Have you ever wondered what type of plants grow in Alaska? There are many like
the Solidago Canadensis. Witch is nicknamed the Canada Goldenrod. Actually all
plants have a nickname like this plant called the Typha Latifolia is nicknamed cat
Tail. I hope you learned a lot about the plants of Alaska.

Alaska landforms

Did you know that the tallest mountain in the u.s is located in Alaska? It is. Mt.
Mckinley is about 20,320 feet tall and 600 miles long. The Rocky Mountains are also
in Alaska. The Brooks Mountain range is also in Alaska witch is one of the most
mountain ranges in Alaska. Alaska is one of the best places to go see amazing
landforms.

Alaska Celebrations

There are many celebrations around the year in Alaska. There’s more then than fifty
of them. One of the most important ones that almost everyone goes to is the Alaska
state fair. Another is the midnight sunfest were the sun stays out all the way to
midnight. Now do you know any Alaska celebrations?

Alaska's Animals

When you go to Alaska and want to see so many wonderful animals. Here are some
animals that are mammals like Whales, Orcas, Elk, Caribou, Moose, Sea lions ,
Harbor seals, Porcupines, Motion Goat, Walrus, Polar Bear, Beluga whales, Lynx.
Theas are some birds, the Least sandpiper, Black-legged kittiwake, Varied thrush ,
Song Sparrow, and the Puffin. And those are some of Alaska’s wonderful animals.

Alaska's Food

Most of Alaska’s food comes from the sea . These are some seafood you can find in
Alaska, Wild king crab legs, Oysters, Copper river salmon, White king salmon. And
here are some some land animals and types of berries berry chocolates, Reindeer
dogs, Caribou steak, Bison Burgers, and a type of berry that looks like a orange! And
those are some of Alaska's food.

Alaska’s Transportation

Alaska’s transportation is just like our transportation they have cars, trains,
subways, airplanes, buses, and many more. In the winter time some people have
snowmobiles, they go around to many places. One of the cool thing about Alaska is
that they have this sled that five or more dogs can carry the sled and a person on it,
there is also a plain that can go on the water! And those are some of Alaska amazing
transportation.

Conclusion

Alaska is a fascinating state. It has amazing animals, good food, epic landforms,
weird plants, awesome transportation, and fun celebrations. I hope you enjoyed
