄂的話

回望過去的半年，團員們大多能從項目宣傳，團員招募，人手分配，行程策劃等參與
其中，團員亦能在活動其間體驗到一些平常不大可能得到的經歷，例如國際大學生
雪雕比賽，微電影製作和回憶錄出版等。這些難能可貴的經驗使我們能多方面學
習。除此之外，與團員合作的過程中，我們經歷過因意見不同，性格不和，抱怨
等等所帶來的負面情緒。可幸的是，我們最後亦能迎難而上，解決問題。這些
不如意經歷有助我們更加了解彼此，共同創造了不少回憶並鞏固我們的友誼。不
禁聯想最近電視劇中的一句說話:「因為有遺憾，才會刻骨銘心。」，頗發人深
省。

在副學士生活中，我和同窗們也籌備了大大小小、不同範疇的活動。在參與黑龍

江挑戰前，我曾認為身為學生領袖，只要站在前方帶領著大家走正確的路便可。

可是，參與了黑龍江挑戰後，我明白到領袖除了站在前線，還需要在活動中瞻前

顧後地帶領團隊。要成為一名出色的領袖，不止要懂得在前面帶領，更要學會以

身作則，在不同的身分下發揮團隊精神，使各團員投入參與，令所有人融為一

體。所謂團結就是力量，當團隊能一致地向目標進發，很多的難題亦 能迎

刃而解。

每個人過程中所領悟到的，也會有他自己的一個故事，都是獨一無
二。這次活動，這本回憶錄，這個尋梅記，正正是將所有故事集合
起來，成為一個往後十年、二十年或五十年亦能回味的回憶。

最後，我衷心感激學院、各老師同學，以及所有支持會計學系舉辦
活動的人。因為您們的支持，使我們有動力去接受挑戰，跳出舒適

「踏上這無盡旅途...」-Supper Moment 【無盡】

成長，就像一條無盡的旅途。過程，是艱辛的，皆因每人都要跳出自己的舒適圈，

不斷突破。這一連串的活動，目的並不在於娛樂他人，而是透過與人合作籌備活

動，認識自己，了解自身不足，從而發掘潛能。

正當我們出發前，忙得不可開交之際，有人對我說：「不就是一個交流團，有甚

麼大不了？」我笑而不語。每人都有自己選擇的堅持，有人每天追看肥皂劇，有

人拼命讀書，而我，則為了把活動辦得盡善盡美，成就這45人的共同美好回

憶。有些事，不必向人交代，卻要問心無愧。盡力便無憾，無悔。

我們的成功，並不是我一己之力，而是我們四十多人的堅持。

很榮幸，路上有你們的陪伴與支持。

半年了。

還記得當初對將要策劃的活動一無所知，臉上盡是迷茫的表情，

更不用說當甚麼領袖了。印象最為深刻的是，在初期構思的階

段，展覽會、分享會、回憶錄出版及微電影製作遲遲都定不下確

實方案，再加上預訂機票的問題，令我終日頭昏腦脹。事後才明

白，我的責任不是親手把工作完成，而是確保工作在合適的時間

內完成。我要給予別人信心和機會，才能發揮團隊意志。更重要

的是，透過付出而得到的成就感和歸屬感，只有我們自己才會懂的！

衷心希望數年後，甚至數十年後，見面時還能記起當初尋梅的甜酸苦辣，眼

淚和笑容。

回頭一望，路，原來已經走了這麼長。

這趟歷時半年的項目終於來到尾聲，也為這兩年的副學士生 走過，經過，我們知道了路的艱難。
涯添上漂亮的一筆。除了感謝老師的教誨，還要感激伴我一 遇見，碰見，我們體會了事的困難。
起走過這半年的伙伴，由籌備到正式出發的所有事情仍恍若
眼前，不知道多年後回顧這光景又將會怎樣的一番滋味呢？ 於這個遊學團間，苦不過是一陣子，苦後的那份甜
卻能回味一輩子。
「尋梅記」， 「梅」是為各人的理想、目標，但「尋」卻
是其重點。人生中，我們會為了自己的目標和理想各自踏上 學者如牛毛，成者如麟角。 籌備與計劃是容易的，
不同的旅途。過程中，我們會因挫折而跌倒；會因困難而迷 但過程卻是一波三折，不過我相信這次遊學團是成
惘；會因失敗而沮喪，但這一切卻會讓我們學會自省並從而 功的。 我十分慶幸能夠成為這次計劃其中一員，甚
瞭解自我，愈戰愈勇，而這次的黑龍江挑戰正正是一個機會 至能夠擔任遊學團的副團長。由籌備初期，到及後
讓我認識自己。 的行山、跳舞、泰拳，我們由互不相識，然後互相
磨合，到最後大家能夠無分彼此地去交流，是令我
當中最為深刻的，是在上海轉乘到哈爾濱的航班因霧霾關係 最為感動的事。
而取消，當時的我如熱鍋上的螞蟻，頓時茫然失措，幸得老
師和同學的幫助下，才能平安渡過並找到落腳點。「塞翁失 在計劃之初，開會之中，每次發言總是那三四個
馬，焉知非福」，是次滯留為我們的歷程畫龍點睛，也讓我 人，能夠主動發言，共同參與的屈指可數，要去推
明白到臨危不亂和變通的重要性。人生，不會一帆風順，也 動參與是困難的，但更難的是，我們是希望籌建一
不會事事也能按著劇本上演，重要的是以甚麼的心態面對困 個屬於大家的遊學團，而不只是參加而已。不過，
難和失敗，如何作出應變而不一蹶不振，方為上策。 令大家去融合的轉捩點是我們準備已久的，行山活
動。透過過程中的互相鼓勵和幫助，那些片段仍歷
如此同時，這趟旅程給了我機會嘗試該如何當一名領袖，其 歷在目。
最困難之處，是學懂該如何設身處地為他人設想，想出一個
令雙方也接受的方案。記得當初與同學為了如何能在確保所 去面對困難而不失信心，是一門學問。我相信，人
有人的安全的同時，又能給予他們最大的自由度時，彼此也 生總會遇到難題，但再難的也會有解決方案，當中
有著不同立場，差點吵得面紅耳赤，雖然這件事情困擾著 的過程便是成長的經歷。
我們很久，但卻是一個很好的機會讓我學習從別人的角度出
發。 再厚的牆，也會破的，再
高的牆，也能攀過，只在
這本書，或許為整個項目寫上句號， 於你的決心。
但這段我們肩並肩一起走過的日子
會永久保存在我心中，不論多少
年後，我仍會慶幸當初能鼓起勇
氣參加這次挑戰，上了人生中重
要的一課。

