Ceremony

The Wedding Gazebo is a very attractive option with the ability to accommodate
up to 60 people. The Gazebo can be beautifully decorated with organza and
petal arrangements.
• Religious ceremonies are not legally valid, this is a symbolic ceremony.
• For religious or non-denominational ceremonies, it is not necessary to

complete all legal requirements.
• For Catholic ceremonies, couple must visit their Pastor or Parish Priest

and complete the required paperwork. The couple must complete the
pre-marital courses in their country and provide a letter (Nihil Obstat)
from their Curia.
• Guests may bring their own minister, for non-legal ceremonies. Judge must
perform legal ceremonies.
• If you would like to incorporate a reading, poem, song or prayer, inform
the Wedding Coordinator accordingly.
• For the ceremony the sound system is included in the package. Guest may
also provide their own music.
• Times are subject to availability. On average, Dreams Palm Beach performs
two or three weddings a day.
• The weather forecast will be reviewed 4 hours prior all outside wedding
ceremonies in order to move the location if its necessary.

Our Ballroom has the capacity to accommodate private group functions, dinner
and special events. Each of the individual meeting rooms are assigned according
to the size of the group and confirm at the arrival. See chart for Ballroom
dimensions.
The Dreams Of Love and Dreams Ultimate Wedding Packages include:
• Use of banquet rooms and facilities.
• Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails for one hour ( for 20 guest staying in the hotel)
• Either the Silver or Golden dinner Menu (for 20 guest staying in the hotel)

Customized Wedding Packages have the option to add at additional cost:
• Private event in any of the banquet rooms
• A private dinner with Silver, Gold or Platinum menu.
• Hors d’oeuvres and cocktail hour.

Rehearsal Dinner Options:

• BBQ on the beach- Includes 2 hours of service for $30 USD + tax, per person.
• Wine Cellar- No set menu is required and this location allows up to 8 guests.

The rental fee is $250 USD.
• Heavy appetizers- Includes 2 hours of service for $35 USD + tax, per person.

Wedding Cakes

The standard wedding cake is included in the wedding packages. It is made
according to the number of guests. Flavors available are Vanilla, Chocolate,
Strawberry and Almond. The Dreams Wedding in Paradise Package
includes up to 10 guests and the Dreams of Love and Ultimate Wedding
Packages include 20 guests. All guests must be staying at the resort.

Additional cost is $5.00 USD per person. Includes 10 people.

Upgraded cakes are subject to a separate quote. Please provide the wedding
coordinator with a photo of your desired cake.

Shipping Procedures

Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana highly recommends that all additional
decorations and/or favors be brought with the couple on the plane. If it is
necessary to ship boxes prior to the couples arrival, we suggest using either
FEDEX or UPS and shipping everything a month and a half in advance
to ensure all boxes clear customs.

• Please be advised that food, animals, insects or natural flowers are not
permitted to enter the Dominican Republic.

• Label all boxes with your name and clearly specify the date you will be arriving.
Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana will deliver gifts to the guest’s rooms.
There will be a $4.00 USD and 18% service fee per room (taxes included).
A complete list of all guests along with room numbers are required.

Once the boxes have been shipped, please send an e-mail to the wedding
coordinator with the following information to allow us to track the packages:

• Bride’s name • Tracking number

• Shipping company • Number of boxes

Policy on Damages and Losses:

The property does not assume responsibility for any items, personal
or professional, brought onto the resort prior to, during or after the
wedding event. These include, but are not limited to, floral arrangements,
decorations or equipment. The wedding couple is responsible for all non
resort guests while they are on property attending the event.

Couples are welcome to bring their own decorations. Please note that depending on the
type of service and amount of decor for the set-up, a decor fee will be applied (between
$50- $500).

Payment Policy

Deposit Policy
A $100 – $500 (dependant on the type of package) deposit is required
to confirm and hold the requested wedding date. This deposit can then
be applied toward ceremony and/or reception upgrades which have been
purchased in addition to the wedding package. If the wedding couple
chooses not to purchase additional ceremony and/or reception amenities,
the credit can then be applied toward any room charges upon check out,
including but not limited to phone charges, spa treatments and logo shop
purchases. Any remaining credit balance will be refunded in the form of
the original payment.

Cancellation Policy
The wedding can be canceled six or more months prior to the confirmed
date without penalties. If the wedding is canceled within six months,
the non-refundable deposit will be kept as a penalty. If the wedding is
canceled, but the couple still travels as planned, the deposit can then
be applied toward any additional room charges made during their stay.

Policy on Damages and Losses
