EDUCATION PROJECT
愛的痕跡

Founded in 2009, the Traces of Love Education Project by Johnny Jiang has donated
nearly 4.5 million Yuan to the Shandong Red Cross to help provide learning and
education opportunities to some of China’s poorest students. They have helped over
1,110 impoverished students through generous donations over the past eight years. Our
belief is that through charity, fraternity, and dedication to others we can make a positive
difference in the lives of the unfortunate.

自2009年起，【爱的痕迹】公益项目便与FACE时尚协会慈善活动合作，在山东红十字会历
下分会协助下于当地开展【爱的痕迹】助学活动，至今已经九年了，捐助学生人数达到
1110人，共发放资助金额449.4万元。这是一项扶贫济困、助学成才的社会公益活动，充
分发挥了“人道、博爱‘奉献”的慈善精神，，为需要帮助的孩子们开启学习之窗，更取
得了良好的社会效益。

CHINA WELFARE FUND FOR
DISABLED PERSONS
中国残疾人福利基金会

The China Welfare Fund for Disabled Persons was established March 15, 1984 and is a
national 5A level public offering foundation. Their aim is to promote humanity, dedicate
love, and to serve the disabled wholeheartedly. The foundation is focused on helping
disabled people and is dedicated to empowering Chinese people with disabilities
including the visually impaired, and to provide women and children with medical care
and educational materials. Since 2007, FACE has donated nearly 6 million Yuan to the
foundation. The project funding from FACE is mainly used for the development, medical
rehabilitation, and education in Sichuan, Hubei, Yunnan, Guangxi, and other regions.
Over 3,791 patients have received cataract surgery from donations from FACE, giving
them back the ability to see.

中国残疾人福利基金会成立于1984年3月15日，是全国性5A级公募基金会，也是受国务
院表彰的全国先进社会组织。我们的宗旨是弘扬人道，奉献爱心，全心全意为残疾人服
务，努力建设成为公开、透明、高效率和高公信力的世界一流基金会。
中国残疾人福利基金会多年来一直把残疾人救助作为开展公益项目的核心和重点。特别
是残疾人中的妇女和儿童。我会与FACE时尚协会慈善活动自2007年结缘，十年来，FACE
时尚协会慈善活动向我会捐赠近600万元。我们将项目经费主要用于残疾人康复、教育
事业的发展，为四川、河北、云南、广西等地区3791名贫困白内障患者免费实施复明手
术，使他们重见光明；并为贫困地区青少年儿童建立视觉康复中心。

CHINA BEAUTY CHARITY FUND

The China Beauty Charity Fund was established in special recognition of Ms. Yue-Sai
Kan’s contribution to society and charity. As chairman and ambassador, Ms. Kan inspires
social change for women and children across China and support the “Smile Train” China
cleft lip and palate repair charity project. The “Smile Train” China provides cleft lip and
palate repair surgery for China’s poor with a focus on children. Additionally, Miss China
will visit and support the program to help build awareness and improve the spirits of these
beautiful children.
中国美基金成立于2011年，靳羽西女士为中国美基金的形象大使和该基金的执行主席，该
基金致力于”用美的力量去改善和提高妇女儿童的社会地位”，主要扶持了”母婴平安”
农村医疗改建项目，并在各大高校设立 ”羽西奖学金”培养和发掘有才华的女大学生和
支持”微笑列车”中国唇腭裂修复慈善项目等。其中“微笑列车“中国唇腭裂修复项目为
中国的贫困唇腭裂患者提供免费手术，并安排中国环球小姐探访患儿和参加各地患者集中
手术等活动，为受助的唇腭裂患儿送去爱心和祝福，以提高社会关注度，希望唤起大家共
同帮助这片土地上每一个唇腭裂患儿获得改变命运的机会！

GUOLI LOVE FOUNDATION
国立爱心基金

The Guoli Love Foundation is a national charity that focuses on helping children in the
Yunnan Province with medical care, schooling and emergency support to aid in their
development. Mr. Zhang Guoli personally has travelled to support the children by
financing healthcare for those in need, and ensuring their schools have proper equipment
and supplies.
2010年，张国立先生在云南省青少年发展基金会成立了“国立爱心基金”，担任理事长并
以其个人影响力募集专项捐款，用于支持云南家庭贫困青少年的就医、就学及重特大自然
灾害资助等公益项目。
自启动之日起，“国立爱心基金”一直秉承“认真、公开、透明、诚信”的宗旨，除了对
先心病患儿的关注，也一直致力于希望小学的建立，张国立先生相信十年树木百年树人，
相信知识改变命运！同时并确保将捐赠者的每一笔善款全部用于弱势儿童群体的生命救助