沒有學分，沒有「過三爆四」，
但卻得到了一班難兄難弟，一
段永誌難忘的回憶，這個「
梅」是值得尋的。

上海之旅團長

整個黑龍江考察為期七日六夜，從文字可以得知我們目的地是黑龍江，但
萬萬想不到因為航班延誤的關係，我們首兩天滯留在上海。

基於航班延誤，需要重新安排的事情多不勝數，例如辦理下一班飛往哈爾
濱的航班、臨時住宿問題等等......而我的職責，就是規劃同學們在上海的
日程表。

鑒於我和另一位團長都沒有到過上海的關係，故此，安排行程對我們
來說也有一定的難度。為了策劃一個完美的行程，我們不斷地向當
地酒店的職員查詢，加上在曾遊覽上海的同學的協助之下，我們得
以成功策劃整個行程。

「意外就是意料之外」，意外也是生活的一部分。有時候我
們會為解決意外而煩惱，有時候我們也會因為意外而感到
欣喜。整個「黑龍江挑戰」都充滿了意外，腦袋預想的畫
面與現實都不一樣，很多時候都靠我們臨時的應變能力才
能解決問題，漸漸地從充滿了意外，轉變為意義。

記得當Julian問誰想成為上海一天遊的團長時，我毫不猶豫便舉手自薦了。對
於我這個向來猶豫不決的人來說，是一個新的挑戰。在
開始的時候，我以為十分容易，因為只是編排一天的行程
便可以了。可是，到了構思的時候，便發現有很多限制，例如酒
店的無線網絡信訊十分弱和內地的網絡封鎖，大大拖慢了我們在資料搜集
方面的進步。
當時，我們實在有點㥬㥬惶，不知如何是好。最後，我們發現了一個方法，
就是問酒店的服務人員和當地人。我們不但能夠成功地編排一個完美的行程，
而且還能夠與當地人進行文化交流，實在是一舉兩得。這次的小小經歷，對我是一
大啟發，加強了自己的應變能力，而且看到每位同學在這旅途中也十分愉快，令我
充滿著成功感。最後，十分感激我的拍檔-Keith!

上海之旅團長

作為雪雕隊隊長，起初我們為設計事宜討論得如火如荼，得到劉老師的啟發後， 我們便嘗試製造
出一個模型。在不斷的嘗試、失敗和改良後，最終落實作品為”山頂凌霄閣”。我們都非常慶幸
有製作模型的經驗，使我們在真正參加比賽時事半功倍。

有句說話：「贏在起跑線上。」，但這趟挑戰證明這不一定是對的。

基於航班延誤的關係，意味著雪雕隊損失了三分之一的比賽時間，我們大可以以此為
藉口簡化我們的作品，但我們並沒有這樣做。因為即使身處逆境，也不應該受它控
制，反而應去戰勝它。事實上我們只餘下兩天的時間比賽，若果從正常途徑根本難

以完成作品，這時需要的是絕處逢生，我們留意到其他隊伍的成功秘訣，並順利地
向他們借取威力驚人的工具，以致能夠在短短兩日內超額完成作品。

在作品完成後，我們一眾隊員都感到十分雀躍，雖然過程十分艱巨，在嚴寒的天
氣中堅持並不容易。但正因我們攜手逐一克服面前的困難，過後那種成功感著
實是無法言喻。感謝每一位隊員對隊伍的付岀。就像挑戰大東山，只付出一半努
力，欣賞的可能只是野草，但如果拼上全力，得到的，便是迷霧美景。

在“尋梅記”計劃初期，我只當作是一份工作，一份責任，就像一頭蠻牛，沒有
理會其他組員感受，更別說和組員有什麼深入溝通，當快將出發黑龍江時，工作
量也相對倍增。但值得慶幸是，身邊朋友及校友一直給予我方向及建議，同時也
指出我的不足，改變了我做事的態度。

面對自己不感興趣，毫無認識的電腦應用程式，當時感到十分苦惱，但如果
自己都選擇放棄，身邊的組員怎會有動力？所以即使通宵在網上自學，或
四處找身邊的朋友求助，我也希望能給信心予整個團隊。

我拼命，你們陪着我拼命。回到香港籌備的工作十分多，每天不
是修改每塊展板的細節，就是處理場地問題，由籌備主題到展
覽會當日，每一個部分都是展覽組團員的心血傑作。我最為感
觸的地方是每當面對突發事情，例如構思每個展板主題，電子
器材的問題，每一位都會第一時間站出來，希望可以盡一分力。

在展覽會前數天，還因為構思每塊展板的主題困擾著，每晚大家都堅持留守學
校， 通宵達旦，不眠不休，正因大家堅信著，儘管付出不少，吃力不討好，只
要到最後不要讓自己後悔就足夠 。

由開始籌備到結束展覽會這半年間，身邊令我感觸的事情實在太多，儘管大家日
後各奔前程，都希望大家可以珍惜這次遊學團，繼續努力邁向目標。

當初參加這個活動的原因是正當上課時，聽到坐前排的同學說要參加黑龍江遊學
團，好奇之下一問，覺得挺有挑戰性和有趣，於是決定參加。可惜我報名當天就
是截止當日，幸好商科的同學最後決定讓我參加面試。於是機緣巧合之下，我便
參加了。但之後，我卻有很多憂慮。

