About Us
AKADEMI PKNS SDN BHD, also known as PKNS Centre for Leadership Excellence, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). It began its operations in April 2010 with the aim to provide quality
training, consultancy and educational programs for employees of PKNS, its subsidiaries, government agencies, corporate
companies, entrepreneurs as well as the public.
Akademi PKNS is committed to provide quality training, consultancy and educational programs to spur & meet the strategic
demands of the Nation. It believes in whole person development and work towards cultivating leaders with global vision,
high ethical and moral publics and dedication. Akademi PKNS is now embarking on digital learning as part of inventing new
way of learning. Akademi PKNS has an excellent pool of Associate Consultants, Trainers & Regional Industry Experts to
provide the various expertise and management consultancy & training services in various fields of business.
Akademi PKNS is an Approved Training Provider of Human Resource Development Corporation
(HRDC) & Social Security Organization (SOCSO) under the Ministry of Human Resources. We are also registered with
Ministry of Finance, Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) & ePerolehan.
