Enterprise First - PBNA AR Project Team
In 2018, PepsiCo announced the launch of an exciting new global initiative, Enterprise First, which will
help associates across the organization work with consistency and collaboration on PepsiCo’s most
important business processes. This important initiative will streamline the way we work, improve
decision-making capabilities and increase our speed. To ensure the successful local roll-out and
implementation of Enterprise First, I am excited to announce the PBNA AR Project Team. The team will
be based out of Winston-Salem with frequent travel to NY – reporting to Bonnie Campion.
AJ Driver has been promoted to Director – AR Lead. In this role, AJ will lead the PBNA AR project team
and have responsibility for implementation activities throughout the program ensuring successful
completion of program milestones. AJ joined PepsiCo in 2005 as part of the AR Campus Hire program
and has held various Leadership positions within the organization, including Equipment Services/PES,
PepsiCo Direct and GFSS/NASS AR. He has led several AOP initiatives and large scale projects including
multiple system implementations. In his most recent role he led the NASS AR Business Application
support team responsible for AR system stability, solution development and implementations. AJ has a
strong reputation as a motivational leader and coach, developing positive culture, capable cohesive
teams, and developing leaders of the future.
AJ earned his Bachelors degree (Accounting) from Lenoir-Rhyne University and MBA from Winston-
Salem State University. He resides in Advance, NC where he enjoys spending time with his wife
(Courtney) and their two sons, Ethan (12) and Mason (9).

Betty Ann Reinhart “BA” has been promoted to Senior Manager. BA joined PepsiCo in 1994 and held
various Reporting and Business Analyst roles with increasing responsibility. During her impressive
career, she has designed HQ reporting packages, operated as Bank liaison, and has led several important
AR Projects including ArcTree, MPV Credit Card and Response Manager integration. Most recently as
Manager of the Application Change Management team, she successfully delivered eCAT and a Conbill
refresh. BA is a strong Project Manager and has extensive AR and process knowledge that will help
deliver an effective and sustainable solution for PBNA AR.
BA earned her Bachelors degree (Accounting) from UNC-Chapel Hill and is a certified Project
Management Professional. She enjoys volunteering (ESL Program), traveling, and spending time with
family.

Greg Kearse has been promoted to Associate Manager. Greg joined Pepsi in 2013 as the Assistant
Supervisor on the Kroger CFS team. He expanded his leadership responsibilities by adding the
Distributors portfolio in 2014 and Amazon in 2015. Greg moved to the AR Operations team in 2016 as a
Supervisor and was promoted to Sr. Supervisor in 2018. In his current role, he leads the Chain Issue
Resolution team responsible for research and resolution of invoice discrepancies, promotional funding
deductions, and post audits. Greg demonstrates a unique ability to develop effective relationships
resulting in business wins. Additionally, his previous SAP experience and AR process knowledge will be
beneficial to the team.
Greg earned both his Bachelors degree (Business Administration) and MBA from High Point
University. He enjoys reading and spending time with his wife Shawneeque and children, Hannah (14)
and Joshua (12).

Michelle Peterson has been promoted to Associate Manager. Michelle joined PepsiCo in 2006 as a Post
Audit Specialist on the Chain Resolution team and has since held various AR Leadership positions with
increased responsibility included Oracle Project Lead. In her most recent role, she was responsible for
Consolidated Billing, National Accounts, Affiliated and Pepsi Logistics. Michelle brings a strong business
knowledge and technical aptitude that has enabled her to deliver strong cash flow results while
leveraging her expertise to work with our bottlers, customers and sales partners to implement the right
customer solutions for PepsiCo. Michele also brings a plethora of experience with the unique AR
processes that are managed within the Winston-Salem AR team.
Michelle earned both her Bachelors degree and MBA from Myers University. She enjoys reading,
playing the piano and being a soccer mom. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and
sons Brandon (16) and Connor (14). (continued on next page)
Steven Eberenz has been promoted to Sr. Analyst. Steven joined PepsiCo in 2010 as a member of the
AR Cash team and later became an Assistant Supervisor in 2011. Steven then took his passion for
technology to the Next Generation Workflow (ArcTree) project where he led two of the largest
workflow components (cash and collections). He continued to leverage his technical acumen by joining
the AR Application Support team in 2014. During his time with the team he has delivered over 100
projects across more than 15 different applications. Most notably, he led the implementation of
Workflow Mapping in ArcTree, Response Manager integration with ArcTree, and the new eCredit
Application solution. With his thirst for knowledge, he also took on learning new applications such as
UiPath and Unified Functional Testing to deliver multiple robotics projects.
Steven earned Bachelor’s degree (Accounting) from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and
enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching all types of sports.

Brittany Ridge has been promoted to Analyst. Brittany joined PepsiCo in 2013 as a contractor
supporting NAN Trade and in 2014 accepted a position as a Finance Sr Associate. Most recently, she
was a System Admin and Reporting Asst Analyst supporting Food Service & Vending Trade Spend
(FSV). In this role, she provided the FLNA /QTG Food Service Trade Spend management team with
PACMAN application support and reporting and analysis needed to identify portfolio trends, mitigate
risk, support business initiatives, and enhance productivity. Brittany has SAP experience – Cash,
Collections, deductions, reporting tools and has demonstrated an ability to quickly understand new
concepts.
Brittany earned her Bachelors degree in Finance with a minor in Information Technology from the
University of North Carolina Greensboro and enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé’ (Brad).

The team will begin their new roles in early February. They each bring both broad and deep operational
knowledge to the project, and their contributions to our NASS organization have been significant. We
are excited for the career opportunity this presents and know they will ensure a smooth and successful
implementation for our team.
While working through the backfill strategies, the Application Support team will report directly to me
and the AR Ops teams will report to Sherry Caslin. More information will be shared soon on backfill and
job postings. We will also have additional project roles that will be posted in the coming weeks.