第一，當我知道要擔任副組長時，我怕應付不來。因為我在自己學系裡有很多職
位，我怕會因為時間不足而未能盡責。另外，我並不是會計系學生，來自心理
學系的我，起初對大家都很陌生，怕未必能融入大家。再者，我並不是在本部上
學，有時不能配合到大家開會的時間，令我擔心會跟不上大家的進度。

不過其實這些憂慮都不是大問題，儘管有時我很忙，但我學會了分配時間，抽時
間應付不同崗位。而且大家都十分友善熱情。就算時間不合，也樂意詳細地解釋
開會的進度，有時更會在晚上用SKYPE開會至夜深，令我很快就融入到大家。

由十月到二月，大家不停地開會，一起通宵。雖然過程十分辛苦，亦令我們成長
了很多。不過我覺得最重要的是大家的友誼，在短短5個月裡，大家一同經歷了
喜怒哀樂。我們曾經在哈爾濱一起開心地玩雪，被罵時一起傷心失落，開會時一
起辛苦地構思，一起共患難，這些回憶比起我在這旅程學到的更重要更珍貴。

大家相處時間雖然只有五個月，但我們所經歷的一切造就了大家珍貴難忘的回
憶，更是我副學士兩年生涯裡最特別最有意義的事。希望大家的友誼能夠長存，
更加希望大家都能夠珍惜在這個尋梅的過程。

“有些事情，不經歷，你不會知道自己究竟能學到多少。”

這句說話我從很多師兄師姐口中聽到，但卻不甚理解。直到我擔當分享組的組長時，終於
明白了這句話的意思。

從一開始，我非常迷惘不知道如何才能好好帶領我的組員，只是想著自己把工作完
成就好了。但其實，一個人的能力根本不能應付所有東西。經過一次又一次的失
敗，我終於明白團結的力量才是最大的！

當我嘗試分工給我的組員，然後觀看著整個計劃進行，這比之前愚蠢的方
法好多了。

直至分享會那天，組員事前準備得妥妥當當，令分享會得以順利完成。每
個來參加的老師，師兄師姐都帶著我們的故事滿足地離開，更加有外來的
老師稱讚我們的分享會很精彩，我便知道我和我組員的努力並沒有白費，
那天我非常開心！

回想起當初參加黑龍江挑戰，至今整個計劃完結，實在獲益匪淺。和組
員及展覽組的磨合，分工給別人、領導的技巧，我如果沒有經歷過這
番「寒轍骨」，絕對無法獲得這些寶貴的經驗！我定緊記劉老
師及何老師的教誨，繼續走我以後的路，更加不會忘記和九個
分享會組員一起走過的日子。

分享組組長

由出發往哈爾濱前至返港後，分享組早已分階段積極籌備分享會的事
宜，務求令分享會的安排稱心滿意。策劃分享會的過程是相當具挑戰
性的，作為分享組的副組長，需要和組員同心協力去籌備，同時亦要
分擔組長的工作。

感恩的是，分享組每一位組員都盡忠職守，熱心幫助，一步一步去
達成我們的目標。除了感謝我的組員，同時更要感激隨團的劉老
師和分享組的顧問老師給予我們的幫助和包容，在我們迷失
方向的時候帶給我們希望。最後，分享會在友誼和團隊合
作的精神下劃上完美的句號。

雖然策劃整個分享會的過程很艱辛，亦遇上種種的難關，但我
們都迎刃而解，我深信我們所付出的時間和汗水是值得的。這
一切一切都會成為我們的美好回憶，而在當中所獲得的經驗更
是無可替代。所謂「不經一番寒轍骨，焉得梅花撲鼻香?」，人
必須要經過磨煉才會有所領悟，經過這次黑龍江挑戰後，我會把所
得到的經驗和老師們的教誨銘記於心，學以致用。

我們準備了一連串的活動，務求適應黑龍江極端的 PwC Delloitte
環境。 HSBC

行山－第一項出發前的活動，目的鍛鍊體格，增強
肌力，為出發前作好準備，亦加強隊伍之間的凝聚
力。

香港－是聚所周知的環球商業城市。主要的商業大
廈都集中在中環及中西區。透過《城市定向》，跟
隨著紙上的線索，走過了密密麻麻的摩天大樓，走
過了香港四大會計師事務所，由核心的外圍走到核
心的內圍，透過彼此的合作，從而提升與組員間的
默契。與此同時，亦在遊玩中學習了不少知識。

KM A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

To be physically well prepared for the extreme weather conditions in Heilongjiang,
we designed a series of fitness activities - the first event was hiking. We also took this
opportunity as a team building exercise, to get us to know each other better and to gel us
together as a working group.

The hiking path we took was at the Hong Kong Island. Given that Hong Kong is an
international business center while Central is the main business district, we took the
opportunity to learn about this area and to understand the commercial culture with a
fun “City Hunt” among the skyscrapers, targeting the office locations of the Big Four

accounting firms during

brought us to a better
understand the history of
Hong Kong as it was part of
a heritage trail.

Thai Boxing and Dancing 跳「武」動真情

Date : 23rd December,2015
Time : 11:00-18:00

同學們投入地學習打拳，大家都很樂於其中。 誰說泰拳是男生的專利，巾幗不讓鬚眉 !

