Welcome to Bradley Allen's
Affiliate Program

Thank you for joining the Bradley Allen team! We are thrilled to
unroll this program and share our company with the fitness
community.

We all know of times and places in our lives when we need to step
up our style from gym attire into something more fitting for the
occasion. As a bodybuilder or extreme athlete, you know that the
current retail industry lacks dress apparel options for muscular
physiques, and finding dress clothing that fits well can be a huge
challenge, expensive, and inconvenient.

That’s where Bradley Allen comes in. The designers at Bradley
Allen take the guess work out of buying and fitting into dress
apparel. As a bodybuilder himself, the company’s founder
understands that after all of the hours you put into perfecting
your physique, you shouldn’t have to hide your body under baggy
or restrictive clothing.

Our shirts feature elements that provide room in the back and
shoulders while simultaneously tapering in the waist. We also offer
an easy measurement guide to ensure that your shirt will fit you
right where you need it for the tailored look you desire.

Our affiliates strengthen our mission by sharing our products with
their friends, clients, and fitness communities while earning cash
with every sale! Together, we can change the stigma that "nice
clothes don’t fit". Everyone deserves to look as good as they do
undressed. We look forward to having you on our team!





Our Mission

Bradley Allen is a men’s clothing company that specializes
in dress apparel for the muscular build. We provide
comfortable, upscale yet affordable dress shirts with
design features that provide a tailored and polished fit.
We are revolutionizing the fitness apparel industry by
providing stylish and well fitting dress shirts to the
athletes that don’t typically fit into standard dress-wear.

Our Vision

At Bradley Allen, our vision is to transform the way that
bodybuilders and muscular men wear their clothing.
Rather than settling for baggy shirts or expensive
tailoring, we foresee a world where every man has a
quality, ready-to-wear, dress shirt that he feels great in
no matter how big his biceps are. With future products
including pants and other vital dress apparel items, we
see Bradley Allen becoming the authority in fitness dress
apparel.

At Bradley Allen, we LOVE to have fun while simultaneously
giving back to the community! When you are part of the
Bradley Allen team, you could be invited to be part of the
fun events that we participate in. Whether it's a benefit
fashion show, fitness expo, or photo/video shoots, we seek
out organizations and events that increase awareness about
the fitness lifestyle while supporting amazing causes.

Product

Bradley Allen dress shirts are made from a premium polyester
cotton blend which provides a sharp look, comfortable fit,
slight stretch, with wrinkle reducing and moisture wicking
properties. All of our shirts can be machine washed and dried.

Size Guide and Fit Features

Sizing Your Customer

Our size guide provides an easy-to-understand chart that
details the proportions of a bodybuilder or athlete that will fit
into a Bradley Allen dress shirt. Our Size chart is based on real
bodybuilders and their measurements.

For the most accurate fit, use flexed measurements for the
chest and arms. Weight can be used as a general guideline
but should not be the sole predictor of fit.

For those those that find themselves in-between sizes,
consider the time of year, size fluctuations and at which point
during the
bulking and cutting process the customer will be wearing the
shirt. For an immediate fit of someone between sizes, the
smaller size will often be tighter in the back and biceps, the
larger size may be looser in the waist.
Our fit features are highlighted in the diagram, but essentially
our shirts are larger in the arms, shoulders and back while
tapering significantly at the waist. Typically there is no need
for additional tailoring but the darts in the waist may be
removed if more room in the waist is needed.

Our shirts will fit the majority of bodybuilders but for
customers that are concerned about sleeve length and neck
sizes:
Sleeve lengths are 36" for Middle weight and Light Heavy
Weight, 38" for Heavy Weight and 38 5/8" for Super Heavy
Weight. (measuring from center back, down to the end of the
cuff).
Neck sizes increase by one inch from 16.5-19.5 respectively.

Software and Tracking

Our affiliate software tracks the clicks, visits and sales from
your audience and customers. You will receive personalized
URL's directing to the Bradley Allen website and designated
promo codes that link to your account for accurate
referrals. Through the links and codes your sales will be logged
to your account for monthly payouts.

To log into your Affiliate Dashboard navigate to the footer of
the Bradley Allen website and click the link called "Affiliate
Login". You will be directed to either create your affiliate
account or to login.

If you are creating an account, provide the information
requested and you will have to wait to be confirmed as an
affiliate.

If you are logging in, you will have access to your dashboard
which contains data on your sales, clicks, and payments, as
well as marketing imagery, affiliate coupon codes, and
settings.

Under Settings you can elect to receive notifications if a
referral makes a sale. You can also customize your URL if you
so choose.

Before you are approved as an affiliate you will be asked to
submit a W9 and accept our affiliate agreement.

Commission and Payments

Commission tiers track sales through the month starting on the
1st. You have that month to make sales and move up through
the tiers based on sales volume. The monthly sales period resets
the next month on the 1st.

Commissions will be approved after the 30 day customer return
period has lapsed.

Commissions will be paid on or around the 15th of the month
following the customers return period.

Payments will be made through PayPal or through Bradley
Allen store credit.

As an affiliate, you will be an independent contractor. That
means you will be responsible for all quarterly and annual taxes.
We may issue a W2 at the end of the year if you make over
$500.

Your commission is calculated by the percentage of the total
amount of the sale not including tax and shipping but including
any promotional discounts they apply.

Affiliate Requirements

Bradley Allen is looking for serious Influencers, Personal
Trainers, Gyms, or others within the fitness community that are
interested in sharing our products and mission with the fitness
industry.
You must have a serious following on social media, a blog, vlog,
or youtube channel, email list, clientele, etc.
We require a minimum of 5 sales per year to maintain status as
an affiliate.
Ethical marketing behaviour and adherence to our affiliate
rules and guidelines to ensure fair and legal activity for all.

Affiliate will be provided

A personal portal to track your sales, goals, and commissions
(Refersion)
Access to advertising materials (or create your own!)
A training manual, onboarding process, and continued affiliate
support.
Monthly affiliate newsletter with updates, FAQ, company info,
partnership opportunities, events, and sales offers.

What kind of marketing is NOT
allowed in the program?

Obviously, any illegal activity or spamming is not allowed. We
do not allow any direct linking or forced redirects to the
Bradley Allen website. Internal coupons are not allowed.

If any affiliate sale is made with a non-affiliate allowed
coupon, that sale will become invalid for commission. We also
don't allow any affiliate promotions across the Bradley Allen
site in general (ie blogs, member pages etc). If any such
banned activity takes place, we will unfortunately have to
reverse all unlawful commissions made or at worse, terminate
you from the program.

your affiliate contract.

Follow Us and Promote on Social Media

Increase your following by sending or tagging Bradley Allen in
photos of you wearing your Bradley Allen. You could be
featured in our social media and blog posts!
As an affiliate, you are welcome to promote your personal link
on your social media channels.
Like us on Facebook to stay up to date with upcoming events
and news.
Follow our Instagram to get styling and promotional ideas to
help your customers pick the right shirt.
