ter utility company.

November 15, 2017.

• Johnson Utilities is currently non-com-
pliant with the Arizona Department
of Water Resources for failing to sub-
mit the second update to its System

• On February 27, 2018 ADEQ issued a

January 25, 2018 inspection.

• Approximately six unauthorized dis-

treatment plant dating back to 2016.
