Director’s Note

of Horrors and Chloe in Tom Stoppard’s
Arcadia. Katie taught English at Viterbo
University this fall, and also teaches Ballet at
the YMCA. She would like to thank her family
and friends, with a special shout out to her
dogs, Scout and Jem.
Will Leonard (Tom Wingfield)
is from La Crosse, WI, with a BFA
in musical theatre from Viterbo
University. He made his LCT
debut playing Rolf in The Sound
of Music (2008). Recent credits include John

Our mission is “to enhance the theatrical literacy of

With the start of 2012 we would like to welcome
our new technical director, Andrew Brackett. This
production marks his scene design debut for us. We
are looking forward to some wonderful and enticing
designs in the future.
Our capital campaign is well underway. Last
November we broke ground, and we have been
working hard on our new home ever since. If you
have been by the construction site, the walls for the
orchestra pit are in place and the exterior foundations
are up. The La Crosse Performing Arts Center promises
to be an intimate theatrical experience for everyone!
I would like to give you a couple of dates to put in your
calendar. February 26 is our volunteer recognition
and bowling party. If you were a volunteer in 2011­

Connie went on to do more serious painting,
entering her works in art shows and showing