為了增強體格，我們特意請來專業的教練團隊來教導同學們打拳的基礎。教練先要我們做團體的熱身活動，接著以
拍擋形式訓練，最後是小組練習。每一組分別都有一名教練作指導，我們先練習出拳踢腳動作，待熟練起來，再來
組合式拳擊動作，最後把學得的技巧一股腦兒應用上來。透過是次拳擊訓練，學生們能從中掌握打拳的竅門， 致
力培養強健的身體。本著增進兩地學生的友誼為題，「黑龍江挑戰」之中特設兩地學生聯誼晚宴，而在聯誼晚宴之
中，舞蹈表演為晚宴的核心環節。故此，為求令晚宴能順利進行，在聯誼晚宴項目總監帶領下同學們學習與外國夥
伴跳舞的舞步。

同學們必須學會一些舞步，透過學習這些舞蹈，學生們能訓練自身的手腳協調及音樂節拍感，更能建立團隊凝聚力。

適當的良性競爭是團體中的潤滑劑，能加速團隊的進步。有見及此，男女同學需要各自向觀眾演繹不同的舞蹈，女
子組選擇跳「小蘋果」，而男子組選擇跳「What does the fox say」。透過不斷的練習，同學們的舞步漸見熟能生
巧，眾志成城，幻想著自己能在當晚化身為 Michael Jackson，迷倒萬千少男少女，把氣氛推至最高峰。

Thai boxing and group dancing involved vigorous physical movements whilst enabled us to 1st
build better bond. We were as much unfamiliar with dancing as the sport of Thai Boxing,
In the course of learning some rhythmical dance movements and graceful steps, and of 學習泰拳
throwing out heavy punches and harsh kicks, we got a chance to explore and understand our
physical faculties, a wonderful experience of knowing our body. Time
When hands were extended to help fellow dance partner who lost his/her balance, when
leg were stretch to follow a better dancer by imitating correct dance steps, when arms were
kept strong to hold up punching pads for participants to bounce their fists, we built trust,
we built friendship. For individuals, in the end of several long and tiresome sessions, it
amounted to a better understanding of one’s own personalities and mental strengths.
Keeping our ego as intact as possible, most of us managed to to endure the numerous
blue-black bruises that were cast at our shins, elbows, forearms… from those missed and

merciless punches! And from the
distant corners, we could hear
breathless yarn: 夠皮，散水啦 !

登頂後的喜悅，簡直開心到跳起。 To this following situation ...
出發前數天，我們完成
這次對比上一次行山的路線，更具挑戰性，加上出發當日山上天氣不佳， 了最後一個出發前的活
充滿霧氣。這個問題影響了研究及物流組的準備，因此他們在出發前為不 動 - 於大東山行山，並
同的情況下安排了不同的應急措施。是次目的地—大東山，為香港第三高 繼續為旅程作出最後準
山，位於海拔 869 米。六小時的路程，走過二千多級，到達山頂附近，那 備⋯⋯
裡滿佈芒草，配合周遭的迷霧，猶如置身仙境，似夢非夢，有著霧裡看花
的覺。看到如斯風景，即使過程辛酸，也總算不枉此行。 說罷，肚子忽響 2738
一聲，還是趕快下山去吧 !

The third in our series of fitness exercise was a hike at the Sunset Peak, which is the
third highest peak in Hong Kong with a height of 869 meters above sea level. We reached
the peak after going uphill along more than 2000 stone stairs but the descend has proved
to be aneven harder work out, with pressure on knees there was a need to use the thigh
muscle, the pain was excruciating and burning. . Our 6 hours country walk was well

rewarded by with an afternoon
tea at a local Dai Pai Dong ( 大排檔 )!

We thought the foggy and windy environment at the top of
the Sunset Peak might give us a hint of what the weather
might be like in Heilongjiang as some of us were under
dressed and felt cold. But we were so wrong! Never was
enough our extrapolation and imagination of the cold
weather in Heilongjiang, which we only found out when
we landed. Still it did stimulate a good deal of preparation
by our Research and Logistics Team to incorporate safety
precautions in our field trip schedule. They fortunately have
designed contingency plan and look for alternative solutions
for possible emergencies or unexpected events happen.

Shanghai Detour 繞路之雛

Date : 4th January,2016

由於天氣惡劣的關係，上海直往哈爾濱的航班被迫取消，
逼使我們滯留於上海機場。還記得一開始時我們是手足無
措，不知該如何是好， 為了解決問題，我們在機場上東奔
西走，到處詢問航空公司下一班前往哈爾濱飛機的安排。
慶幸在各方協調的情況下，航空公司安排我們在機場附近
的酒店「借宿一宵」。

劉老師說：「沒有完美的計劃，只有美麗的變化」。行程雖然意外 意外收獲
延誤， 卻換來一整天的上海之旅， 帶給我們一個又一個的驚喜。在
上海灘， 到處都是特色貨品和古色古香的建築，仿如回到五六十年 Due to unexpected weather conditions, our

到大慶參觀的時候，旅程已經過了一半。一開始，我們仍然
像隻「盲頭蒼蠅」，不斷出錯，轉機的時候，於機場不斷走 此黑龍江的挑戰，是項多方位學習的機會: 沒有完美的計劃，
錯路；參觀船舶博物館的時候，有數位同學遲到，錯過了集 是個人的事：我的，你的，他的， 只有漂亮的變化。
合時間；聯誼晚會的時候，司儀們未能控制場面，令到一開 也是集體的：我，你，他之間的事。 我，你的老師，
始氣氛並不高昂，種種因素令我們的旅程開始得並不順利。
幸而，第二天的聯誼晚會得以順利結束，事後我們仍為此 有外在行為： 只不過是個，興奮劑，添加劑，

研究及物流

研究及物流組是個「萬能插蘇」， 表面看似平平無奇：資料搜集、行程安排、指手畫
腳、胡言亂語。 但他們所背負的是對整個團隊的責任， 隊員的生死安全，將來每一個人
的幸福，甚至他們造福人類使命的機會。 所以這“特種”小隊一定要確保所有人能從黑
龍江安全的，生龍活虎的，高高興興的，心靈健康的歸來。

由事前活動至黑龍江旅程，每個項目都是由研究及物流部策劃和推動，把每一個環節仔細

地考慮清楚，務求做到滴水不漏。就以第一次事前活動為例， After this project, we learnt:
他們為確保行山路線無誤，先後行了三次並考慮有可能出現的突發情

況，可見他們做事十分認真。

而在資料搜集方面，他們也不怠慢，因為人命攸關，在一個陌生，且零
下三十多度的地方，如何保暖是一項非常重要的學問。除了多穿些禦寒
衣物外，還要注意其他身體部位的保暖是否足夠，由頭至腳，缺一不
可。

