thirddaughter,BrendaSueLove,intotheworld. ecandleburnedbrightlyfor69yearsasBrendamadean Nebo),BrendacommittedtoherworkandpassionfortheLordandHispeople.Formorethan45years,
indelibleimpressionontheworld.Withherlovinghusbandandtwochildrenbyherside,sheacceptedGod's BrendawasadedicatedservantandlovedthepeopleofMt.Nebo.AstheFirstLadyofMt.Nebo,sheserved
handonOctober4,2022.Brendawasabelovedwife,mother,sister,aunt,anddevotedfriendwhowasnever innumerouscapacitiesthatareendless!BrendatookontheopportunityasLeadingDirectoroftheJunior
tiredofgivinghertimeandshowingherlovetothem,herchurch,andhercommunity. roughherstrength, Choirfor25years.ShedevelopedtheWomen'sConnectionMinistry,assistedincreatingtheChristian
talents,andunrelentingfortitude,Brendawasanexample,arolemodel,andaninspirationtomany. Educationdepartment,facilitatedannualchurchworkshopsandvacationbibleschool,andhelpeddevelop
BrendaSueLoveMcMichaelwasborninVidalia,Georgia,andresidedwithherfamilyintheLoveQuarters theMt.NeboChristianAcademy,wheresheservedasdirectorforsixyears.Aboveall,shewasthenumber
communityinSoperton,Georgia.Atayoungage,BrendarelocatedwithherfamilytoAtlanta,Georgia, onecheerleaderforherhusband,PastorEmeritusA.J.McMichael,andtheentireMt.NeboBaptistChurch
wheresheresidedinthemetroareauntilhertransition.Sheisanalumoftheclassof71'attheL.J.PriceHigh family.
School,whereshewasanhonorgraduate,atalentedmajoretteinthemarchingband,andahomecoming FirstLadyEmeritusBrendaLoveMcMichaelissurvivedinlegacybyherlovinganddedicatedhusband,
queen. ReverendAnthonyJamesMcMichaelofAtlanta,GA;hertwobeautifulchildren,AndriaBrennice(daughter)
 isillustriouswomanhasalwayshadapassionforchildrenandmadeameaningfulimpactoneveryoneshe andWilliamCorey(son)ofAtlanta,GA;twolivingsiblingsPatriciaLoveWilliamsandAnthonyCurryLove
encountered.In1975,shereceivedherBachelorofArtsfromClarkCollege(renamedClarkAtlantaUniversi- (YvonneLove)ofVidalia,GA;andahostoflovingin-laws,nieces,andnephews,cousins,andlongtime
ty)andherMasterofEducationfromtheUniversityofGeorgiain1976.Brendacontinuedhereducationand friendsnearandfar.
obtainedaSpecialistinEducationAdministrationfromGeorgiaStateUniversityin1993. Brendawassuchanintelligent,wonderful,kindheartedpersonthataccentuatedherabilitytoworkwellwith
 roughouther30yearsofservicetofamiliesandchildren,Brendawasanastoundingeducator,mentor,and peopleofallages.Regardlessofherearthlyassignment,sheperformeditwithzest,perfection,andasenseof
leaderasapartoftheDeKalbCountySchoolSystem.StartingasateacheratDunwoodyElementaryand thanksgiving.Brenda'slighttouchedsomanylives,andsheisirreplaceable.Wewillgreatlymissher.

ElementarySchool,andAssistantDirectoroftheOfficeofSchoolImprovementandTitleIprograms.Brenda
receivedcountlesshonorsforherexcellenceinleadership,includingAdministratoroftheYearfortheDeKalb
CountySchoolCounselorsAssociation,recipientofthe1997PrincipaloftheYearAwardforAreaX,and
namedOutstandingYoungWomaninAmerica.
