Setting up our own business
After various introductory exercises, students were divided in teams and
their task was to set up their own company. Each firm had to make up a name, logo,
slogan and an advertisement for their company. The results came from various fields
e.g. IT, astrology, dental tools and even gardening. A complete collection of the logos
and ads can be found here:

FINAL PRODUCTS

1. Premium Events (Romania)- LEDD (Hungary)
We started our
relationship because we
saw an opportunity in our
businesses. Our main
business activity is
preparing handmade
product, gifts for a wide range of events like birthdays,
anniversaries, valentine’s day, mother’s day etc. Their profile is to organise
events of any kind. So we have decided to Cooperate . We introduced our
company to them while they introduced themselves as well. On 14 February
Premium Events organised a Valentine’s day event and as LEDD had agreed,
sent little gifts and decorations.
For example little letters in a decorated jar, posters, invitations, etc.
After the event
Premium
Events sent to
LEDD photos
about their
program in the
school. Also,
gave feedback
11
about the products. We share ideas about the products for the next
collaboration.
We are happy to see that we could successfully cooperate with the other
company. At first our relationships started with difficulties but after a while
we got used to working together. At first we were scared of working with
other countries but we got used to it and we found out it was really
interesting and we learned a lot about business.
12
2. SuperCella (Hungary)- C4 (Hungary)
The common
relationship began with
knowledge, and when
we found the two
companies sympathetic,
we started mailing and
agreed on common products. There were
conference calls and email changes to create a
common denominator. After long negotiations,
we came across compromises on product looks
and mutual benefits, that
the super cell's logo and
description of the C4
products, shirts, and caps
are on the cover. Even the
company's website is
under construction,
although it is in the initial
stage and is not ready for
use.
We really like the guys, we enjoy working together, we are happy to find each
other and choose them.
13
3. Curcio Dental Lab (Italy) – Ubizardeam (Hungary)
We are the Ubizardeam and we started in 2017. We were inspired by
the games, websites and platform applications. First we made some trading
cards and CVs. The boss is allocated the posts so knowed what we need to do.
After that we wrote some
business mails and started
working with the Curcio
Dental Lab. They asked for
an online meeting on skype
and after we reconciled the
meeting’s date we made an
offer that we can made a website for they about the right brushing and thing
what can help in oral care, just needed some information about the look of
the website.
W e are The CURCIO DENTAL LAB and we are absolutely satisfied with the
website!
14
15
4. Cario Tour (Romania)- uPomelo (Hungary)
First of all, in
November 2017 we created
different companies within the
class. After that we distributed
the positions in the company
and decided what will we do in
the near future, create
company logos, advertisement
and a little advertisement
video.Then we create SWOT
analysis for an hour.
Secondly we search a partner of us for a collaboration with another
company. Furthermore
we wrote business
emails to Cario Tour
and in these emails we
discussed about our
products we made and
their price. After that
we discussed the tasks,
Miki created a
webpage for Cario Tour
to reserve fly tickets
and trips. Adam was a
spokesman and
negotiated with them. Ricsi make coffee for the valued members of uPomelo.
16
Cario tours offered teambuilding in Romania for spring break. This is the
website we have created for them:
The Cario Tour was amazed by the great work you have done with
our webpage. As a reward, our team decided to create a Spring Team-building
personalized offer for uPomelo. We offered a discount, since uPomelo turned
out to be good negotiators and also, we were contempted with their work for
us. Therefore, we researched about great places close to the Hungarian team
and great for relaxation. So, we created a brochure, with tailored tips for a
relaxing holiday. Here is our proposal, created with Canva and turned into a
flipbook: http://online.anyflip.com/cvkt/zjze/mobile/index.html
17
We enjoyed the online meetings and we appreciated the collaboration
and the exchange with uPomelo.
Check out a few pictures from the online meetings we had:
And here is a surprize we prepared for the Hungarian team: a
calendar for 2018. You can download and print it from here:
http://anyflip.com/cvkt/matz/
We really wanted our partners to find out a few more things about
our country, since we have already made them a great team building
offer. So, we created a calendar for uPomelo, in which we wrote the
days and months in both our languages, and also, tried to choose a
symbolic picture for each month. We hope uPomelo enjoyed what we
have created for them (as amators, not professionals as they are, but
18
foll of hope that they will appreciate our concern for their free time and, who knows, they
will choose to work with us in the future). It was fun and we loved working with uPomelo.

5. FastPub (Romania)- Devil Hoover (Hungary)
Our Company The DevilHoover made a contract with FastPub on 5th
of January. It was a perfect collaboration. We tried to make something new
that noone has.It was hard to make this real and unique, when we got the final
model we sent a request to the FastPub, that they overachieved our
expectations and we really thank you for your teamwork.
Our final model made by Horváth Ádám.
I think our product is a new, cool and
interesting stuff. BUT without a good
commercial, and brand it’s like AI in a brick:
NOTHING!! As I mentioned, the cooperation
with the FastPub was overwheelming succsess.
They are experts in brand making, design, and
commercial making.
Our first logo was made by Mark, but
FastPub experts said, its more like a poster
20
than a logo. We started talking about, how to solve this problem. They told us,
they are ready to make a brand new logo. That suggestion was awsome, and our
team was very happy. In that minute nobody thought, the FastPub team will
make an amazing one, so first time, we saw it, our breath stopped.
The triangle is a symbol: HEAVEN - OUR WORLD - UNDERWORLD. The arse over
tip treangle is also a symbol: STRONG MASCULIN BODY. These two symbols show
perfect the creed of Devil Hoover. We fight with evil in 3 dimension (demons,
dust, ghosts), and our product is strong. Very strong.

The 3D-printed Devil Hoover arriving to Romania
22
Hey there! We are FastPub, an advertising company from Romania.
23
During this project we had been in collaboration with Devil Hoover
from Hungary. As their name tells, they produce hoovers. Their new product
seemed to be promising, but it also needed some good advertising. That’s
where we stepped in.
We have made a commercial in which we tried to illustrate to power of
the hoover made by Devil Hoover. We tried to emphasize the fact that this
hoover is very strong, as it can hoover carpets and even ghosts. Our crew had
a lot of fun shooting and editing this commercial and we are happy to see
that our work was appreciated.

9. Iron World (Romania)- Edelweiss Guest House
(Romania)
Iron World (from Colegiul Național
„Petru Rareș” Beclean) and Edelweiss
Guest House (from Colegiul Tehnic
Napoca) agreed on launching a
collaborative Home Line Product
(traditional embroidery and iron
furniture - mainly for hotels and
restaurants). The idea of a business was shaped
by the email exchange, what the students of the
two companies had. The idea of Home line and
how to make the ad, has crystallized through
chat on Twinspace. The students decided to
create a collaborative design for their new
products, traditional ones, in relation to
promoting Transylvanian cultural heritage.
The two companies worked together on
Canva to produce advertising posters that would
increase the visibility of the two companies'
products. The collaboration between the two companies was enhanced by the
online meetings, where the students had the chance to plan and work
34
together on creating their common products. Here are a few images from our
online meetings:
We decided to launch a new line of products, using traditional
embroideries and iron made products.
We worked collaboratively online and launched a common offer (we
loved using Canva together), that is available here:
http://online.anyflip.com/cvkt/jrxk/mobile/index.html
35
We even created presentation videos for our project parteners. Check
out Szabolcs`s presentation (Szabolcs has won the title of the most hard working
eTwinner student from Emese`s teams).
