[The Challenge program] has provided my students with
wonderful opportunities and amazing experiences. I think it has provided
them an amazing foundation for future learning as well as an
understanding of the science opportunities available out there for them.

[Participating in
the Challenge]
opened my eyes
to a world of atoms
and galaxies. Now I
know for sure I
want to be a type of
scientist – medicinal,
computer, or anything
that might interest
me. I think [the
Challenge program]
is wonderful.
[The Challenge is]
excellent—one of
the best events I’ve
ever experienced.
interest in chemistryHis was triggered by the event.
He was always STEM inclined, but he has had no chemistry exposure
until this event in school. While he is still not sure about his career options,
at this point, it looks like it could be a chemistry-related profession!

The Challenge has
provided my
students with the
knowledge that
science isn’t scary
and can be fun.
It provides them with
the competition style
in a fun academic
setting. I am looking
forward to doing
more with the
program next year.
[The Challenge is] a great opportunity for kids to
become aware and interested in chemistry. I believe
that seeing real life connections to
chemistry helps students see its value and opens
their eyes to the fact that chemistry is at the root of
many of our interests in everyday life!