在黑龍江旅程中，研究及物流組擔當起牧羊人角色，帶領整個團，所付
出比其他人多。他們遲睡早起，為的是令全部人守時，使行程得以暢
順。有時為保障團友有足夠保暖，少不免些爭拗和不快。背後的辛酸，
皆逆來順受。因此，研究及物流組可算是居功至偉。

是次交流活動透過一對一配對夥伴，藉此促進兩地同學交流。學生們一開
始使用通訊軟件和夥伴作初次接觸，在學生聯誼晚會上的第一次見面，其後相
約外出。同學與當地學生互相分享兩地文化、生活習慣、學習模式的差異，從
而加深對內地及黑龍江的認識。另外，是次活動可訓練同學以普通話溝通，亦
能提升同學對普通話的認識和運用。

Through pair matching, "Hey Buddy Scheme" provided us a platform to network with students of Heilongjiang
Engineering University. Interacting with the local students has enhanced in a real manner our understanding of
mainland cultures, lifestyles, and even how fellow students learning attitude.
From a distance and without close encounter, it is quite hard to imagine the daily life of a typical Mainlander At certain
places during the journey, we experienced how life without a good Wi-Fi was like, and it reminded us the lyric of a pop
song “收不到信號過兩秒又再看看” (every 2 seconds I check for the signal), you wanted to know the news around and
share your feeds, but you could never do it.

我的 Buddy 叫駱偉，是一個看起來很酷 我的 Buddy 是一位熱情友好、古靈精怪的

與自己 Buddy 交流過程中，語言是其 我覺得你是一個很安靜的男孩，說話的時
中一個困難。因為自己的普通話不 候會害羞，並且也很可愛，待人真誠。
好，而對方又不太會說廣東話。但 我覺得聯誼晚會辦得很好，在吃喝玩樂
最終也用了普通語交流。然而， 中交朋友會讓大家很放鬆，同時也容
最大的困難是話題。大家相識不 易被香港的同學帶得嗨起來，整個過

家便熟悉得像老朋友一般。交 地在第一時間就報名了。我從中學時期

備帶香港同學玩，沒想到場面
被他們主導了，他們真的很會
玩，很 high。也為我們帶來很好
吃的香港美食，那天玩的真的好開心。

這次的交流團真的要感謝義務參加 此次來黑龍江的香港小夥伴給我的印象深
接待的小夥伴在繁重的學業和實驗 刻，陳思蓓同學與我聯繫交流，讓我對同
中抽空帶我們香港的同學到中央 學有了初步的認識。通過接觸後我發現

Sub-project 5.3 能夠探訪黑龍江當地的家庭，這機會其實並不容易。

We experienced China Northerners’ hospitality and enthusiasm
in a number of ways, especially through the sumptuous lunches
that they have prepared for us. Such kinds of welcome brought us
warmth, physically and emotionally, contrasting to the deep cold
as we can see outside the window.

包餃子時雖雞手鴨腳，但仍樂此不疲。 能分辨出哪隻餃子是我們所包嗎?

透過與本地家庭不斷地溝通，我們能夠輕鬆自在地談天， 接待的家庭為我們準備豐富的菜餚，還親手教我

will definitely keep contact with our buddies,
and we value this unique social network
that allows us to learn more about different
cultures.

Sub-project 5.5 逗留兒童福利院只有短短數小時，但對我們而言，卻是充滿
Children's Home Visit 意義。除了探訪和照顧一眾小孩，我們也預備了一些勞作，
兒童福利院 希望能和他們一起玩耍。

位於哈爾濱市的兒童福利院。 Although we had only an afternoon at the Children’s Home ,
our experience was meaningful and educational enough for us
to remember it for rest of our life. We played, chatted and had
direct interaction with some children and youngsters.

After this project, we learnt:

但想不到，離開了中學才兩年，從美術課學來的手藝也統統還給
了老師，弄出來的都是「四不像」，卻換來他們燦爛的笑容，彼
此都樂也融融。

We heard their life stories, each is unique and most are rather
sad, and yet we found them quite optimistic and happy.

雖然每個小朋友都有著自己的過去，但在整個交流中，他
們都顯得十分樂觀和積極。

We felt that we were nothing more than dust. This made us
reflect on taking things for granted, not treasuring what we
have and always making complaints. All of these characteris-
tics are common mistakes of human beings.

大哥哥，大姐姐，一起玩吧!

小小的冰壺，就能給予小朋友無限的快樂。

回看我們，生活在物質富裕的香港，忘卻了並非所有東西都
是必然，不懂得珍惜所擁有的，更常抱怨，身在福中不知
福。

Skiing
滑雪

在滑雪當天，我們很早就要出發到滑雪場地。由於大
家都很疲累，所以把握了在車上的時間裡休息。

We headed for the ski field at dawn to start a remarkable
and enjoyable day of trying out a new sport. Afterwards,
we were so tired that all we did was sleeping on the bus.

International Collegiate
Snow Sculpture Contest
國際大學生雪雕比賽

從初步的概念到最終完成品，雪雕隊經過無數次的修改和討論，每一個成員都付出一定程度的時間及努力，務求能雕
出一件大家都滿意的藝術品。

最初他們太清楚應該要做什麼準備。在得到劉老師建議後，成員們明白到首先應該要做一個模型，為的是試驗概念
的可行性。最初他們用石膏作為模型的材料，但之後發覺這完全是一個錯誤。因為理論上模型不可能第一次就能雕成，
當中需要經過無數的試驗和失敗。更重要的是，石膏一旦風乾，模型便成型了，不能再就原先的模型再作任何修改。
有了這次經驗，雪雕隊重新選擇可塑性高的材料，如泥膠。製作模型的進度不但加快，也更有靈活性。他們更可以嘗
試不同的概念，最終選定作品為山頂凌霄閣，誓要將香港地標搬往黑龍江。

