The company was founded by our Managing
Director, Derek Innes and was built on values
of honesty, safety, quality and responsibility
and it continues to grow healthily by virtue of
operating within this culture.

Since those early years, it has developed a
reputation as a well-run business that has grown
through operating responsibly whilst delivering
quality and value for money.

decision-making and operating processes.

We recognise that sustainability, including the reduction
of waste together with recycling and the increased use of
recycled materials is critical to all our futures.

We work with our customers and supply chain in improving
sustainable procurement, and ensure that we consider the
impacts on the environment and the people we come into
contact with, whilst conducting our business.

ENERGYMANAGING
We employ our own in-house specialist Gas
Maintenance Manager whose team complements
our building refurbishment services with Gas
Heating Installation and Maintenance.

We conduct gas heating inspections prior to, and
on completion of, works to ensure that heating
systems remain operating safely throughout.

These inspections are conducted in a timely
and efficient manner without impact to the
programme of works, and helps reduce any
disruption to householders at a later date.

WORKMAKING IT
We operate a depot strategically located in the Central
Belt. This ensures that materials and other resources are
always available to projects without threatening the
programme, quality or cost. In some cases, savings can
be made through advanced bulk purchases.
This logistical asset allows us to better serve
our customers by operating country wide but
organised to deliver at a local level.

Materials, plant and equipment are delivered to
the depot where they are organised, checked
and quality control inspected prior to
delivery to site.
This gives customers the confidence that
materials and resources are delivered on
site on time and having been quality
checked before delivery.

Health & Safety

Our aim is to have an accident and injury
free workplace, to return every one of our
people home safe every day, and in the
process, have a positive impact on our
peoples’ health and wellbeing.

To help us achieve this, our H&S
management systems have been
accredited with OHSAS 18001, CHAS,
SafeContractor and Achilles. You can
be confident that our health and safety
practices and procedures are in accordance
with current legislation and best practice.

Our excellent health and safety
management systems are corroborated by
our zero reportable injuries record over the
last ten years.
