What kind of a teacher would you like to be?

We typically understand a teacher as someone who works as a classroom instructor
at a school, serves as a mentor to learners, and instructs them on everything from letter
recognition to effective essay writing. Therefore, being a teacher in the modern world is
incredibly difficult on both a mental and physical level because there are so many obstacles
that must be conquered before teachers can pass on important knowledge to their students.
Being a teacher is difficult because of the many challenges that instructors encounter when
trying to fix a problem without involving the parents of the pupils in order to preserve the
school's reputation. So as a new teacher, I want to be a teacher who understands my students
because I believe that many teachers today lack empathy for students. Not all teachers are
like that others want to hear their students speak for themselves while explaining their errors.
I have come across numerous teachers that have a deep understanding of their kids, treat
them like their own children, and provide excellent instruction.

Additionally, a teacher has a big duty in education because he or she has chosen to
pursue that field as a career and must give it their all. Everyone is aware of what it takes to be
a teacher, but not everyone has the necessary skills. Therefore, I believe that teachers taking
on a lot of risks is not an issue. In addition, I want to be a teacher who enjoys working with
unhappy children to help them succeed in school like their other peers. This is due to the
possibility that they may be having financial issues, in which case I am willing to assist them
and support all of their choices. For instance, I assist my less fortunate kids in purchasing
supplies because I want them to experience the same excitement about the start of school as
their other peers. A teacher must take steps to prevent learning gaps in their pupils because
this will negatively affect their students' academic performance. This is because students'
attendance at school is crucial, and it is the responsibility of a teacher to make sure that their
students show up each day. In order to demonstrate the pupils that the teacher cares about
them, the teacher should visit every student who misses more than the allotted number of
days at home and find out why he isn't coming to class.

As a result, it is our responsibility as good teachers to ensure that all of our pupils
comprehend the material we teach so they can apply it to future exams. Naturally, as
instructors, we will be happy with our students' accomplishments and happy that we were able
to provide the greatest education possible for them if they get excellent outcomes. Additionally,
as instructors, we should never stop praying for the success of our students. This is so that all
knowledge is given legitimacy, which is the foundational element of learning. The same is true
for kids who are in the back class because being in the lowest class does not guarantee their
failure. In addition, my parents have also served as an inspiration to me. Although we live in
very different eras and are subject to quite different circumstances, our shared aim of
educating the nation's children remains the same. Additionally, my parents often tell me to be
understanding of my pupils' challenges because that is how kids act. Since we cannot predict
the future, I must maintain my composure and refrain from being overly emotional. I need
to manage my emotions so that undesirable events can be prevented.

Given the prevalence of child abduction instances nowadays, which causes parents
tremendous concern while their children are at school, it is well known that a teacher's
responsibility extends beyond simply imparting knowledge to pupils to ensuring their safety
while they are in class. Parents have given teachers at the school the responsibility of making
sure their children are safe there, and I have accepted that duty out of love for my students. I
make sure they are always in good condition at school, and when they get home, I always
remind them to wait inside the school fence until their parents arrive to prevent any instances
of kidnapping in the school. Besides, since they will be present for more than two hours,
teachers must also create a fun environment for kids to attend class. I therefore pick up my
kids at the school's entrance every time so they won't be disappointed to attend to class and
learn with their peers. I also make sure to have a range of entertaining teaching tools on hand
so that my pupils don't easily become tired and bored while they're learning, which makes
them want to leave class.

Additionally, I sense that a lot of teachers these days are using social media platforms
to educate students who are not their schoolmates; this is a fantastic attempt to improve the
students' learning. for instance, creating a tiktok video to teach additional mathematics so that
pupils are more familiar with the subject. Unaware of it, this has assisted the students in
deepening their topic understanding. Furthermore, a lot of tutoring facilities have shown up
recently, which helps teachers make extra income while also helping students discover further
about a subject. This matter has become an improvement in the field of education that has
brought positive changes to education today.

In conclusion, teaching is not an easy profession, especially in this day and age, but I am
convinced that I will fulfil my duties well and do my best to ensure the success of my pupils.
This shows how much I truly enjoy my chosen field of work, and you can be sure that I'll do
everything in my power to provide my students the best advice possible. With the knowledge
I impart, I hope that all of my students will go on to become productive members of society,
and I constantly pray for them all.