因為航班取消，導致雪雕隊遲了一天到達黑龍江，也因此比其他隊伍遲一天開始雪雕。為趕及進度，成員們第二天一
大早開工，初初接觸到雪塊， 都知該從何入手。經過討論，並嘗試從高處向下開始雕塑。除了雕刻的方法，天氣也
是雪雕隊的一大難題。因為黑龍江的温度平均只有零下 20 度，與香港相差 30 多度，「溫室」裡長大的小孩始終未能
適應。由於長期在戶外雕刻，所以每隔一段時間他們都需要進室內取暖，待身體暖得發燙時又要出外幹活了。

第三天時，雖然雪雕隊沒有停下手上的工作，但是離完成作品還有一大段距離。他們開始觀察左右兩旁的參賽隊伍，
慢慢發現其他隊伍雕刻速度很快，而且每一次都雕走很大範圍的雪，相比之下簡直是天淵之別。原來，其他隊伍自備
工具，相比大會提供的工具厲害得多，手起刀落，一下子把「冰山」劈開。當雪雕隊發現這點後，成員們主動向已完
成作品的隊伍借取這「神器」，因此他們的進度大大提升。最終能夠如期完成作品，依賴的不但是每個人的努力、堅
毅和他人的幫助，更重要是成員們的互相配合，使團隊合作的精神發揮得淋漓盡致。

The Micro Movie was a new attempt
34 this year. Well before any of the 6
projects started, we already started
casting, scriptwriting, preparing
camera shots and props, selecting venues for outdoor filming and
even try editing trials shorts. All members of this trip are involved
and they are devoted to the production of the micro movie. We
had a number of difficulties, not least the script was modified again
and again on the set especially during the field trip . However, we
still kept the perfectionist’s attitude to improve our work. It was
true that whatever brought us down would eventually make us
stronger. No matter how tough the work was, we won't forget the
time that we stayed late night and worked so hard together.

在開始準備時，攝製隊共同構思不同的影片主題，例如堅毅、
成長、蛻變、四季等等，然後構想部份的劇情。其中，因為種
種原因，例如劇情未能扣緊主題、劇情未能引導觀眾明白等原
因，成員們不斷重頭構思。還記得有一次，攝製隊進行了十五
小時的會議，大家都堅持把劇本改得更完美，離開時已天昏地
暗，不知今夕是何年。基於對拍攝影片缺乏經驗的關係，他們
準備了不同的拍攝計劃和劇本，避免在剪裁影片時缺乏選擇。

The Micro Movie Team tried to use different photography skills
and conceive various scenarios surrounding the meaning of
plum blossoms. The Team was hoping that the audience could
understand the meaning behind each scene. However, the
scenario and the theme of the movie lacked a guide for the
audience to trace the symbolic meaning, thus we redesigned it all
from the beginning. Once during the process, the Micro Movie
Team had the longest possible meeting-15 hours! All of us were
willing to spend the time for what eventually true improvements
that we can be proud of.

最後剪接影片的階段，導演和副導演協助收集影片，而剪裁影
片的組員協助製作整個影片。在這個階段，最具挑戰的是運用
iMovie 的功能。由於他們是分工製作影片，組員利用自己的平
板電腦製作，然後再整合影片。當需要更改影片時，iMovie 只
允許於原來製作的電腦裡更改，電腦常被影片佔領。因此，不
少組員的電腦均發出磁碟空間不足的投訴。

In the phase of film editing, the Director and Assistant Director
helped us to collect video clips whereas the members of video
editing helped to organize those videos. In this process, the
biggest challenge was using an unfamiliar software, iMovie. Since
the original plan was to divide the work of film editing among
members, they could edit the film with the use of their MacBook
and then integrate those clips together. In fact, iMovie only allowed
us to edit the clips in the original MacBook when there was a need
to edit the film. This meant that this part of the project took a lot
more time.

2016 in Academic Building 2 in City University of Hong

Kong. We held two exhibitions, the second being from 15th

February to 22nd February in the Academic Building 2 in the Ribbon-cutting ceremony as a start of our exhibition.

Thanks all of the guests and alumni 我們向公眾展示在黑龍江的經歷和得著，在到達黑龍

現精神」，在黑龍江途中，我們日以繼夜地收集寶貴
的生活相片，並把這些照片透過展覽會展露出來。

Before the trip, all teammates put huge efforts on the
preparation. We learnt to use some graphic-editing
software by ourselves, such as Adobe Illustrator and
Photoshop, as well as greatly enhancing our photography
skills. The purpose was to show the very best that we had
learnt at the Exhibition.

It was such a challenge for us to organize an Exhibition
within two weeks of getting back to Hong Kong. It was
undeniable that time was limited. Yet, the team members
tried their best and strived for excellence. The Exhibition on
22 January showed our effort and the experience of our trip
and how our cooperation and hard work had paid off.

The design of the boards showed different stages of our
maturation process. In the Exhibition, it showed the activities
we did on the Study Tour and also included some photos.
We hope that it could share our happiness with campus
community, and guests, amongst whom are professors and
teachers from CityU, HKUST, SPEED, HKIAAT and CCCU.

Sharing Seminar 分享會

各就各位，我們要開始了 ! 在分享會上，我們邀請了一些來自不同部門的嘉賓分享我們的
經驗和照片。他們享受聆聽我們的演講和準備。通過幻燈片，
12 個 觀眾們能夠更詳細和明確地知道更多有關黑龍江的信息，還有
些參加者分享自己的經驗和來自黑龍江挑戰的感覺，一同回顧
不同的故事 當時美好的時刻。

We invited guests who came from different tertiary institutions,
CCCU divisions and programmes to our sharing seminar which
was also opened to the entire campus community We receive
good response from the audience. Through PowerPoint slides,
micro-movie and the Seminar Programme booklet, we were able
to showcase our discoveries and the journey we have taken in this
experiential learning project. In illustrating the details of this
Heilongjiang Challenge, some participants shared their personal
experiences and feelings, and account for what they have gone
through in completing their respective projects.

evaluation and reflection session for reviewing what we had learnt from
the Heilongjiang Challenge. Once we had the experiences before, we
could solve the problems effectively. It was beneficial for us to apply what
we had learnt in our daily life. These reflections and discussion formed
part of the content for the final project: Publication of a memory journal.

