Embodying relational love to strengthen us

Relationships, especially close ones, can be deeply grounding, a real shelter and potentially
highly transformative. They also tend to reveal deep insecurities and patterns in us. Taking
the time and effort to strengthen them is a true act of Love.
A healthy way of implementing this in your intimate relationships is to create regular check in
times, ideally biweekly or monthly. While the process is ideally done together, if you are new or
unsure, do it by yourself a few times before trying it with your partner.

Step 1: Start with yes/no questions...

Take turns asking your partner these questions, mark your feeling on the spectrum, and
then discuss any responses to the left of “Neutral.” See tips on the facing page.

NO NEUTRAL YES

x Do you feel supported & safe?
x Do you feel valued & loved?

x Does our relationship offers ample quality time together?

x Does it offer sufficient personal & independent time?
x Do you feel you can communicate your feelings to me?

x Do you feel your insecurities are accepted by me?

x Do you feel satisfied with how we handle friction/conflicts?

Step 2: Move to more specific questions PLANNER

Gratitude

Gratitude is a feeling of well being and peace that can also be developed
through practice. When practiced over time, this feeling becomes stronger
making our lives more fulfilling.

In the beginning as you practice, you may not feel gratitude, however over

My Life’s
Intentions

Setting intentions and creating conscious goals is a very powerful practice.
When we take the time to consciously reflect on our lives. We start to pay
attention to what is important to us. this creates space in our mind for new
possibilities. The very willingness to go through the process itself is insightful
and revealing. It shows us what our hearts truly desire.

As you go through this process, remember not to hold your intentions and
goals too tightly. Rather, let them be beacons of light that shine your way and
show you that in this vast multitude of choices you are purposefully choosing
a direction.

Conquering
Fears & Blocks

Deep dive into my fears, blocks & negative patterns.

Fears, blocks and challenging situations hold something very important in
them. They are the keys to our growth. They challenge us to find our edges
and move beyond them. In this section we will first identify some of our
fears, blocks etc and then take a deeper look at a few. On the flip side, if we
fail to honor them, they have a tendency of ruling our lives. Some patterns
