OUR HISTORY

Established in 1979, Sound Stage Systems has been designing, engineering and installing state-of-the-art
Sound, Lighting and Video systems for entertainment venues worldwide. We live in an age of rapidly changing
technology. Our staff of system Designers, Technicians and Installers utilizes today’s technology together with
our superb customer service to create innovative entertainment environments second to none!

Karl Kieslich Kurt Kieslich Sound Stage System’s has built a reputation Worldwide over the last 30 years of providing state-of-the-art
CEO/Co-Founder COO/Co-founder Sound, Lighting and Video Systems combined with superb customer service and ongoing support and training
to all types of entertainment venues and clients. Our staffs of experienced professionals each have from 10
to 25 years of hands on experience in their field. They are Syn-Aud-Con (Synergetic Audio Concepts) trained
to the highest standards, certified and licensed, as well as members of the National Systems Contractors
Association. Our Technicians, System Programmers, Designers, and Installers all dedicate themselves to
maintaining their expertise through ongoing manufacture sponsored technical training and certification, ties to
manufacturer’s representatives, industry periodicals and staying on the edge of today’s technology to stay on

MEZZO | PROVIDENCE, RI

Remodel original venue after experiencing a devastating fire. The project involved concert
quality sound, an intelligent lighting stage show, 24 foot video walls and 3D lighting effects.
This venue consists of 4 bars, indoor/outdoor ultra lounge and private event space.
The goal of this project was to reinvent the club and introduce a Miami flair to upgrade and
update it’s look and guest experience.

THE CLUB DOWNTOWN | HARTFORD, CT

Reviving the nightlife in Downtown Hartford began with the opening of The Club. Competing with
casino level night clubs, The Club boasts a video wall built into the center of the room, powerful
lighting, rich textures and intense sound.

This club put Birmingham on the nightlife map and created new design trends from Alabama to

INSTALLATION

Today’s high-tech advanced entertainment sound, lighting & video systems require special attention during the installation process to
ensure the proper outcome. The installation technicians at Sound Stage Systems have the training and experience to properly install
your system to factory specifications as well as system calibration and system programming. No installation is complete without the
proper end user training that comes with every Sound Stage System installation so you and your staff know how to properly operate
and maintain your new investment.

SERVICE

The proper maintenance and service of your sound, lighting and video system is important to the longevity and carefree operation of
its components. Our service department is fully stocked with all the necessary parts and components to keep your system running
at its maximum performance. Our service technician’s are factory certified and trained on all aspects of equipment repairs. From our
scheduled services contracts to emergency repairs Sound Stage System is there for you 24/7

100% FINANCING

Depreciation write-off or fully expensable payments – Leases are structured to be either Operating/True leases or Capital leases.
With operating/true leases the residual buy-out is set at Fair Market Value (FMV) at the end of the lease term allowing for the full
monthly payment to be deducted as business expense. With capital leases the residual buy out at the end of the lease term is fixed
at a percentage such as 10% of initial cost or even reduced to a nominal $1.00 thereby allowing for the capitalization of the asset and
hence equipment depreciation and interest deductions would apply.
