TERMS &CONDITION 9

PAYMENT TERMS

 40% of the total fee on confirmation of work as Advance
 50% of the total fee is payable on delivery of 1st set of materials to site
 10% of the total fee is payable on completion of work and before handing over

M. ATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS

a. Wardrobes, TV Units etc. – Greenply Ecotec (Commercial MR Grade Plywood)
b. Kitchen Cabinets – Greenply Ecotec (BWR Grade Plywood)
c. Laminates – Standard Range Suede finish of Greenlam, Merino, etc. or Veneer as specified
d. White Laminate on all internal surfaces
e. Hardware – Hettich / Ebco
f. Baskets – In and Out / Olives
g. Handles/Knobs- SS Finish (Basic rate considered is Rs.100 per handle)
h. Hanging Rod- SS Finish
i. Edging on Shutters- Matching the laminate selected for the External Surface

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. This quotation is based on drawing dimensions. Actual site measurements will be taken before
manufacturing. If the dimension variation is major, then the cost variation will be incorporated
in the Proforma Invoice.

2. We have considered a maximum duration of 3 Months for the completion of the project. Any
delay beyond this attributed to the client, the client is liable to clear all dues except for 5% of the
total fee, which will be cleared on completion.

3. Water and Electricity has to be provided by the client at the site.
4. Loose Furniture like Sofas, Chairs, Hob, Slab, Chimney, Refrigerator, Sanitary ware, CP Fittings

etc. are not considered in this costing. We will be supplying only the items listed in the Project
Detail.
5. We do not provide any warranty on Gypsum, MDF and Particle Board products. All other items
will carry a warranty on workmanship for a year from the date of handing over.
6. Cost towards any masonry changes will be borne by the client.
7. Please note that all our Carpentry items are factory finished. Our team will take measurements
and take a confirmation on the laminates. ONCE CONFIRMED, CHANGES BY THE CLIENT IN
LAMINATES OR SIZES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If any changes are required, it will be at an
additional cost.
8. 1 (One) Week will be provided for the client to get back with issues (if any) with regard to
completion of work. Kustomake representative will inform the client on the progress and the
completion of work at regular intervals.