Publication 回憶錄

黑龍江之旅開始前，團隊的成員都忙著擬定回憶錄的主題。經過多番的討論後，終於達到一致的共識。為了使
回憶錄能更清晰記載每位同學的一點一滴，團隊的成員於創作軟件、設計及排版上都花了不少時間和心機，務
求真實地呈現黑龍江之旅。返港後，成員日以繼夜，馬不停蹄地編輯書本和較對。過程中，少不免爭執及意見
不 合。 但 大 家 都 願 意 坦 誠 地 把 問 題 說 出
來，一起解決。最終，成員們完成了大家
的回憶錄。

過程中，我們有過不和，有過歡笑玩鬧，
有過傷心失望。然而，重要的是我們之間
都能從中獲益，改變自己，變成一個更好
的人。這本回憶錄不但是屬於團隊的成員
的回憶，更印證每一位成員的付出。謝謝
你們的投入和參與！

and that “parent” was time constraints. No matter how strongly we desired
to go home, it was just our pathetic dream that keep us going; we were stuck
at “school”, we were stuck in the design and choosing the right stuff from
mountainous content !

Still, there were good times for us. Choosing the photos for our book
was one of these. It was quite a fun time when we went back to moments
on the tour to find fellow peers had made some silly gestures and facial
expressions.

We argued. We laughed. We cried. And, we felt so frustrated at times.
Yet, the most important thing throughout this process was that, we have
learned to change ourselves, our expectations, we learned to compromise,
we HAD BECOME A BETTER SELF! . This Memory Book not only belongs to
the Publication Team, but to all the participants in Heilongjiang Challenge
since it recorded and captured all the precious moments that we had on this
trip. Thank you!

團長導言

是次黑龍江遊學團一共有四十四名學生參加，主題為「尋梅記」，著重
於學生如何從十個項目中得到人生的啟發，並從而成長。梅花，在此處
為各人心中的目標和理想，但「尋梅記」的「尋」卻更為重要。最後是
否得到心中所想為其次，重要的是過程和學生從中得到的啟發。

人生，如果事事都一帆風順，那我們的生活就會淡然無味。但這次的黑
龍江挑戰之旅，為我們平淡的人生添加了色彩。由於天氣惡劣導致航班
延誤，我們被迫滯留於上海一天，打亂了我們既定的行程。我們由不知
所措、手忙腳亂地搜尋住宿的安排，到從容不迫地去計劃上海之旅。而
黑龍江帶給我們新的機遇，還讓我們增進不同學系之間的交流。我們很
感激學校與學系主任提供一個機會讓我們成長！

意想不到我能夠完成大東山的挑 兩日時間內，在零下三十度下的環境，

人 生 當 中 豈 有 完 美 的 事 情？ 但 卻 正 正
因 為 變 化， 毛 蟲 才 能 化 蝶。 有 時 候，
事情過於理想，卻失去了進步的機會。
沒 有 完 美 的 計 劃， 但 有 漂 亮 的 變 化，
正如人生充滿許多未知，這更添其趣味
性。由九月開始籌備的黑龍江遊學團，
當中充滿著許多不確定性和困難，但正
正有著這些才能讓我們學習如何變通，
其中因為天氣問題導致前往哈爾濱的航
班取消，遊學團的目的沒有因為這意外
從而改變，反之卻讓我們得到了額外的
學習機會和難忘的回憶。

在一個陌生的極地，生存比任何事都重
要。開頭我並不完全相信老師的說話，說手
套放在外套的袋子裏便不會丟掉。坦白說，我本
來就不是掉三落四的人，所以我並沒有放這件事放
在心裡。事實證明，當您身體冷得發麻、耳朵變得不
靈敏的時候，連掉了東西也毫不察覺。此時，我們亦要開
始接受、去改變。我們逐漸從懵懂開始蛻變，由不懂物流程
序變到什麼都去問、去學。每晚研究及物流組都需要經過一番
思量和討論，但第二天遇到意外卻令一切瞬間變成另一回
事。要是從前的我，因為堵車而追不上進度，我大概會
因為這種無力感而老早就哭了。因為飛機不斷延誤及
後取消，而令我們的行程不斷更改。可能我們當
初真的並沒有什麼完美的計劃，但這個旅程卻
令我改變了對事情的看法和做法，亦可算

是一個「美麗」的變化。

在前往黑龍江之前，我們出版組
已 大 致 把 回 憶 錄 的 內 容 計 劃 好。 然
後，由於航班的影響，我們需要在上海
逗留。這突來的決定使我們能遊覽上海，
認識當地文化。回到香港後，雖然我們要把回
憶錄的排版和內容再重新規劃，但這亦不

妨是一個成長的好機會 !

是次黑龍江挑戰從策劃到實行，跨越了 關美恩
整個學期，團員們經歷過無數大大小小的 兩地學生交流組組員
會議。可是，天公總是不造美，往往我們以為
行程已經設計得宜，現實卻令我們大失預算。 當 回憶錄出版編輯
我在上海機場得知航班有機會取消後，首當其衝的
挑戰便是和機場地勤人員溝通。我本以為在香港所學到
的普通話足以應付日常生活，但可能是因為工作繁忙的關
係，地勤人員的激昂語氣連帶很快的語速，使我只能聽懂當
中的六七， 其餘的三四只能靠著猜想去明白當中的意思。
最令我著緊的還有當晚的住宿安排，我非常擔心整團
四十五人要滯留機場一晚，幸好和航空公司溝通後
我們整團人都能入住同一間酒店。有賴我們團結
一致，分工合作，才能將是次變化轉危為機。

