GLOBAL WE@ACCENTURE RECOGNITION
Overview
The Global We@accenture recognition is a process which helps to recognize idea that is
implemented within a month. The recognition will be implemented at the 3 sites (Mumbai,
Manila, and Warsaw). This recognition process will help to share ideas which is implemented
in different locations at Honey Badger.
Current Situation
After an idea implemented, the person and idea are recognized with award. Since there are a
lot of idea implemented, tracking these ideas and sharing them across 3 sites (Warsaw,
Manila, Mumbai) are sometimes difficult. This difficulties may cause mess in we@accenture.
Because of this mess, idea may be forgotten to share across the sites. All these may effect less
effective collaboration.
Figure-1, Current Situation
Figure 1 shows that there is no clear connection across 3 sites about sharing ideas. It is higly
possible to forget share ideas which may be useful for another locations as well.
Suggestion
A global we@accenture recognition process may be began. All ideas which are implemented
will be gathered at the end of each month from Manila, Mumbai and Warsaw. At each site,
one person will be responsible upon this process. At the end of each month, they will
communicate with each other and will create one common PDF file for global recognition of
implemented ideas. This PDF file will be shared within entire HB project.
The PDF file will contains:
- The name of idea.
- Current situation part of idea at we@accenture.
- Suggestion part of idea at we@accenture.
- Benefits part of idea at we@accenture.
- The Benefit Category of idea.
- Improvement Area.
- Process Metric Category
- Location of Submitted Idea.
- The name of submitter of idea

Figure 2 shows that the Global We@accenture Recognation will connect three locations to
each other. All locations will share implemented ideas by using a pdf file.
Benefits
The benefits of idea are:
- Enhancement upon effective collaboration across 3 sites.
- Easy tracking and sharing ideas across 3 sites (all employees will be aware about
implemented ideas from different sites).
- Reduction of mess at we@accenture.
- Honoring the person who submit the implemented idea across sites (this may encourage the
person to give more idea).
- This may encourage the other analysts to implement another new ideas or improve the
current ideas.

The Global We@accenture Recognition is focusing on “COLLABORATION” future of
We@accenture. Each idea is important to share. As much as ideas are shared, that much
people will produce. An idea which is implemented may born another idea by sharing it with
other people. People are differentiated by their skills. Everyone has different approach to
cases or ideas.
