the black diamond. They are steep and hard. Next
hardest is the double black diamond it is the hardest trails
to go down. Finally is the bowls. That's when the
mountains are steep and dangerous.

Dirt biking is a really outstanding sport

Dirt Bikes are really fun once you learn how to ride them. Trust me when I started
riding dirt bikes I was not good at all, but once I started practicing it was really easy. I
was only riding for a week or so then I got really good. That can be you! Once you know
what riding a dirt bike involves, it is a safe and fun activity. Like every activity it requires
some special knowledge. It’s important to know some good tracks, the equipment you
will need,what type of bike is good for your skill level, and some great riders to know.

Tracks

One of the best tracks for beginners is Thunder Valley. It’s in Denver, Colorado. It’s
the main track and is one mile long perfect for starters. There’s also William F. Tayde
Green Mountain Park. There’s also a separate peewee track so it's mostly for amature
riders, or if you just want to have a good time. It’s also open to the public so anyone can
go. People can even watch you. It’s required to wear a helmet for safety. The track hosts
many racing events like motocross or supercross. But no Jeeps or Atvs allowed, strictly dirt
bikes.

Honey Valley MX is another track its old style is under new ownership and just
recently opened for races. The main track is about 1.5 miles long and it has a huge hill that
goes straight up 400 feet. Theres also a few table tops, some doubles, and whoop
sections. Also there's 3 separate tracks for novice, and a mini bike 50cc track. It's in
Milford, California. Its privately owned/commercial, there's no trails, and no campfires.

Introduction

Lacrosse has been around for years.The Native Americans played it. It’s been
developing throughout the years. Lacrosse is a great sport to play. This report is
going to cover the history, how to play, gear, and boys vs girls.

it was like to make cakes through history. Cake baking has evolved from the middle ages to the 17th
