More Homes Will Be Built

Continued from page 1

North on Hunt Highway across from the
intersection at Mountain Vista, Fulton
Homes is beginning development of two
connecting parcels totalling 73.63 acres.

Currently there is only some basic land
preperation that is taking place. The two

parcels that will be developed are south-
east of the 48 acre parcel that is already
owned and developed by Fulton Homes.
That parcel contains over 500 roof tops.

As of the publishing of this article it
is unconfirmed how many homes are
planned for the area. Fulton does not
have this area listed on their corporate
website as of yet so price points, lot sizes,
and community name is not available.

As more information becomes available
San Tan Times will provide an update
on the community and the impact it will
have on the area and the residents.
