‘HASABI:
A WATERFRONT HOME

PHASE 1 COMMENCED

AES in association with P&T Architect have been designing
the Master Plan Concept Improvements for this exciting new
premier waterfronted residential development on the south
east coast of Bahrain.
Design of the first stage of the residential villas and apartment
units has begun in conjunction with the marine Phase 1
construction site activities. Phase 1 will include a sea pool and
a new waterfront beach which are due for completion for the
project offical launch later this year.

The first channel of Phase 1 was
completed in the beginning of May
and was flooded on 15th May 2017.
The rest of Phase 1 will be completed
in October this year.

OVERVIEW

This luxurious seafront
project, Hasabi, is located on
reclaimed land on the south-
east shores of the island of
Bahrain.
The project features canal
- fronted 3 and 4 bedroom
villas with private jetties
together with seafront four
storey apartments facing
onto boating Marinas.
The Central 40,000 sqm
landscaped themed feature
island is reserved for
recreation and hospitality
with beaches, sea water
pool, children’s play world,
a health and spa club plus
floating villas and a 200-key
boutique hotel. Jogging trails
and pedestrian bridges link
the neighbourhood crescent-
shaped, tree-lined avenues to
provide a unique residential
development with exclusive
features and resident
facilities.

This award-winning twin site fronting onto
the Dilmunia Canal provides 278 serviced
five -star apartments and 196 freehold
apartments with 4100 sq.m. retail units
and total basement parking for 662 cars.
Ansari Engineering Services were
selected by the client for this design
and build project to provide the details
for the architectural, stuctural and MEP
facilities for these two 10 Storey Serviced
accommodation and freehold apartments
on Dilmunia Island.
The building structures have been designed
with the latest technology using post-
tension slabs with 2.5m edge cantilevers
supported on curved RCC frames with shear
walls bearing on piles. Piling construction
has began on site. The project is due for
completion in June 2018.

of Bahrain. It covers seven artificial

includes setting out of parent plots, computation
of coordinates for plots such as villa, green areas
and substation etc, as well as proceeding up to
preparation and issuance of land certificates for

completed and recorded for Assets 22B-1, 22B-
2 , 23A-1, 23A-2 , 12A-7 and 12B-8 for 3,650
