Upon returning home from their wedding at Dreams Resorts &
Spas, the bride and groom will upload the required information
about their stay for validation. Once all travel, minimum nights and

Shipping Procedures

Dreams Villamagna highly recommends that all additional decorations
and/ or favors be brought with the couple on the plane. If it is necessary
to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we suggest using either
FEDEX or UPS and shipping everything a month and a half in advance
to ensure all boxes clear customs.

• Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are
not permitted to enter Mexico.

• Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you will be
arriving.

Dreams Villamagna will deliver gifts to the guest’s rooms. There will be
a $3.00 USD for service fee per room. A complete list of all guests along
with room numbers is required.

Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the
wedding coordinator with the following information to allow us to
track the packages:

• Bride’s name • Tracking number
• Shipping company • Number of boxes

Policy on Damages and Losses

The property does not assume responsibility for any items, personal
or professional, brought onto the resort prior to, during or after
the wedding event. These include, but are not limited to, floral
arrangements, decorations or equipment. The wedding couple is
responsible for all non resort guests while they are on property
attending the event.

External Vendors

Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta has all the necessary services
for private events in regards to food, entertainment, decoration,
illumination, equipment, photography, rentals, etc. Therefore, to ensure
your private event goes smoothly we take the full responsibility to
provide these services for you.

However, should you feel that an external vendor is absolutely necessary
for the success of your event, Dreams Villamagna Nuevo Vallarta will
apply a surcharge. This charge, based on the total number of guests, is
as follows:

• 0 to 50 people $500 USD

• 51 to 100 people $1,000 USD

•101 to 150 people $1,500 USD

•151 to 200 people $2,000 USD

Also, as per for the external vendor, must leave a $500 USD deposit
when they arrive at the resort, in case of property and/or installations
damage.

If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the vendor once
the event is over and all locations have been reviewed by resort staff,
making sure that no damage has occured. Please note: the resort does
accept providers in the area of audiovisual equipment.

Payment Policy

Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy. A deposit is required to confirm and hold the requested
wedding date. Deposit requirements vary based on wedding package
purchased. Deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the Wedding in
Paradise Package; a deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the Love
or Ultimate Wedding Package. This deposit would be applied to the
wedding package, or can be applied also for any extra or upgrade you
add in your package.

Cancellation Policy
The wedding can be canceled three months prior to the confirmed
date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within three
months, the deposit will be kept as a penalty and it would be non-
refundable. If the wedding is canceled, but the couple still travels as
planned, the deposit can then be applied toward any additional room
charges made during their stay.

Payment Options
The entire payment must be paid in full two days prior to the
wedding, after the first meeting with the wedding coordinator. The
final wedding payment must be paid with credit card.

• The following credit cards will be accepted: Visa, Master card
or American Express.

• Personal checks will not be accepted as a form of payment.