在這次旅程前，根本不熟悉這班同 分享會是整個黑龍江挑戰其中一個 這是我人生中第一個參與的展覽
學。但研究及物流組的同學籌備了 核心項目之一，這個分享會的最大 會，非常刻骨銘心。除了是第一次
這次的行山之旅，令我認識了他們 目的是讓一眾來賓感受到我們一行 舉辦這些活動外，當中的過程也令
這群好伙伴。 四十多人於黑龍江七日六夜之中所 我得益不少，友誼是其中一樣。在
大東山的路途遙遠，且當天天氣不 發生的點點滴滴。 黑龍江挑戰中認識了很多新朋友，
如 預 期 盼 望 的 好， 路 上 濕 滑 且 大 還記得在分享會正式舉行前兩日， 本以為只是一段很淺的友誼，但經
霧。但同學們樂於助人，小心地調 展覽隊與分享會還沒有達成一致的 過籌備展覽會的過程裡，讓我感受
整步伐，迎合團隊中人員的體能， 共識，令我們每一個人都心急如焚， 到不是這麼簡單。例如在通宵工作
當有體力不支的團員，大家都給予 不知如何是好。縱然如此，我們每 時，不只是互相支持和鼓勵，更寧
加 倍 照 顧， 讓 他 們 先 走， 免 生 意 一個隊員都通宵達旦地留在學校， 願犧牲自己的休息時間去幫其他朋
外。 希望在死線之前能想到一個萬全之 友完全工作。這些舉動令我知道這
策。俗語有話：「三個臭皮匠勝過 些 友 誼 是 真 摯 的， 也 不 是 那 麼 簡
一個諸葛亮」，何況我們有二十多 單。參加了黑龍江挑戰後，讓我得
個臭皮匠在場呢？最後當分享及展 到了很多真摯友誼及難忘回憶。
覽會完滿舉行時，回想起一直努力，
二十多個人不眠不休地朝着同一個目
標進發，那種團結，那種溫馨，我
想每一個人一輩子也十分難忘。

朋輩是我成長之一大動力。有些時候，
長輩未必能了解和體諒我們的行為，
而朋友大多是同輩，所以想法會較一
致。 在 黑 龍 江 挑 戰 中， 我 面 對 過 許 多
許多的難關，但朋輩的支持令我把重
重困難都一一克服。
朋輩的支持未必是一些感人肺腑的情
深 說 話， 可 能 只 是 一 句 加 油， 或 是 一
個 簡 單 的 擁 抱， 已 抵 千 言 萬 語， 心 照
不宣。

Even after we had gone through activities like
hiking, group dance and Thai boxing, I still could
not recognise all the tour members. Although I
must say we did have chances to communicate
with each other and share our experiences. This
enabled me to build a stronger sense of belonging
to our HLJ team. As we shared our difficulties such
as work or time management, I o felt that our
members were much more willing to participate
and help each other regardless if the work was easy
or difficult.

由於在行山那天的天氣比較潮濕和大霧，因此
地面非常濕滑。當我們行走時，這是非常危險
的，而且有可能會發生意外或受傷。因此在下
山時，很多女生都害怕會滑倒，這時男生們都
願意主動走過來並伸出他們的手扶着有需要的
人。一路上大家都保持聯繫，以確保所有人安
全。我們一個跟一個地走，沿路上一直有指示
提醒走在後面的人要注意的地方。整個過程中，
大家都樂於幫助身邊的人，守望相助，從而鍛
練團隊精神和增進彼此之間的感情。

「吾日三省吾身。」有時候，讓自己
的心境平復下來，為自己當天所作的
事情作出反省，能夠自覺，發掘自己
優點和改善自身缺點，並再覺他，處
於別人的角度去回看自己，為他人設
想，才能夠真正成長。

常常，我都覺得自己有很多缺點，但卻總是
看不清。別人問我時，我總回答不了自己的
不足是甚麼。今次的旅程，在籌備到完成，
經常有給自己反省的時候，我慢慢看清了自
己的不足，有了自覺。在反思會中，能以別
人的角度回看自己，開始懂得改善自己，嘗
試從他人角度出發，令合作更暢順。

這次寶貴的旅行讓我成為堅韌和成熟的人。毫無
疑問，在溫度非常寒冷和乾燥的環境下，我們必
須先保護自己，並要一直保持身體內部溫暖。還
記得在哈爾濱的第一天，我沒有聽從老師的建議，
只穿了棉料手套，沒有同時穿上二種手套—防滑
性手套和棉料手套。經過此事後，我學會聆聽別
人的建議。此外，我講學會了獨立。在這個項目
中，所有參與者都有責任自律，妥善照顧自己，
避免生病。另外，我們不僅需要照顧自己，還要
照顧其他成員。

Sharing Seminar Team
“Unity is Strength” is what I have learnt from organizing the Sharing
Seminar. Everyone is critical and key for a job well done. If any members
underestimated their capabilities and responsibilities, the leader and rest of
the team will be stressed and frustrated, and intended mission will never be
completed.
We were all-nighters for 2 days prior to the opening of the seminar.
Although it was tiring, we never complained. We know that everyone
needed encouragement and not frustration. I really appreciate all the
members of the Sharing Team, who contributed to the success, this is
incredible.

During the trip, we were always being told off for
wearing improperly to protect ourselves. I think it
is very important to be conscious of taking care of
ourselves since our safety is nobody's responsibility
but ourselves. Therefore, no matter where you
are, you need to pay more attention on your
health and safety. If possible, lead the others to do
the same.

Self-awareness was the best way to improve my weaknesses and I had a
breakthrough for myself during this trip. In the past, I was too passive,
timid and self-centered. During hiking, I had to cooperate with different
people. Without their support, I would not have discovered my strengths
and weaknesses as well as reflected on my flaws and be able to make
improvements for my future. As the saying goes, "Attempt is the first step
to changing your life". I had learned an important lesson and that I should
set a goal to change myself for the sake of perfecting my character.

透過活動，我知道自己的不足，例如：我
本來只會等待別人的指令或給予我工作，
但隊員不一定知道我的長處，不一定找我
幫手。現在我會主動詢問，減輕隊員的負
擔。我亦能了解隊員的長處和性格，從而
分配工作給其他隊員，不會將工作一力承
擔。雖然大家都各有缺點，但互相配合，
發揮長處，最終令活動順利完成。
