Pine Bush Quarterly

Winter 2016

On Friday, January 13th and Saturday, Janu- 51www.JOHNKIDDPROMOTIONS.com
ary 14, 2017, Crispell Middle School, at the
direction of Robin Evans, presented a full
length production of, “You’re A Good Man,
Charlie Brown,” at the Pine Bush High
School. An awesome job was done by both
cast and crew, and the audience came away
with smiles on their faces and songs in their
heads.

Eighth grader Isabella Scala-Palladino, a
third year drama club member said, “I en-
joyed being in the show very much. It was an
incredible experience to learn and grow with
some of my favorite people. I knew play-
ing Lucy would be a big responsibility, and I
truly wanted to do justice for this iconic and
unique character”.

Natalie Bronson, an 11th grader who worked
as an intern, shadowed the director and
helped in several aspects of the production.
“It’s been a great experience,” said Natalie.
“Seeing the show come together as a whole
blew me away. These kids have never failed
to amaze me!”

Robin Evans, Director, explained, “I expect
a lot of these students who are 11, 12, and
13 years old, but they always meet the chal-
lenge. I could not have asked for a more tal-
ented, hardworking cast of students.”
Interim Superintendent, Donna Geidel, en-
joyed the show immensely and was very
impressed with the student’s performance.
“Thechoreographyand singing wereexcellent!”
