Lauren Phelps

Hi Y'all!

I'm Lauren Phelps — a fun loving girl from Memphis, Tennessee who decided to make it a priority to LOVE her daily life!
After college, I took a series of boring, unfulfilling jobs that left me feeling stuck and confused. I worked very hard to make
good grades so that I could get a good job, and I felt like I had arrived at the wrong thing. I wasn’t making great money, and I
was extremely unfulfilled.

I never truly knew what I wanted to do with my life, but one thing that stayed on my mind was “I want to be happy.” I didn’t
want to coast through 40 years of my working life hating each day and living for the weekend. How lame would that be?!
After a few months of soul searching, fact finding, and working with a career coach, I discovered a group fitness class that
inspired me! I loved the encouraging vibe from the people there, and I thought moving my body in new ways was fun. Yes,
this is where I discovered my passion for burpees.

Through that experience, I found that helping people get started on their fitness journey made me really happy! I enjoy
helping people cut through the noise of the latest fads and start making REAL changes in their life. It is fun for me to see
people make progress, and it helps them to stay accountable! Win, Win! Finally, in 2014, I ditched corporate America and the
matching 401k and ventured out on my own as a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.

As I learned more about my clients, I discovered I could help them in many more ways than simply a fitness routine. I started
teaching them about mindset strategies, celebrating success, implementing even more self-care, and experiencing more
gratitude in life. I was happy and fulfilled through my work and life, and then, I got inspired to move to Florida. I met my
boyfriend, David, at a Tony Robbins event and decided to try long-distance dating. Quickly, I realized my life could be EVEN
BETTER if I lived in South Florida.

In August 2018, I moved from Memphis where I helped 100s of people have fun getting fit and healthy, to Pompano Beach
where I had faith I would find a fitness home. A few months later, I met Lighthouse Point Yacht Club! In addition to teaching
HIIT fitness and training one-on-one at the club, I help clients virtually through Accountability Coaching. We create weekly
actions that will lead to meeting their goals, and we connect via phone to handle breakdowns and celebrate wins.

I love living in Florida, being with the palm trees, meeting new people, and building my business. I really like burpees, I
usually wear glitter on my face, and I will insist that we high five. When I'm not "working" {quotes because it hardly feels like
work}, I enjoy exploring coffee shops, spending time with my boyfriend who is a captain on superyachts, and volunteering at
Tony Robbins events {I recently completed my 20th event}!

It's my pleasure to be part of your community and contribute to your personal development! If you enjoy classes, or working
one-on-one, I'm excited to make fitness fun for you and help you get the results you want.

Want to feel great? Take Action. Have Fun. Get Results.
