Status
I am director with Greenlam Industries Ltd.

Mindset
Over the years, one of the many valuable lessons I have
learned is that leadership ought to be more participa-
tive and inclusive. As a leader, I like to involve people in
decision making and guide them to take decisions and
move things forward which helps in creating smart solu-
tions and team building.

Background
A graduate in commerce, I possessan in-depth understand-
ing of marketing and design and have been actively work-
ing with Greenlam Industries since the company’s incep-
tion. From helping the brand grow exponentially at both
national and international levels, to guiding and overseeing
marketing strategies, brand building and brand visibility,
Iendeavour to help the brand reach new benchmarks.

Establishment
Greenlam Industries Ltd. forayed into the laminates indus-
try in 1993 and changed the outlook of the market, today
completing 25 years of excellence. The company got listed
on the National Stock Exchange in 2015 and currently of-
fers end-to-end surfacing solutions in national and inter-
national markets. With a product portfolio which includes
laminates, compact laminates, decorative veneers, engi-
neered wood floor and engineered wood doors & door-
sets, Greenlam offers a one-stop solution to customers for
all surfacing needs.

What I keep in mind
The changing behaviour and needs of the consumer
is something which I always keep in mind. This is a very
important aspect which is taken into consideration when
we select new designs, patterns and textures for our
collection.

What keeps me going
I think what keeps me going is my family. I am extremely
fortunate to have the support of my husband, Saurabh,
who motivates me to do better.

Living spaces for me
Living spaces reflect the personality of an individual.
Whereone might like the raw, natural and distressed look,
others might be drawn to a calm and peaceful space..
