A tense moment on May 24 in Montgomery showed birthdays and anniversaries
the power of dedication and teamwork. With a 12-hour
work day already planned, a critical network switch went down
and connectivity was lost with a raised storage platform where a
majority of order filling happens. Maintenance Technician Brett
Barett and Systems Engineer Dillon Henschen sprung into action
to get the switch back online so the warehouse could get through
the rest of their day. Senior Systems Administrator Jason Bauman
and Systems Engineer Peter Mitchell loaded up new equipment and
drove from Fort Wayne to Montgomery to work through the night,
ensuring the team would be back to business the next day.
