Forest Adventures

We are delighted that the children have embraced the opportunity to access our weekly forest sessions on
‘Muddy Mondays’. The sessions have provided lots of opportunities for the children to develop a range of skills and
participate in new experiences. The campfire snack is always a huge hit! Research shows there are huge benefits for
children who curiously explore their natural environment and engage in risky play. We are eager to develop this further

and we need your help!

In order to give the children the best experience they need to be fully prepared for the Scottish elements and we
would like to fundraise to purchase:

*Durable puddlesuits/waterproofs *Children’s rigger gloves *Tent/den shelters *Woodworking Tools

Forest Fundraiser
On Monday 27th April we are going to go on a forest scavenger hunt and collect some of natures best treasures. Please
join us to complete the challenge of finding all of the items on our hunt sheet. Wear your wellies and we will have lots of

fun exploring the muddy puddles and woodland wonders together!
(Further information regarding timings to follow.)

*We will gladly accept any donations of unused camping equipment, puddle suits/waterproof clothing, children’s jackets,
hats, gloves etc.
