All discounts are based on Bode Technology Group's Commercial Pricelist
Prompt Payment: Net 30 Days
FOB Destination: 48 contiguous States and Washington DC
(No additional charge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
Maximum/Minimum Order: $100,000 / $100.00
Government Credit Card: Yes
Geographic Coverage: Worldwide
Delivery: 30 Days After Receipt of Order
The Most Favored Customer (MFC) and Basis of Award (BOA) remains/is hereby
reestablished as: State and Local Governments. The basic discount accepted for the
Government is 2%. The price/discount relationship between the Government and the
MFC will never be less favorable to the Government than at the time of award. For the
life of the contract, the Government's basic discount will never be less than 2% and will
always be2% greater than the 0% basic discount granted to the MFC which is State and
Local Governments. Shipping terms are established as Destination for the products
referenced above.
The Industrial Funding Fee is a separate collection mechanism. TheGSA contract price
(price paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule), will be calculated by
applying the prevailing IFF rate to the net discounted price. The IFF rate is currently
0.75%. (For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price paid by customers ordering
from the GSA Schedule, and the price to be loaded in to GSA Advantage), the final
Schedule contract award price is calculated as follows: Negotiated price divided by (1
minus the IFF rate). If the IFF rateis 0.75%, then 1 - 0.75% = 1 - 0.0075 = 0.9925. The
Schedule contract award price is calculated as the negotiated price divided by 0.9925.
