Poston Butte Culinary put on a fantas-
tic event last night for a great fundrais-
ing event.
Poston Butte Jazz Band opened the
evening and was followed by Evie Clair
performing several songs.
The turnout for the event was great.
It was nice to see San Tan Valley res-
idents come out and support a local
event put on by local students.
The buffet consisted of chicken, barbecue,
pasta shells and cheese, seasoned potatoes,
salad, and rolls. Plus Apple Cobbler supplied
by the local Mormon community, and Root
Beer Floats.
Everyone had a great time, the community
raised a lot of money for a good cause, and
people got to see first hand what local students
can do for the community.
We look forward to the next event that Poston
Butte Culinary hosts.
