Do not expose the device to physical impact or damage. Use cables (eg. HDMI cable, USB type-C and etc.) which is approved by the government only. Prevent all the ports from coming into contact with foreign materials such as metal, liquids or dust. If any part of the device, such as the glass or acrylic body is broken, smokes or emits a burning odor, stop using the device immediately. Use the device again only after it has been repaired. Do not disassemble or reuse the battery. Use the device in a proper temperature. Avoid placing the Smart Board in burning or freezing temperatures. Avoid touching the Smart Board with wet hands. HOW TO START UP THE SMART BOARD Unpack the device and set it up on the stand. Press the power button for 5 seconds to turn it on. Follow the on screen start up guide until the final step. Now, the smart board is ready to be used. 1. 2. 3. 4. 6 Megalaiyani
HOW TO CHARGE THE SMART BOARD NOTE : THE SMART BOARD TAKES A LONGER TIME TO CHARGE WHILE IT IS IN USE. IT IS ADVISABLE TO CHARGE THE SMART BOARD WHEN IT IS NOT IN USE FOR OPTIMAL BATTERY CHARGING. Unpack the wireless charging adapter. Attach it anywhere you desire on the wall. Connect the wire of the adapter to a power source. Switch on the power source and a green light will appear indicating the wireless charging adapter is powered on. Bring the smart board near the wireless charging adapter and the smart board will start to charge. HOW TO MIRROR CONTENT ON THE SCREEN Firstly, go to settings. Then, go to Device connectivity. Click on the screen mirroring option. Then, turn on the screen mirroring option. Make sure the device that you want to use for mirroring the screen has the screen mirroring function. Turn it on in your device and click on the smart board model number. NO PROBLEMS SOLUTION 1. Screen doesn't turn on. Solution 1: Double tap and hold the power button for 6 seconds to restart the Smart Board. Solution 2: Check the battery indicator to make sure the Smart Board have not run out of battery. 2. Screen doesn't sense Smart Pen. Solution 1: Restart the Smart Board. Solution 2: Charge the Smart Pen. Solution 3: Clean the tip of the Smart Pen to make sure that there is no dust. 3. HDMI/USB cables are not detected.
