PRINCIPAL UPDATEQueensland has emerged as the most attractive
property market in the country, according to
News Corp, and with fantastic locations such
as our Gold and Tweed Coasts, it’s not hard to
see why.

The June quarter report from CoreLogic coincides
with News Corp’s report, showing the Gold Coast
in the top two performing regions across the state
for the quarter.

A Gold Coast property valuer has said the high
end market has resurfaced after a 12 month break
and the high sales prices being achieved may
indicate a shift in buyers perception of property
on the Gold Coast.

The auction market across the country has seen
clearance rates rise recently, possibly driven by
the continued low interest rates, a lower than
usual number of properties for sale and property
investors returning to the market.
