All items are being offered for sale by the Ottawa Jazz Festival and
proceeds from the auction will be used in direct support of the Festival.

AUCTION PACKAGES

All auction items are sold “as is”. Please note blackout dates and exemptions.

REGISTRATION

All purchasers must register. On-site registration begins at 6pm on the day of the
auction. The auction begins at 7pm sharp in the Auditorium.

BIDDING

Each bidder is responsible for the use of their bidding paddle. Sale will take place
by lot number, as set out in the catalogue. The highest bidder as acknowledged
by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. The auctioneer has the right to reject any
bid and, in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful
bidder or to re-offer and re-sell the item in dispute. Should there be any dispute
after the sale, the Charity’s record of final sale shall be conclusive.
