Rémy Martin XO is composed of eau-de-vie coming exclusively
from the most sought-after vineyards of Cognac: Grande
Champagne and Petite Champagne. Such eau-de-vie o er an
exceptional ageing potential and are known as Cognac Fine
Champagne. Rémy Martin XO Excellence is the signature of our
Cellar Master who with his expertise, manages to blend hundreds
of eau-de-vie. This art of blending allows to perfectly expressing
the full aromatic complexity of this XO Fine Champagne cognac.
The appellation standard requires for XO eau-de-vie to be aged at
least 6 years for the youngest. We aged our eau-de-vie at least 9
years.

In 1927, André Renaud, Rémy Martin’s owner and Cellar Master
creates the very rst VSOP Fine Champagne. This prestigious
appellation, Fine Champagne Cognac, will be o cially recognized

The distillery was established in 1886 in France Loire Valley, in the tiny village of
Machecoul, an ancient vineyard town which had been growing quality wines for
centuries. It is there that the very entrepreneurial Paul-Emile Rémy Martin set up
a distillery to produce high quality French eaux-de-vie and brandy.

Mount Gay Rum

Every great story begins with a time and a place. For Mount Gay Rum that time and
place is the Caribbean Island of Barbados in 1703. Rum, originally called “Kill-Devil” by
the Barbadians who rst distilled it, is truly a product of the island. The abundance of
molasses combined with the culinary ingenuity of early settlers and of course their
legendary thirst for alcohol lead to this unique discovery in the production of spirits.
Mount Gay Rum is the product of over 300 years of knowledge, experience and
re nement applied to the process of making rum. Each of our rum’s complex avours
have been coaxed from natural Barbadian ingredients and the input of many
generations of master blenders, distillers and the evolving palates of rum shop
patrons.

Mount Gay is the oldest most storied rum in the world. For more than 300 years
Mount Gay has remained true to their signature style of aging and blending single
and double distillates for distinctive aromatic character and smooth nish.

Eclipse Handcrafted Rum

Eclipse was conceived in 1910, when the twin phenomena of a
total solar eclipse and the passing of Halley’s Comet inspired a
new blend from the brand. Eclipse is the reference for
character, body and aroma by which our Master Blender Allen
Smith uses to blend every variety of Mount Gay Rum. For many
rum a cionados Eclipse is also the reference by which all rum
should be measured. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber
colour and a luxuriously complex aroma.

Silver Handcrafted Rum

Silver is a blend of single and double distillates which are
charcoal ltered for a clean, aromatic character and a fuller
body than competitive silver rums. Clean and aromatic in
contrast to Eclipse’s rich smokiness, Silver o ers a balanced,
mellow harmony of sugar cane syrup and banana, infused with
notes of peppermint and citrus.

Hendrick’s is an iconoclastically produced, small-batch gin
distilled in the decidedly un-ginnish Scotland, drawing upon
centuries of distilling expertise and plentiful pure soft water.
Hendrick’s values the sublimely abnormal quality of our
ingredients, and we source the most delightful and least
ordinary palette of eleven botanicals from the four corners of
the world. Hendrick’s uses a marriage of two spirits from
Carter-Head and Bennet Still. By combining the spirits from
the two stills we create a divinely smooth gin that has both
the required character and balance of subtle avors.

Brazil

Cachaça has been perfectly described as the spirit of Brazil. It is
a spicy sweet and fruity clear liquor made from fermented
sugarcane juice. By law, cachaça must be produced in Brazil. It
is best known for its role in the famous cocktail The Caipirinha.
If cachaça is the spirit of Brazil, then Pitú – one if its oldest
producers – is the spirit of the Caipirinha. It is the most widely
recognized brand of cachaça in the world. When drunk neat, it
has a grassy avor and a subtly herbaceous nose, with hints of
sugarcane juice.

Don Alejandro Silver Tequila
Mexico

Don Alejandro is one of Mexico’s more famous producers of
tequila. Its Silver Tequila is a premium mixing tequila mostly
made from Agave (75%), the cactus-like plant renowned for
making the best tequilas. The light and fresh Silver tequila is a
favorite among the Margarita lovers, but also tastes great on its
own or on the rocks. This tequila has a mild, lightly oral aroma
and brisk avors that mingle white pepper, fresh jalapeño and
just a touch of sweet vanilla.
