Letter to Pope Francis

Your Holiness,
"POPE FRANCIS-THE PROTECTOR OF THE POOR AND PEACE MAKER”
On behalf of the board of Directors of the Anthony R. Abraham Foundation, we are truly
blessed to have the opportunity to present to you a gift created by Internationally
acclaimed artist, Romero Britto, which was commission by the StarArt Foundation
on behalf of the Anthony R. Abraham Foundation.
Your Holiness, this painting is presented to you as a symbolic gesture of thanks for Your
support of the work being done by the In Defense of Christians Foundation. Mr. Britto
called the painting, “Pope Francis-The Protector of the Poor and Peace Maker”, and the
one who brings color to the world.
It is our hope that this painting will bring solace and peace to those who reflect and
pray in its presence, and to reflect on the message that peace is needed so much
throughout the world and especially in the Middle East.
May your Spirit of Love and Joy come to find Peace while reflecting upon the beauty of
this painting" Pope Francis-The Protector of the Poor and Peace Maker ".
