The Directors of Al Hashem Marble have been involved in the Stonework and Tiling Industry for over 30
years.
For the long period of time, they have accumulated assets of Experienced & B rilliant Staff and
Workers, enables Al Hashem Marble Co. to develop into one of the leading stone companies in United
Arab Emirates particularly in Abu Dhabi.
The company has proven that it can successfully participate i n all types of stonework either local or
international p r o j e c t s and completed various multi-million dirham projects in United Arab Emirates as
well as to GCC Region.
Furthermore, they established stone manufacturing and quarry sites operations in different countries. The
Company’s reputation as a major player in the UAE and GCC region is quickly evolving and generates
interest and potential work from major Developers, Consultants, Engineers and Architects.

AL HASHEM MARBLE COMPANY PROFILE

Al Hashem Marble was established in Abu Dhabi in the early 70’s. At first the operation was limited to
Mosaic (Terrazzo Tiles) and Cement tiles. In 1985, the whole process was converted to Marble and Granite
production with initial turnover of Dhs 2 million, climbing to 50 million in 2005 and reaching 90 million in
the year 2007.
Al Hashem Marble is now one of the leading Marble and Granite Company in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain
offering best professional services and the best quality jobs.
Our manpower has reached over 700 skilled labors in addition to our professional management team that
includes a selective Engineering Department. Our Factory and Head Office are located in Musaffah
Industrial Area in Abu Dhabi. At present, the factory is spread over a 20,000 m² of land subsequent to the
opening of our factory expansion, equipped with state of art machinery and most advanced technology.
Our warehouse is located at Al Meena, near Sheikh Zayed Port. We also have two strategic branches in Al
Ain and Dubai. Al Ain branch has office-showroom and warehouse, while Dubai branch has office-
showroom.
Al Hashem Marble also expanded its activities outside the Emirates, a marble and granite factory was built
in Lebanon over 75,000 m² of land. The new plant is equipped with the most advanced machinery and is
producing all types, shapes and sizes of granite and marble.
In early 2010, we introduced our Italian line products in teamwork with Terra Viva Menichini of Italy
specializing in terracotta designs, allowing us to penetrate the USA market after we participated in Los
Angeles Interior Design Exposition.
Our imports are carried out from countries such as:
Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Turkey, Brazil, India, China, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Al Hashem Marble also
has an office in Carrara, Italy, handling purchases and inspection of material locally and throughout Europe.

AHMC QA/QC STATEMENT :
The Management of Al Hashem Marble (AHMC) hereby declare that it is our policy to establish, implement
and maintain the Quality Management System within the organization with the objective to assure that
products and services furnished by AHMC are in full conformity with the Quality Assurance Manual,
associated procedures and consistent with all contractual requirements.
It is essential for the company’s success and long term prosperity that we maintain an excellent name for
quality. The company recognizes that a positive attitude, good co-ordination between the different sections,
personnel and safe working conditions are all essential elements in meeting the needs and expectations of our
clients on time, every time.
To achieve complete client satisfaction and enhance the confidence and loyalty they place in us, we shall

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM :
 Materials purchased are inspected by our office in Italy or Abu Dhabi or by Third Party inspection

firm. Inspection procedure may vary according to the job requirement and nature of material. All
material imported are inspected in blocks, in slabs and again after cutting to required sizes.
 Material processed in our factory in Abu Dhabi is inspected by QA/QC Manager, Production Manager,

and Projects Manager.
Material reached to sites are dry laid to floor for inspection by Project Manager/Site Engineer

WATER JET MACHINES - 6
A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or waterjet, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide
variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance.
The term abrasivejet refers specifically to the use of a mixture of water and abrasive to cut hard materials

such as metal, marble and granite

WIRE MACHINE
Machine for cutting slabs and thick slabs by means of two wires, featuring an arc-welded steel structure which is heat
treated to ensure the required stiffness of the system and a top cutting precision. It is provided with two 1.000 mm Ø
driving pulleys, actuated by an inverter controlled asynchronous motor that optimizes the wire peripheral speed in

accordance with the material to be sawn. Two pairs of driven pulleys with the same diameter are constantly kept
under tension by two pneumatic cylinders thus giving the wire an ideal and independent tension. The assembly is

complemented by two additional, independent 1.000 mm Ø driven pulleys and four wire driving pulleys.

Automatic universal bridge saw for profile and shape work as well as the standard bridge saw requirements. Machine

with blade spindle which can rotate to 90° for mounting of horizontal blades or routers.

BLOCK CUTTER
This is the block cutter in bridge type sturcture with single-blades that cut and split stone blocks into slabs. It
adopts oil immersed type guide rail, with fast speed and high precision. The block can be directly put on the

GMM SIRIO POLISHING MACHINE
Automatic bridge polishing machine for marble and granite slabs. Basic polishing machine for all workshops in the stone
processing sector, versatile and efficient. It can polish marble slides using the FLAT polishing head with abrasives The
operating software was specifically designed for SIRIO and is very easy to use. The detection and storage of slab contour
being processed are made directly positioning the operating head. 4 working cycles and the number of times you want to
repeat them can be preset. Shifting from the processing on a slab and the next and the final return to the start point, with

end of cycle luminous signal, are automatic.
