(Transformative EOF Academy Mentor) staff, the T.E.A.M. will work to create and
foster a safe and welcoming community
We are rebranding! to help the transition of our incoming
freshmen class to Monmouth University.

Fun Fact: I love the outdoors and hiking.
Most excited about for being a Peer Counselor: To meet
and mentor new students.
Advice for 1st year students going through the summer
program: take it as an experience to gain insight on how
college works and to grow as a person.
Favorite part of EOF: Family
Campus involvement: Science clubs, Peer Mentorship,
BBB Honor Society, KDP Honor Society, XAE Honor
Society.
Favorite place on campus and why: The Garden, I love
nature

program: Your time at Monmouth is limited, make the most
of it and always give back whenever you can!
Favorite part of EOF: My friends and the support.
Campus involvement: MSA, Commuter Student Mentor
Favorite place on campus and why: The SC – there are
events always going on and it’s a good places to get work
done.

EOF Senior Awards at Georgian Court University

Every year, the EOF Board of Directors and the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of
Higher Education invites the campus programs to identify graduating EOF students who
have demonstrated exceptional achievement during their college careers. These
students were honored at a Recognition Ceremony that was held Friday, April 7, 2017, at
Georgian Court University.
Outstanding Achievement Award
This award presented to one EOF student from each program that has graduated or is
expected to graduate in May 2017. The recipient of this award is the student who best
exemplifies the spirit and intent of the EOF program, Allison Gonzalez.
Outstanding Academic Achievement Award
This award is presented to any EOF student who graduated or expected to graduate May
2017 and who has a cumulative grade point average range from 3.5 to 3.99. Recipients :
Manuel Colon, Anthony Cosentino, Zakariya Frank, Genesis Gonzalez, Brianna Golden, Brier
Hawkins, Jamilah McMillan, and Zareen Shueib.
Academic Achievement Award
This award is presented to any EOF student who graduated or who is expected to
graduate May 2017; and who has a cumulative grade point average range from 3.2 to 3.4.
Recipients: Alisha Farley, Caress Fenton, Gabriella Gerber, Stephen Murawski, Areeba
Sohail, Morgan Spann, Sarah Van Heusen, Victor Vargas Cruz, Daniela Villaman, and
Chenowa Wendel.
