Preface

Everyone who watches modern football needs to know him.He is the one and only god fred.
When I first saw him,I was stunned by his performance. I was shock and shouted why is he so
bad get him out of the pitch but when time goes by I saw that nothing has changed.He always
plays bad. Then one day out of nowhere this guy got hit by his international team teammate's
ball and suddenly he played better and better. Not all are entirely good but have improved.and
this is why I choose him my god fred.

a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier
League club Manchester United and the Brazil national team.

Frederico Rodrigues de Paula Santos (born 5 March 1993), known as Fred, is a Brazilian
professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Premier League club Manchester United
and the Brazil national team.
Fred started his career at Brazilian club Internacional, where he won the Campeonato Gaúcho
twice. In June 2013, he signed for Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk, where he won three
Ukrainian Premier League titles. In 2018, Fred signed for Manchester United.
Fred represented Brazil at under-20 level, before making his senior international debut in
November 2014. He was part of Brazil's squad for the 2015 Copa América in Chile, starting in
their first two Group C matches as they reached the quarter-finals. He was also named in
Brazil's final squads for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and the 2021 Copa América.

Spiritual belief

Manchester United midfielder Fred has revealed why he is known as 'Pastor
Fred' among his teammates at Old Trafford.

The Brazilian midfielder is a hugely popular figure at Old Trafford and has
established himself as a key player under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the first-team.

Fred moved to United in the summer of 2018 but struggled for regular playing
time under the guidance of former manager Jose Mourinho.

The 26-year-old has since become an established member of the senior set-up
at United and has shone in the recent absence of midfield duo Scott McTominay
and Paul Pogba.

Although the midfielder has been able to answer his critics on the pitch, there has
been one question which did remain unanswered...just why do the players call
him Pastor Fred?

Thankfully, the midfielder was recently asked that and explained that his religious
upbringing inspired his new nickname at United.
“I think maybe it's because I'm quite religious," Fred told MUTV.

"I like to talk about my religion on social media. I'm someone who is very grateful
to God for everything he's done for me.

"I always show this gratitude on social media, everyone sees it and I've been
given this nickname, Pastor Fred. I think it's cool and long may it continue."

So I think he is a christian.
