Randall “Randy” McMichael co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC in 2006. He is the firm’s managing partner and heads the firm’s builder and resale divisions. Randy represents developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokers with their real estate and legal needs.
In 1999, Randy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in History and received his Doctor
of Jurisprudence from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2003.
Outside of the office, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing golf, fishing, and outdoor activities.
Under Randy and Ed’s leadership, McMichael & Gray was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the top 100 fastest growing businesses in Atlanta 4 years in a row! McMichael & Gray currently works with over 50 builders in the Metro Atlanta area.

Edward “Ed” Gray, IV co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC in 2006. He heads the firm’s Investor Services Division working with internation- al, national and local investors. To date, the division has cleared and issued title policies on over 10,000 homes throughout the Southeast.
Ed graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Adminis- tration degree in Economics and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Seton Hall University School
of Law in 2002.
In his free time,Ed enjoys relaxing with his wife and two children, playing golf, painting, and
woodworking.