WINGS OF MUSIC 音乐之帆

Founded February 21, 2009 by Mr. Chai Liang, musician, conductor, and professor at
the Central Conservatory of Music and Mr. Guo Yong, Wings of Music brings the world
of music education to the children of migrant workers, teaching them self-confidence,
teamwork, and discipline while they learn to play an instrument. The program provides
free high quality musical education to the kids in the children’s orchestra, strings orchestra
or percussion. The hope is that the children will find a love of music and that it will
enhance their lives.
音乐之帆少儿资助项目是与中国交响乐发展基金会合作，以音乐为主题和载体的慈善项
目，项目创始人为柴亮先生及郭勇先生。项目于2009年2月21日正式启动，此项目邀请了
中央音乐学院教授以及国内外优秀音乐家、指挥家，为农民工子女以及贫困儿童提供免费
的优质音乐教育，并专门为他们成立儿童管弦乐团、弦乐团、打击乐团、合唱团等。致力
于用音乐来救助更多贫苦儿童，让他们通过学习音乐，通过交响乐团的训练，在每个孩子
的心中都播下有志者事竟成的信念，“演奏并奋斗着”的信念扎根心灵，用音乐为孩子们
带来精神上的富足，能够帮助他们抵抗物质上的贫穷。

CHINA HEALTH PARTNERSHIP

哈佛大学中国健康合作计划

The China Health Partnership, a program of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public
Health, was founded in 2005 in conjunction with the National Health and Family Planning
Commission (formerly the Chinese Ministry of Health) and Tsinghua University to address
the major healthcare issues facing China’s citizens. Through comprehensive training,
research and educational programs, this innovative program focuses on key concerns
such as non-communicable diseases, workplace safety and the effects of urbanization
and environmental degradation on public health. This groundbreaking program has been
instrumental in the progressive reform and evolution of China’s public healthcare system
for the past 12 years.
FACE has been a major supporter of the China Health Partnership since its inception,
helping to fund the program’s training of several hundred Chinese executive public health
officials and facilitating widespread healthcare policy discussion and reform.

中國健康合作項目(China Health Partnership)為哈佛陳曾熙公共衛生學院(Harvard
T.H. Chan School of Public Health)的計畫，於2005年由國家衛生和計畫生育委員會
(National Health and Family Planning Commission)(前身為中國衛生部)與清華大學共
同創立，以解決中國人民目前面臨的重大醫療衛生問題。透過完整的訓練、研究和教育計
畫，此創新計畫關注的重點如非傳染性疾病、工作場所安全、都市化和生態環境惡化對公
共衛生的影響。此前所未有的計畫，替中國過去12年來努力至今的公共醫療衛生改革和發

HAI KANG BEI FOUNDATION

Founded in 2016, the Hai Kang Bei Foundation’s mission in helping autistic children led
to the creation of the “Love and Art, Lighting the Starry Sky” program and other special
care programs to provide guidance for autistic children in society. Music is the means to
help the autistic children learn and improve their lives. The program also seeks to increase
awareness of autism and teach tolerance for these special children. Through Magic, Music,
and Love, we have brought autistic children and their families new hope!
上海海康贝公益基金会成立于2016年10月，是国内第一个以艺术疗愈及融合活动为手段，关
爱并帮助自闭症儿童及家庭的基金会，秉持“爱与艺术、点亮星空”的理念，透过音乐、艺
术等方式，帮助星星的孩子走出孤独，改善生活并融入社会，同时唤起社会大众以更加宽容
的心态来对待自闭症儿童群体。
基金会工作除了例行组织自闭症融合活动，鼓励自闭症童及家庭能勇敢面对，走出孤独互相
交流，改善了许多自闭症家庭的生活质量；更致力于发掘对艺术有天分及兴趣的自闭症童，
邀请专业老师教导，透过对音乐、绘画、艺术等的学习，并组织表演活动，有效地帮助自闭
症儿童打开心扉，接触人群，改善自闭症症状，艺术疗愈相关的成果得到各界的肯定。

CEDAR HIGHRISE
上海杉树公益基金会

Established April 30, 2015, Cedar High Rise’s main goal is to help children who grow up
in poor areas, by building a spirit of self-reliance, self-confidence and self-improvement.
This is done by developing and funding educational programs for underprivileged
students. Since its inception, Cedar High Rise, in cooperation with 20 national high
schools in the area, funded 3,122 poor students, helping them complete high school.
Additionally, the program funded 350 children to help them complete primary school,
sent 52 teachers to Sichuan, Xichang and Liangshan to improve the local teachers
and the education of the student, and established a volunteer network, made up of
thousands to help other volunteers in career development.

上海杉树公益基金会于2015年4月30日，在上海正式注册成立的非公募教育类公益组织。
宗旨是帮助贫困地区孩子茁壮成长, 帮助青年人树立自立自信自强的精神。业务范围是
资助贫困学生，资助青年社会实践项目。
基金会自成立以来，与全国29所高中合作，资助3122名品学兼优的贫困生完成高中学
业。在四川西昌凉山州自治区布拖县开设7个彝族儿童班，资助350名适龄儿童完成小学
学业。先后在四川西昌凉山州派遣52名支教老师，完善当地师资，帮助当地提升教育管
理水平。在全国43座城市，链接上千名志愿者，帮助上万名大学生，提升大学生的职业
发展能力。
