Our honeymoon fund lets you tailor-make your

safe, secure and discreet way to ask for cash, plus
guests feel they’ve given you a ‘real’ present.

Any item from any retailer
Our Premier Plus account also allows you to add gifts
from brands we don’t stock by creating a custom
gift. Once purchased, we’ll transfer the cash into your
bank account so you can buy it when you’re ready.

Charity donations
Celebrate your special day by adding charity
donations to your gift list. Your big day can make a
difference and we list over 100 leading charities for
you to add to your list. This service is free with
all accounts.

There are no hidden costs or commission charges –
100% of funds are transferred to your bank.

Create and manage your list at home or on the move.
Choose from over 50,000 gifts and upgrade to our
Premier Plus account to add cash gifts.

Edit your list
You can edit your list at any time using our simple
editing tools. Re-arrange the order of your gifts, add
comments to explain why you chose a gift and delete
gifts you no longer want.

Our ‘favourites’ heart lets you create a shortlist while
you browse, making final selection even easier.

Share with family and friends
Share your gift list number so guests can buy from
your list. Why not create a free wedding website
with gettingmarried.co.uk to integrate and share
your gift list?

Unlimited exchanges
When a gift is bought, you can exchange it, lock it
in or decide what to do later. This flexibility to make
unlimited exchanges allows you to swap gifts if
you’ve changed your mind, add extra gifts and have
your list exactly how you want it.

CONFIRMING YOUR GIFTS

ORDER YOUR GIFTS
READY FOR DELIVERY

Once your list is closed after the wedding, guests will
no longer be able to purchase gifts. We’ll then ask
you to confirm your list and get ready for delivery.

Make any exchanges
Not sure about that dinnerware set anymore? No
problem, you can exchange any gift that hasn’t
previously been locked in and your guests will be
none the wiser.

Spend your credit
Credit can be earned with vouchers or by exchanging
gifts. You can also spend any cash gifted by your
guests. If there’s any leftover credit, we give you the
option to donate it to charity if you wish.

Confirm your list
Once your list has been confirmed we’ll order your
gifts to our Delivery Centre. It takes around 28 days
for everything to arrive. We’ll then be in touch to
arrange your delivery at a time convenient to you.

Receive your gifts
When your gifts arrive, we call this Prezola Day
and it’s honestly better than Christmas! We give
you 7 days to check for any breakages. We’ll send
replacements as soon as possible.

DELIVERING YOUR GIFTS

WE CHECK AND PACK YOUR GIFTS
TO DELIVER AFTER THE WEDDING

Convenient delivery
Once you’ve finalised your list, we get busy ordering
your gifts. They are delivered to us to be carefully
checked, packed and stored, ready for delivery after
the wedding.

Your gifts are fully insured while in storage with us,
and while in transit to you. Gifts are delivered to you
at a convenient time after you’ve finalised your list
and standard delivery is completely free for you and
your guests. Saturday deliveries and split deliveries
are also available at an extra cost.

Accessing cash contributions
When guests buy a cash gift, the funds will
automatically be transferred to you after you’ve
finalised your list, or sooner on request.

Direct delivery
For large furniture and appliances, we offer direct
delivery from our suppliers. Items such as sofas may
have long lead times so they are delivered separately
to prevent delaying your gifts.

Current customers
Do you know anyone thinking about a gift list or
a couple who have just got engaged? Tell your
friends about Prezola and earn credit for both
of your accounts. Simply give them your unique
eight-digit gift list number to use as a promotional
code when they register. We’ll then be able to track
their registration back to you and credit both your
accounts with £25 credit to spend on any gift across
Prezola.

After your list is closed
You can also refer friends once you’ve received your
Prezola delivery. Simply share your gift list number
with friends and while they receive £25 credit for
Prezola, we’ll give you a £25 gift voucher for The
White Company each time.

You can find your unique eight-digit gift list number
in Control Panel or at the end of your gift list URL. It
should start with the numbers 101.

Sheyi & Simon

Sheyi and Simon got married at Hampton Court
House in London, with a gorgeous blue and gold
Ghanaian, Nigerian and British fused ceremony.

They met at a house party on the August Bank
Holiday weekend during the Notting Hill Carnival
and dated for two years before saying “I do”.

The couple share a love of good food - from eating

We offer group gifting for all products over £80
to make bigger items more affordable for guests.
Multiple people can contribute to the same item to
make gifting even easier (and you can get the gifts
you really want!).

Add new furniture, appliances, sofas and the latest
tech to your gift list and build the newlywed home
of your dreams. Guests can stay within their budget
while contributing to bigger gifts you really want. If
you want a £600 KitchenAid mixer, one guest can
contribute £20, while another gives £50 and so on to
reach the total.

It’s simple to set up
Add gifts to your list and if they’re over £80 you can
enable group gifting. Guests can then contribute
any amount of their choice to help you buy the item.
Once the gift reaches its total, it will be marked as
purchased on your list. If the total isn’t reached, you
can pay the remainder or spend it as Prezola credit.

A personal gift list curator will look after you
throughout your gift list journey. Our curators are all
interior design experts who will offer you a one-to-
one consultation by phone, email or in person to help
you create the gift list of your dreams.

Create a luxury bespoke gift list unique to you
If you see anything you’d love to add to your list, from
any store in the world, your curator will source the
items for you. Your gift list curator can also source the
perfect gifts for your wedding party.



Our guest concierge service
A dedicated multilingual guest concierge advisor will
help your guests buy you the perfect gift wherever
they are in the world.

Taking delivery of your gifts
We’ll arrange complimentary delivery to any address
in the UK, Ireland or mainland Europe. We can also
arrange international deliveries on request.
