Welcome to the South West Business Expo 2018

We’re very excited to announce that the South West Business Expo will be coming
back to you in November 2018.
The South West Business Expo will take place again in the South West’s premier
conference and events arena, Westpoint. This 1 day spectacular will include over 260
exhibition stands, dynamic keynote speakers, free workshops and seminars and
speed networking sessions. The 2,500 delegates will also have the opportunity to
take advantage of one-to-one mentoring with business leaders.

Expo Floor Plan

The SWB Expo takes place at Westpoint, the largest exhibition venue in the South
West with 49,500 sq ft venue column free indoor arena, located on a 150 acre
landscaped external showground, home of the Devon County Show. The main hall
is 85m long by 54 wide and is the perfect place to host our Expo. All stands are
spread across the arena floor with ample run between aisles. There are a
variety of shell scheme stands and open spaces to suit all budgets. The main focal
point is the Networking Café in the middle surrounded by the Seminar Theatres,
Partner stands and the Keynote / Speed Networking Theatres.

Expo Guide Advertising

Every year we have produced a full colour A5 Expo
Guide. This year, like the expo, it is bigger and
better. This is the definitive guide to everything
happening throughout the day, the full exhibitor
details and adverts. Every year we produce one for
every delegate and exhibitor and as such this is a
very well used and read magazine. The 2018 guide
had 75 pages.

A limited amount of space has been put aside for
advertising to promote your business to a targeted
business audience, to avoid disappointment book
early!

Speaking at the Expo

Are you an expert in your field, or want to position yourself as an expert, then
hosting a seminar in front of thousands of delegates is a perfect way to do this.
There are 4 theatres running seminars covering technology, marketing, sales and
business support, where you can been seen. Each speaking slot is 30 mins long plus
10 mins questions and answers. All theatres come fully equipped with AV technology
too.
Your seminar will be promoted before the expo on social media and via emails and
delegates are asked to registered if they wish to come and listen to you. Any

The SWB Expo is all about growing your business. With this in mind we run a number
of events exclusively for partners and exhibitors. These events include:

• Making the most of the Expo
• Networking breakfasts and Lunches
• After Expo Party
We do strongly recommend you get involved with these events as they form part of
the marketing and engagement strategy of the expo. From the making of the most of
expo events where we give you hints and tips on how to make the expo work for your
business as well as opportunities to network with fellow exhibitors.

Digital Screen Advertising

Get your business seen from all
over the expo via the massive
screens.

We have one 5m x 2m screen and
four 50 inch screens throughout
expo, promoting what is going on
throughout the day as well as the
opportunity to market your busi-
ness to the thousands of delegates
walking past all day.

Each advert is displayed for 15
seconds and these loop throughout
the day from 0730 until 1600.
Which means your advert will be
showcased 90 times through the
day.

Businesses can take a digital advert
on the screens from £50 + VAT.
