Thank you for considering Northcentral Technical College (NTC) as the host site for your
conference or workshop. We are very excited to have the opportunity to partner with
you. NTC offers a full range of services and amenities to make your event a success.

Our Conference Services Team provides comprehensive event planning and
management services customized to meet your unique needs.

NTC annually manages over 60 events of all formats and sizes, with participants ranging
from 25 to more than 400, all across Wisconsin. Whether you simply need registration
services or you need a comprehensive conference plan, our professionals work hard to
ensure every detail meets your satisfaction.

accommodations for up to 500 based on seating arrangement. In addition to various seating capacity and
catering options, NTC also has several locations to choose from for your next meeting or conference.

EVENT POLICIES

Facility use for Northcentral Technical College (NTC) will be available to those organizations within
the District that are aligned with the overall mission of the college and do not interfere with the
District’s operations.

All users are responsible for damage caused to people or property as a result of intentional or
negligent conduct during use of NTC’s facilities or equipment. Additional cleaning or repair charges
may apply if NTC property is damaged during an event. We appreciate your responsible use of our
facilities and furnishings.

Large events requiring facility staff will be subject to a $75 set-up/take-down fee. Additional fees
may apply for large events that require additional catering or on-site staff, or weekend facilities &
custodial staff.

The NTC President (or designee) may deviate from this policy in terms of space or services provided
and/or rates charged if it is in the best interest of the college and formed partnership relationships.
A separate Memorandum of Understanding will be developed for use with partners in these special
circumstances.

NTC agrees that its facilities are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Unless a person is an authorized police officer, an active member of the armed forces, a member of
the military who go armed in the line of duty or any person duly authorized by the chief of police of
any city, village or town, or the sheriff of any county, it is illegal to be armed in any building owned
or leased by Northcentral Technical College.

NTC is an alcohol/tobacco free campus. The possession, use, sale or delivery of alcohol and other
drugs upon college premises is prohibited. All NTC campuses are also tobacco free. Smoking of any
tobacco products, use of alternative smoking devices and/or use of smokeless tobacco products is
prohibited on all campus property and parking lots.
