MEET THE CAST
DUSTIN LUECKE (Milton/Al)
Dustin returns to the LCT stage having last
performed in Fantastic Folklore by the Great
Brothers Grimm. Other recent roles include
Nick in WINONArts production of Can’t Dance
and Davey in LCT’s Newsies. “Theatre is escape.
Theatre is empathy. Both are needed now
more than ever. Thank you all for your support.
Love to my family; I couldn’t do it without you.
To my director and partner in this life, fleeting
as each scene may be, when one curtain falls,
another opens. Here’s to the next act!”

MARY CATE WESLING (Betty/Kafka/Waitress)
Mary Cate is ecstatic to be participating in her
3rd show with LCT and her 4th show with her
husband, Lucas! When not on stage, she is the
Patron Services Manager for LCT. She would
like to thank her fellow actors, director, and
crew members for making this incredible show
happen, her husband for taking this journey
with her, and her family and friends for their
support off stage and in the audience.
LUCAS WESLING (Bill/Swift/Mark)
Lucas is happy to be performing in his second
show with LCT opposite his wife. He was last
seen in Pixies, Kings and Magical Things. When
not acting, Lucas is a Lead Care Coordinator
for Logistics Health Inc. He would like to thank
Mary Cate for her support, Dominique for
giving him the chance to perform again, and
his cast and crew members for their patience
and hard work.
MEET THE PRODUCTION TEAM
DOMINIQUE LUECKE (Director)
Sometimes it really is all in the timing. Now seems
like the right time for Dominique to transition from
performer to director. She is so grateful to share this
experience with her staff, friends, and family. Huge
thanks to her cast for being amazing, her stage
manager for stepping in and saving the day, her
Marketing Director for getting the word out, and the
amazing technical masterminds - Pete and Ryan - for
making all of this possible. Lastly, thank you to those
who looked after the little guys while mommy and
daddy did one last show together. Love you!
GRACE RINESS (Stage Manager)
Grace has been involved in over 20 shows over the
last five years. Some of her favorites include Peter
and the Starcatcher (Molly), Newsies (Race), Wait
Until Dark (Crew), The Game’s Afoot (The Hand), and
Ramona Quimby (Director). Despite dipping her hands
into just about every aspect of the theater world, this
is Grace’s first time stage managing. She would like to
thank Dom for the chance to stretch her wings, Mom
and Dad for their unwavering patience, and Drew
for loving her no matter how many shows she does.
Enjoy the show and don’t forget to “Catch the Stars!”
PETER SUARDI (Technical Director/Set Designer)
Peter has been working in technical theater
since 2004 and previously worked for The Utah
Shakespeare Festival (Scenery Materials Coordinator),
Great River Shakespeare Festival (Asst. Technical
Director/Company Manager), University of Nevada
Las Vegas (Master Carpenter), and Viterbo University
(Scene Shop Foreman). Most importantly, to his son,
Michael, “If you find this in a shoebox one day, know
that you mean the world to me and I love you.”
RYAN VAN BERKUM (Sound Designer)
Ryan has worked with LCT and Weber Center for the
past several years as an AV contractor. He attended
Herzing College for IT Management and has taken
on AV technician/event production/AV control
programming roles at multiple companies and local
theatres. He recently started a new AV and production
company, The Theater Guys, with a former co-worker.
Ryan looks forward to the day he finds the right
person with whom to spend his time.
DIRECTOR’S NOTE
What a strange time to be alive. INTHE
What a strange time for theatre!
If things had gone as we’d planned
back in March, you would be reading
the program for Grumpy Old Men
the Musical right now. The lesson
that has been drilled into me over
the last six months is that there are
some things you can’t plan for, and
you just have to go with it.
Thankfully – I’m in the theatre
business. I am constantly
surrounded by talented individuals
who are creative problem solvers
and trained to say ‘Yes, and?’ We
make it work because quite frankly, there is no other option. The show must go on.
Which brings us to where we are now – in a borrowed parking lot on an outdoor
stage. When I think back to how we got here, the answer is simple – it’s because of
you. You who donated your season tickets back to the theatre. You who continued
to make patron donations after the original season was cancelled. You and your
business who continued to buy program ads or sponsor this exceptional season.
You and your organization who offered grants and emergency funding. You who
volunteered your time and talents. You who came to work and were ready for
anything. None of this would have happened without YOU. I cannot say it enough
– thank you for your unwavering support! We have some fantastic ideas for our
2020-2021 season, but we can’t do it without YOU.
All in the Timing is the perfect show to share with you today. Each act relates to
where we are and how we feel about today. I think we all secretly long for the bell
from Sure Thing that would allow us to take a step back and try again. And like our
chimpanzee friends in Words, Words, Words, I think we’ve all been assigned a task
by a spouse, a friend, or an employer with limited information on how it should be
done or how exactly it should turn out. And let’s face it – right now we are all living
in a Philadelphia (although I’d be willing to hear your argument for Cleveland). The
beauty of the show is that it takes all of these very real experiences and spins it in a
way that allows us laugh about it.
So adjust your car seat, turn up your radio, and enjoy the show.
